L'appartement Belvedere est situé dans un emplacement privilégié, à distance de marche du centre du village, des commerces, des restaurants, du Pescallo et des ferry-boats mais toujours dans un site très calme. Le jardin privé surplombe Pescallo et le parc de la fondation Rockefeller avec une vue imprenable sur le lac. Toutes les photos de cette annonce ont été prises depuis le jardin de la propriété. L'appartement qui a été achevé renouvelé au printemps 2014 dispose de 3 chambres doubles (2 lits doubles et 1 lit king size) avec air conditionné et 3 salles de bain avec douche. Au rez-de-chaussée il y a un salon, une cuisine ouverte, une chambre principale avec salle de bain intérieure, une chambre d'amis, une salle de bain d'invités. Buanderie, chambre king size et douche / baignoire sont situées au sous-sol avec entrée privée depuis le jardin où différents espaces (table à manger, canapés, chaise longue) permettent de se détendre et de profiter de la vue sur le lac et la nature. L'appartement Belvedere est un endroit idéal pour les couples qui veulent avoir un espace de vie confortable ainsi que pour les familles et les groupes d'amis qui apprécieront de partager les espaces communs en toute intimité dans les chambres / bains privées. The apartment was very comfortable and had a spectacular view of Lake Como. It is a short walk from the apartment to Belliago which has lots of restaurants and shops. In Belliago, you have access to the ferry which runs frequently and allows easy travel to other areas of the lake. It’s a steep climb from the street to the apartment, but the views are certainly worth the effort. We would definitely stay here again.

Carlo/Carla's condo is a great find. Located just above town with an incredible view of Lake Lecco, it's absolutely perfect for a stay in Bellagio. Yes there are steps to get to the unit itself, but ANYWHERE in the area is going to have stairs/steps, but so beyond worth it to get those gorgeous views. And you get used to them pretty fast and it helps to work off the amazing Italian food all around you. Carla was very helpful in our planning with great restaurant and other suggestions. Unfortunately for us, it rained most of our stay so we couldn't take the sailing trip we booked with Bellagio sailing but hope to be back to do so another time. I highly recommend this unit and hope to book again when we go back. Also, it's a quick walk to the center of town (less than 10 minutes) and there are a couple of restaurants right down the street from the condo that are fantastic as well. Overall clean, comfortable, and spacious.

Great property with beautiful view. We were only there 3 nights and did not cook at all. The kitchen had glasses and plates but no basics to cook, not even salt or pepper, so we opted to eat out which was fine for us. Place was very comfortable with lots of room so after 2 weeks traveling in small hotel rooms we enjoyed the space. Short walk to town which was very east. Loved it!!

We had a fabulous 4 nights…it was a steep walk to the property, but well worth it. The accomodation had loads of outdoor seating areas which you could then sit with a drink and admire the gorgeous view.
We also loved on arrival that the glasses set up for the chilled bottle of Prosecco.
Must also comment on how good the communication was with the agent - made the check in and any queries the agent very easy.

The accomodations, the rental experience and most importantly the views are amazing... truly breathtaking! The only consideration is the hill and steep steps that you have to climb to reach the property. Don't let it scare you -just pack light and prepare for a solid cardio workout going and coming... it's worth it!

We thought the apartment and view were beautiful. If we had known, we would definitely have rented a car for trips to the grocery but outside of that the location was Good and all the people we met were wonderful. The pizza place below Fed us breakfast, lunch dinner and even sold us wine and Parmesan for the dinner we made at home! There was a lovely fruit and vegetable location there as well. The beds could have been more comfortable but that wasn’t a dealbreaker. The dinner at the Hotel Belvedere was fabulous. The steps up are difficult but you got accustomed to them.

Our stay in Bellagio was amazing and we loved our stay at Carlo’s place! We enjoyed the location and the easy walk to the town center. We also enjoyed settling down on the patio to take in the breathtaking views of Lake Como! Probably one of the best views on the area! The check in process was easy and sailing with Bellagio Sailing was another highlight of our trip! We had 2 couples in the home and my wife and I had the main living area and my parents had the bottom level living area so there was plenty of room. We also had a private dinner on the patio our first night in Bellagio! I highly recommend Carlo’s property for your next stay in this beautiful area of Lake Como!

The view from this property is unbeatable. We spent so much time on the terrace just gazing at the lake and mountains. The property is clean and a great value. The communication with the host was excellent. They even gave information about things to do in the area and we also booked a sailing boat through their service. 10/10!!

