Découvrez cette magnifique maison de 3 chambres située dans le complexe principal du Swiss Waterski Resort à Clermont, en Floride. Observez les golfeurs dans votre cour arrière ou inscrivez-vous pour une partie! Réservez un ensemble de ski nautique avec l'un des lacs de ski privés sur place. Prenez un jeu de tennis sur les courts communautaires. Faites une balade à vélo avec les 4 vélos fournis ou promenez-vous et profitez de la nature abondante de la station. À une courte distance en voiture se trouve le NTC pour les triathlètes et le Lake County Rowing Association Club pour les rameurs et les kayakistes.
Cette maison de plain-pied a une véranda attenante pour des happy hours tranquilles ou votre café du matin, et donne sur une piscine et un spa privés sans fin pour votre plaisir. Le spa (uniquement) peut être chauffé moyennant un supplément. Les chambres King et Queen ont leurs propres salles de bains attenantes privées!
La cuisine entièrement équipée a une barre de petit déjeuner pour trois. Juste à côté de la cuisine se trouve une table à manger formelle pouvant accueillir 6 personnes.
Le salon spacieux dispose de sièges confortables et d'une télévision à écran plat.
Il y a une machine à laver et un sèche-linge dans le parking privé attenant qui peut garder votre voiture à l'abri du soleil.

This was a very clean, comfortable, & nicely appointed home. We spent a lot of time in/around the amazing pool and loved every minute. Working with property manager Sue Shields was a breeze. Great communication from the time we booked the reservation all the way through to check in! We would definitely reserve this property again in the future!

Great Location
This was a great place for our vacation. We were looking for something close to Orlando, but a bit off the beaten path. This place is quiet and private. We weren't here for the water skiing or golf, but this was still a great place to relax!

Amazing!!
I literally can’t say enough great things about this property and sue, she was the best! Me and my family enjoyed every moment of our first Florida vacation. The pool and jacuzzi we’re everything and more, spent every evening in them and kids swam so much they were prunes. Pictures don’t do this house justice, it’s beautiful inside and out. House has literally everything you could ever need or want . We can’t wait to come back.

Fantastic Stay!
I just have to say...believe all the reviews. House is stocked with everything you need! Sue had stuff not every rental has. There's pumps for pool toys in the garage. The grill is a plug in pellet grill (cooks very differently than propane so cook with lower heat and for less time); make sure to let it cool down before completely shutting it down. House was one of the cleanest we ever rented. Bare feet test was stellar; no dirt or grime on the bottom of our feet from the tile. Pool & spa were great! Spa got plenty hot and the pool is huge and comfortable. Inside is newly updated/decorated/furnished. The Master bed has a mattress made from the heavens; my wife and I are buying one very soon. Places we went: short drive to Publix; downtown Claremont is fun and about 8 min away (farmers market is one of the best); Presidents Hall of Fame museum was weird/creepy but fun for the kids; Legoland is 70-80 minutes away; and plenty of places to eat in Groveland and Claremont. Backyard is big and beautiful. Well done, Sue! You've earned these reviews! Great customer service. Thanks!

Couples retreat
We stayed here with another couple to escape the Minnesota cold. It was awesome! Amazing place you can just soak in the sun and enjoy the pool & hot tub. Great management and clean... highly recommend it!

Best Vacation Stay Ever!
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this vacation rental home! It was beautiful, clean, modern, comfortable, and so very accommodating!! The only thing we had to bring was food and family! The amenities were endless! The location was perfect and the neighborhood idealistic! We will be booking again less than a week from our initial stay!

Beautiful home, centrally located, perfect!
This was one of the nicer homes we have stayed at through VRBO. The kitchen was fully labeled so you weren't looking for hours for something you may need to cook with, the bathrooms were well maintained and the the pool area and screened in sunroom were beautiful. We took our almost 2 year old and there were no fragile items out or sharp furniture which was great, and they had plenty of television choices to keep my son and 8 year old niece occupied when needed. The house temperature remained cool and the pool water was so very warm but refreshing! We saw some cool birds every morning and little frogs in the evening - the outdoor life was very unique. Overall it was a wonderful house to stay at and would stay at again. Some items that the host may not have known were there and I have made her aware to help update their listing! Thanks again Sue!

Destination wedding

I highly recommend this property while staying in Clermont. It has a convenient location to everything that is needed. The pool and hot tub were marvelous. We stayed a week, and found everything that was needed in the kitchen. Rode bikes and check out the golf course! Excellent communication with property manager, and very, very clean. Will stay again!

Beautiful clean home in a beautiful neighborhood
This was such a beautiful stay! The house was spotless and modern. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept wonderfully the entire stay. We took advantage of the pool and spa daily and had almost complete privacy as there are privacy brushes surrounding almost the entire backyard. The location was in a beautiful quiet neighborhood with a golf course/driving range and jet ski rentals. The place was more beautiful than the pictures and we plan on returning and staying here again! Thank you again Ms. Sue!

Fantastic rental home
Stayed here while visiting with family nearby. Large clean home with plenty of room if you have guests and want to entertain. Only complaint I have is that there is only one tv in the home which is in the living room. TVs in the bedrooms and out in the covered patio would have been great. Maybe having a grill out back would have been nice touch too. Other then that I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home,
The house was perfect for our visit to Florida for our niece's wedding. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
We were not planning to visit Disney but since it was just a short 30 minute drive we decided to go on Sunday just for the day.
We especially enjoyed the hot tub at the end of the day.
