The condo is in such an awesome location and the outdoor area was great for family time. The fact that there was a parking was a bonus.

Do yourself a favor and stay here! The property is decorated to perfection, super clean and the perfect view and location. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is located close to everything and is a short walk to a beach area where the locals go. The beach at Sunset Clifffs is awesome and a great spot to watch the dramatic sunsets. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials and more. And while it does not have air conditioning, we found that the natural breeze and the fans, provided a very comfortable environment even mid-August. There are 4 condo units in the building and while the terrace is a shared space, it was very quiet during our stay. There is a path in front of the property which ends just past the condo so there is not a lot of traffic out front. The host is prompt in their communications and it was nice having a parking spot right at the back of the condo. Would definitely go back.

This was a dream location for our family to visit. A short drive to anyplace you'd want to visit in San Diego and a short walk to downtown Ocean Beach filled with great restaurants. The hosts provide great information on the area and the property is filled with anything you could need/want. However, most memorable, are watching the beautiful sunsets at night and taking walks along the tide pools mere footsteps away from the back porch. I hope to visit again soon!

A very well appointed beach home with a great location! Please note there is no air conditioning. The parking space is quite tight for a minivan But we managed after some practice. We had a great time here and would stay again.

This place is most definitely the perfect place for relaxing and enjoying the ocean view with a beautiful patio and plenty of patio furniture to relax in while enjoying the ocean air. Jeff was a great host. The Condo was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen (great for cooks like me). The only negative thing is it is in the flight path of departing airplanes from the airport so you have the noice from the airplanes.

I stayed here with my 4 groomsmen the night before my wedding, and the rest of them stayed another night here. It was more stunning and beautiful than I thought it would be!! The coast-facing side is all glass/sliding doors with a view that’s hard to beat. The shared patio space is so spacious that it hardly felt shared. Right beyond the back gate was a short, steep path right down to the water. Places to eat and shop are easily within walking distance. There’s only one spot to park that’s dedicated to the unit, but there is a good-sized parking lot right next to the building if you have 1 or even 2 extra vehicles, so no issues there! Inside, it is cozy and welcoming and was very clean and tidy when we arrived. Both bathrooms were well-stocked with anything you might need and also very clean. All-around, I just can’t find anything to complain about! Additionally, communication with the host was quick and easy. I accidentally left some stuff there and wasn’t able to contact him until it was close to checkout time. He called within about 10 minutes and generously worked with me, even with such little notice. TL;DR - amazing location, amazing host, highly highly recommend staying here!!
