Situé sur la pittoresque Eden Isle, ce cottage récemment rénové offre une atmosphère sereine, baignée de lumière naturelle, de superbes paysages boisés et de commodités modernes. Entièrement rénové au printemps 2019. 6 couchages. 1 chambre avec 2 lits Queen et un canapé-lit Queen dans l'espace de vie principal. Les installations comprennent également une salle de bain 1/2, une kitchenette avec appareils électroménagers, une laveuse / sécheuse, une terrasse avec 2 tables et des sièges et un foyer extérieur. Tout cela situé à 5 minutes en voiture de la Marina Eden Isle ou à 10 minutes de la Marina de Heber Springs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this awesome cottage in Eiden Isle. The size was perfect for our family. The communication from the host was excellent, and they have thought of ever detail to make our stay a 5 star experience.

My brother has a house down the street, so we needed a few more beds to meet our family's needs. Jan’s cottage was perfect for that. It was comfortable, peaceful, clean. We highly recommend it.

Our stay at The Cottage was everything we anticipated, replete with the outdoor natural beauty of rock, trees, lake, and deer. My daughter and I enjoyed the indoor coziness, too, perfect for wrapping up in a blanket, sipping coffee, and taking in the views through large windows lining the living spaces. We are fully refreshed!

The property the cabin is on is absolutely beautiful. We saw deer every morning out of the floor to ceiling windows. The beds were comfortable the space was clean. Although some new coffee mugs would be good 😊 overall a perfect place for us to lay our heads after Lake days

I keep my boat at Eden isle and the location of the cottage was perfect. It is so quiet and close to the marina. Lots of deer to watch while having morning coffee and morning walks. Just booked again for another weekend!

My wife found The Cottage to be perfect lodging for a family wedding that we attended recently. The proximity to the wedding venue was ideal. We especially enjoyed waking early each morning and watching the sun light up the surrounding woods through the wonderful wall of windows. The cottage was very clean and most comfortable. We definitely would stay here again, if/when we return to the area.

This is a perfect fall scenery, sitting by the fire pit on crisp fall evenings. Each morning we awoke to 4 doe deer walking by the bedroom window. Perfect rental for a restful getaway!

The cottage on Eden Isle
Great little place. Jan was amazing and very responsive. It does not have a closet or any way to hang clothes. That was the one negative about the place, but overall worked very well for what I needed.

I found this cottage a few weeks before Labor Day weekend and was delighted! It was perfect for my family of 3. We went out on the boat with friends during the day and stayed here. Eden Isle is very nice. This cottage fit our needs perfectly.

Perfect place for a getaway
We really enjoyed our stay in the cottage. I was meeting a pal from high school, and the two beds in one big bedroom was like having a sleepover again as teenagers! The location was very convenient and we had a great dinner one night at the nearby Red Apple. Travel time to swimming and hiking was very short and easy. A little surprised that there was no stove, but the workaround was good, an electric skillet for cooking bacon and eggs in the mornings. Questions to the manager were handled instantly. This was an excellent property.

Get away!
We had a good, relaxing short stay in this little cottage. Good location, private and very comfy. Only drawback was the lack of a stove but this didn’t matter as none was planned! Hope to stay again.

Easy to rent. No view of lake. House was as advertised. If 4 adults rent it needs wall between beds. The lock on door is great improvement over keys

We really enjoyed the stay. The cabin is actually a bit bigger than I expected with 1.5 baths. It was very comfortable and the deck was great. We rented a boat from the Heber Spring Marina and had a blast. Would definitely stay again.
