We found the location PERFECT!
And the backyard IS SENSATIONAL!!!! But, due to the muggy weather, we did not really get to enjoy it, except its beautiful view from inside.
We did get off to a rocky start... We did not find the property handicap appropriate, as advertised: there were several tripping hazards inside and out. Thankfully, no one got hurt badly. There are no handicap bars in either bathroom and master shower tile is VERY SLIPPERY (needs a mat). In addition, I'm not sure how the home "sleeps 10"? We were only 3, so we were comfortable having beds, each to ourselves.
I did enjoy the pool one morning... Bring aquasocks as the pool finish is quite rough on the feet... And, again, not handicap or senior friendly, as there is no railing at steps, so "the moms" couldn't even go in.
We stay at many VRBOs and have never had to clean our kitchen or wash our towels..only strip beds. (Dishwasher is not operable).
All in all we made the best of our stay in this roomy home in a wonderful location.. There has definitely been water damage in the main area of the house, as we were hit by an extreme musty smell upon entering and based on the warping of the lovely wood floors. But we got used to it over time and thankfully it did not waft to the bedrooms.
The property owner was quite responsive to our inquiries at the beginning of our stay. Just a few modifications to the home and to the written listing would easily improve this property from a 7/10 to an 10/10.

The pool was not clean when we got there and the floors were different levels. But other than that, it was very nice. Large living and dining room, large clean kitchen and huge back yard.

Everything was great here. Rooms were large, beds were comfy, place was clean, the area was quite, pool was great and the backyard was huge!. We had a few questions when we arrived and the host was very quick to respond. It is only a 15 minute drive to Sawgrass Mills, 20 minutes to the Space Centre, Publix is about a 5 minute drive and Walmart is about a 10 minute drive. The only negative thing was that there was no dishwasher so we just bought paper plates. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the layout, pool, the large tables inside and out worked great for our group of 6 to play cards. Pocket doors were a little noisy in bathrooms so if you have light sleepers, that could be hard for them if you have early risers. Everything was great, a few beach chairs we used were handy.

Plenty of space to relax. Sufficient dishes and cookware for meals, but must hand wash because you are asked not to use the dishwasher. A few listed amenities were not there (i.e. hot tub/spa, fire pit) It has updated smart TVs with streaming services. Some updates have been done to home, but overall maintenance and repair is lacking. Pool heater was not working when we arrived. Host sent people over the next two days to repair. Pool never got warm while we were there because it was on a timer and wasn't on long enough to re-heat. Backyard is very nice and private.

The property was in a nice area with lots of amenities around it. The inside is open with nice big windows which show the beautiful backyard. The pool was surrounded by palm trees which gave off a “resort” vibe. Additionally, there were pool lights which were great for the nighttime.

Garbage cans were completely full upon arrival, swarms of flies because of the garbage. Fridge didn’t keep anything cold made noises all night. Pool was so rough kids were all scraped from the edge of pool and just walking dire need to be resurfaced. Exterior maintenance is horrible so many fronds all trees needed to be trimmed and just cleaned up.Grill was nasty and not even cleaned out full of old charcoal and dirty grill utensils.

Centrally located oasis of palms. Rested peacefully in tranquil backyard surrounded by wonderful pool and palms and coconuts. Is close to major venues , Panthers sports arena ,Lauderdale by the Sea and major points north like Boca , Jupiter or south to Miami . Close to major grocery and a few chain restaurants . If you want to support local try first watch around corner for an awesome breakfast / lunch.

Pool was great!
Two friends for over 30 years. One works at a resort the other a manager at a toy store. We wanted an oasis close to everything. The pool had leaves in it but was cleaned out when we called. The leaves keep coming, I swam anyway every day! Master bed was great! Never really stayed inside. I assume the other bedroom was great because she slept.

Great home to relax with family
This rental hit the spot for my family. The common area of kitchen/living room were the hub to cool down after hours in the sun by the pool. Whether it be sunbathing or swimming, the whole family enjoyed the backyard. The AC worked well which helped us cool off quickly when really hot and the kitchen had everything we needed. Location is good and near stores/restaurants. Plus, we decided to do one beach day and that was only about 20 minutes away. All is well in this rental…we enjoyed it.

Relaxing vacation
We enjoyed our stay here, and had a great time. The backyard and heated pool was really beautiful and private. The house was very clean and had a nice layout. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need, but needs some TLC, as it is looking a bit tired with missing door knobs and handles on the cabinets and drawers, and the dishwasher was not available for use. I just feel when you are renting out a home that these things should be kept up with. The master bedroom was really nice with a comfortable bed, walk-in closet, and great bathroom and shower. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Stayed here with total of 3 adults and 2 children. Backyard is nice and relaxing. Heated pool was great. Spacious interior with plenty of sleeping places. Clean.

Adequate but underwhelming
This listing did not adequately depict the true condition of the home. Very outdated/needing repair (ie handles loose/falling off, broken dishwasher, kitchen in poor condition). The guest bathroom had been re done semi recently, but very DIY quality. The outdoor space was by far the best aspect Of this home. Great patio space + heated pool. The co-host was very accommodating and even brought us a blender from his own home. I would not be inclined to rent this property again in its current condition.

Overall good place to stay
The house was beautiful and the backyard was amazing! We received proactive communication from the host and check in was seamless. The neighbors were certainly watching so that was a bit uncomfortable and I didn’t necessarily agree with the level of cleaning that was requested in the check out email (ie do the laundry and clean vent between loads)….that’s what we pay a cleaning fee for!! Other than that it was a great place to stay.

The property has an amazing backyard which feels very private with plenty of palm trees. The pool was heated which was very useful since our stay was in Jan some of the nights had colder temperatures during our stay. The rooms were cozy and kitchen was great. We cooked a big breakfast everyday during our stay. The owner was great and her communication and professionalism was top notch. I recommend the venue.
