Nous avons une cour arrière privée, une piscine et un bain à remous pour les vêtements au soleil et la paix et la tranquillité en option.
La maison est entièrement climatisée, elle offre tout le confort dont vous avez besoin pour de belles vacances: salon spacieux avec hauts plafonds avec canapés, tables basses, télévision à écran incurvé de 60 ", cuisine entièrement équipée, salle à manger et avec un patio relaxant au bord de la piscine et bain à remous. Regardez les oiseaux, les lapins et les écureuils jouer pendant que vous savourez votre petit-déjeuner ou votre dîner dans l'intimité et le confort. The property is exactly as pictured and Ed and Debbie are fantaatic hosts that took the time to walk us through the house making sure we knew how to operate the special amenities. The home was equipped with everything we needed and a short distance from shopping. The bidets and sleep number bed were stellar. We really felt as if we were at our own resort. Would definitely stay again and again.

Fantastic stay!! This was our 3rd stay at this home and everything was great. We LOVE the pool, hot tub, and the privacy. The hosts, Ed and Debbie are very accommodating and very easy to communicate with. We stayed 3 weeks, and everything was fantastic. We will be back soon.

We had a fantastic stay! 10 Days of Bliss. The solar heated pool is so GREAT and so private, along with all of the wildlife, creates an ambiance hard to match. Ed and Debbie, our Hosts are Top Notch. My wife and I were at this property for 4 weeks, with a friend joining us the last week. Home owners were very responsive to any concerns we had. Location is removed from heavy traffic and tourist activity of Orlando, but most tourist draws are just a short drive away. Groceries, fast food, household essentials, and a drug store are only 1-2 miles away. Price was reasonable. Good choice for anyone wanting a quiet, private, location with a nice pool, whirlpool, and patio, that has easy access to restaurants and attractions.

Such a wonderful stay filled with backyard wildlife. Hot tub was amazing to stay every day off with. Floor plan is very spacious. We look forward to staying here again soon. Wonderful communication with host.

This property has cameras that are on the property including the master bedroom, living room, fitness room, pool area, and the outside shower area. These are more than a little disconcerting as looking into Florida law, all renters must be explicitly informed of these cameras and no cameras are allowed in a private area (shower, bedroom, etc.). Also the property owners showed up just to pick up mail, but never announced themselves to the renters, but did ask our 86 year old father/FIL if we were having a party on Easter. Never felt that the we had privacy in this rental. This would have been a great home for us to continue to rent with its close proximity to our family, BUT we will not stay here again.

We love staying in this clean, comfotable home. The screened in patio, pool, and hot tub are delightful! It is quiet and private, but very convenient to grocery store and restaurants. We love biking on the paved South Lake Bike Trail to Clermont and beyond. The hosts are friendly and helpful, but very respectful of our privacy.
The Sunday Market in downtown Clermont (about 6 miles away)is fun to attend. There are also many restaurants there.
We enjoy this home so much that we have stayed 4 different years, for 3 weeks at a time.

This was a great property and the hosts we’re really helpful to us. We enjoyed our stay and had such a wonderful time. I’m glad we got to meet Ed and Debbie and they were there when we arrived to explain everything to us about their property. Loved the pool and hot tub! House was beautiful. The pool and spa were amazing. Every morning we had 6 ducks feeding on the property along with many other birds. Home was very well equipped and the hosts made everything very smooth and easy. Highly recommend this property.

My husband and I rarely go on vacation, so to have a beautiful place to get away just for a few days so we could relax in the pool, recline watching tv, and make food in the nice-sized kitchen was amazing. This little vacation was much-needed, and Ed and Debbie have everything laid out so well for how to use things in the house and what to do upon check-out. Next time we have an opportunity to get away, we will definitely see if it’s possible to stay at this beautiful property again!

The property was is set in a quiet serene environment. The grocery store was a short run which was nice. The backyard was amazing!! I spent most of my free time here. Watching squirrels, listening to the sounds of nature, watching birds and floating in the pool oh and lets not forget relaxing in the hot tub. It was great. I needed it and enjoyed it.

We didn’t need to be in the center of all the Magic. The house was clean and quiet. The salt water pool was really good.

The house and pool were very clean and well stocked with necessities we were able to use during our stay.
I was unhappy with not being able to control the air conditioning as I would have liked - I found the temperatures we were able to achieve in the house were too hot. The mattresses were also uncomfortable - perhaps a firm pillow top on both beds could alleviate this issue.
Overall, the house was very nice - and for the most part we enjoyed our stay.

The home has a breathtaking back yard. From the huge Live Oak tree to the pool, spa, lanai and the patio with fire pit. It is organized for use. Kitchen in labeled, appliances all work, the host furnishes every day items. The house is close to Hwy 50 which gives you access to all of the Orlando area quickly. The photos online are actual a good tour of the home and property. I would definitely rent this property again if the opportunity happens for me.

I have stayed at several different homes over the years while visiting Florida & this far exceeded any other home we have stayed in. The house was clean, very comfortable, well stocked, & the owners couldn’t have been nicer. The pool & hot tub were great & we used them several times a day. Not only would I recommend this vacation home, this is where we will be staying in future visits to Florida. The house has a large very private yard. It is convenient to shopping & restaurants too. This definitely is a 5 star rental.

This home is perfect! Our son and his wife just had their first baby and we came to Florida meet her. What a pleasure to be able to come "home" after a day with them. So clean, so private, so peaceful, everything was just right. We loved the pool and hot tub. We loved everything about it. Ed and Debbie were wonderful and so easy to work with. So glad this home is so near our son.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool and hot tub were both used a lot for cooling off and aching muscles after a long day at the Parks. The back yard is very private and quiet. I highly recommend this house for couples if you need some alone time.

The house was nice. No noise around the location, private backyard, I felt comfortable there. The thunderstorms in Florida were always crazy but I got used to them. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend if people want a quiet place outside of the city life and business of Orlando area. It is 1 hour approximately from Orlando where most of the attractions are located. So either use Uber or rent a vehicle to get out of Groveland to go different places such as, DisneyWorld, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, etc... The owners were very helpful and friendly as well. Everything was great, during my stay.
