Comfortable, spacious mid-century home in Very nice neighborhood adjacent to Beverly Hills and Bel Aire. Easy access to UCLA and west side communities. Property is clean and comfortable. Nice treetop view of Beverly Glen. Canyon. Was there a month and would return.

This property was great! We thoroughly enjoyed the location at the top of a canyon street as it provided fabulous privacy and tree top views. The house itself is very clean and has all you would need. Also, the property manager was extremely responsive and helpful!

High on the side of a steep canyon, we felt like we were in a treehouse. Beautiful views, lovely outdoor space, very comfy beds & well-appointed baths; Kitchen well-equipped; Property very clean and well maintained. I would recommend addition of some heat safe plates, since melamine dishes-though lovely- are not microwaveable. Our kids who live in Westwood visited a few times and we had a wonderful belated Christmas & New Years visit. The beautiful light-filled space and patio with hot tub and gurgling fountain made it all the more special. We sure hope to return!

Very close to the UCLA campus. As nice or better than photos. Highly recommend for campus visit.

This is a beautiful home that’s well appointed. We took our teenage daughters’ and had plenty of room. The driveway was a bit daunting at first, however, by the end of our stay we were used to it. We especially loved the hot tub. It was a relaxing respite from our busy days. The kitchen is well appointed and we found ourselves cooking several nights because we wanted to stay and enjoy our surroundings. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and look forward to our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Seabury Sunrise. The house is small but feels very spacious thanks to high ceilings and skylights. The kitchen is a bit dated, but very well-equipped. There was plenty of room for my family of four to hang out together or apart during time we weren't out taking of advantage of all that LA has to offer. We needed to be close to UCLA and Seabury Sunrise was perfect for getting to UCLA, the 405, the Valley and, of course many areas in West LA. I also have to praise whoever does the cleaning: the house was absolutely spic and span - I know that can be difficult when a house is older and somewhat dated. The beds seemed new and were extremely comfortable. The only cons are a very steep driveway with a sharp turn toward the top and a heating system that results in the upstairs baking while the downstairs is comfortable and vice versa. There were a few missing or burned out lightbulbs. All in all, I would recommend Seabury Sunrise and consider stay there again.

Lovely house! Peaceful and beautiful outdoor space. Everything we needed and more! Convenient location close to the areas we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay here again.
