Friendly landlord, good communication and clean and tidy property. A nice touch having coffee and tea in the cupboard for our use. Quiet area and on street parking outside the property.

Just a small thing but maybe some of the furniture in the lounge could do with updating as it's looking a bit dated.

The sofabed, bad mattress, overall quality. Far from luxury, nothing compared to the pictures. The broken sofa bed wasnt usable (sunken in from one side and had holes, with lots and lots of dirt. The mattressesupstairs was HORRIBLE! Don't let the pics fool you. The owner never responded to my texts to help me with the sofa bed situation, one of my guests couldn't sleep properly as a result of this poor sofa bed

It was clean and spot on for a stop over in Burnley.

The beds in the room with 2 x double beds were very uncomfortable.

Excellent communication from host. Clean. Really lovely kitchen & bathroom. Comfy beds. Free on street parking. £3.50 cab into town or 15-20min walk.

The house was clean and comfortable as told. Kitchen and bathroom facilities were available to meet all our needs. Wifi was very fast. There is also Netflix and a range of channels available on the TV. Parking was also easy - literally right in front the house. The landlord was very helpful and pleasant. This apartment is one of the main reason we spent our holiday happily.