Beautiful and Restful Time!
This is a great property to slow down, relax and enjoy one of the most beautiful locations in Italy. After a week of travel from California and time in a very hot Rome and Florence, Bellagio was a welcome respite. Getting there from Florence was a little tough. Had to take a train to Milan, switch to a regional train to Como and then car service to the property. There is a bus from Como to Bellagio but the host (Carla) advised that is long and can be uncomfortably hot. We were happy we listened to her! The less accessibleness of Bellagio is what made it a great place to relax. Not too crowded and beautiful views. The home is absolutely lovely. Very true to the pictures. Lots of room for five or six people. The terrace is amazing. It is close to the village and with in walking distance to the shops, restaurants and waterfront. Carla was a wonderful host and Mariza, the property manager, is a joy to work with. Overall , great experience. We will be back!!!

Magical Views for Days!
We left our hearts in Bellagio, but mainly because of this magical apartment with panoramic views of Lake Como. With a private and scenic location, this cozy apartment offered comfort and tranquility throughout the day. We loved waking up to the sunrise while sipping our coffee in the terraced garden. After seeing and walking around Bellagio, we looked forward to watching the sunset on the terrace. The outdoor area offered a perfect space for family dinners and evening aperitifs and appetizers. It was located just 5 minutes from the center of Bellagio and walkable to a neighborhood grocery store. We highly recommend booking a private boat tour with Carla of Bellagio Sailing to see the stunning villas around Lake Como. We cannot wait to return soon.

Astounding views & extraordinary location
As hosts of a high-end VRBO in Lake Tahoe, we have high expectations. This property exceeded them in nearly every way. From the panoramic views to the easy walk to town / hiking in the mountains to the wonderful hospitality of Marzia & Carlo - this was a great way to end our time in Italy. It was particularly nice sitting in the back yard sipping wine and watching the ever-changing lake.
We strongly recommend this property, and also a lake tour with Carlo for an experience to remember forever.

Great place with superb view
This appartment (part of a bigger house) is perfectly located at walking distance from Bellagio centre. Small bakery, vegetable shop and pizzeria at 200m and only supermarket in town at 1km. The garden is perfectly equiped and has everything to enjoy your stay.
The interior is not big with small living place and well equiped kitchen on the ground floor and two smaller double bedrooms each with bathroom.
At lower level (small window) you have a bigger room and another bathroom.
We enjoyed the stay, the view, the garden although the interior is a bit on the small side and probably a bit too small for 3 couples. We stayed with our 3 children and that was ok. Especially when the weather is bad and you can’t eat or sit outside, it might feel a bit on the smaller side.

View to die for
We had a great time staying at this beautiful apartment in Bellagio. The hosts were very helpful giving us good information before our arrival. Our check-in was effortless and the apartment was clean and well equipped. My only suggestion is to add a smart TV or device that would provide access to Netflix. We enjoyed waking up to a beautiful view of the lake and the town's on the opposite side of the lake every morning. The outdoor furniture in the garden allowed us to enjoy our coffee and appreciate the beauty of Lake Como. The apartment is convenient ly located close to town, about a 10 minute walk to restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this apartment to friends.

Excellent location
Location is excellent. Just a short walk to town. View is to die for. Two nitpicky points: 1) One bedroom has a glass door opening onto the kitchen. Privacy is attained by pulling a curtain across inside the door. 2) There is only one plug in the kitchen to be shared between the toaster, kettle and coffee maker. I would stay there again.

OUTSTANDING!
Our 1st trip to Lake Como - and Bellagio was the perfect choice - easy transitions via ferry/car to Mennagio, Varenna, Lugano, etc . BUT - if you drive up from Como, take the western side of the lake up to Cadenabbia, and then the ferry (10 min) across to Bellagio - the eastern side on SS583 is very strenuous - we did it - never again!. Now - apartment Belvedere: it was Stupendous! From the initial booking, Carlo, the owner, was exceptionally communicative and cooperative. He made it very easy to book, confirm, etc. Then his onsite agent, Marzia, also was excellent in welcoming us and guiding us into the apartment. The apartment is lovely - and matches the online information. At the entry level is the kitchen, dining room, and living room - compact, but fully stocked and comfortable for our group of 6. Two bedrooms on this level: 1 with king bed and ensuite bathroom, and the 2nd with king bed and bathroom just outside. The 3rd bedroom is the most spacious and is one level below with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. All rooms were properly stocked and very comfortable. The wifi worked well. There is parking for one car (with a free lot down the hill, if needed) and entry does require climbing 51 steps from the parking lot. The tradeoff with the apartment on a hill is stunning views of the lake and region - a WOW factor. It's a 10 minute walk to the center of town, so the location is excellent. We were very pleased and highly recommend this rental.

Great property in Bellagio
Apartment & location are fabulous, the view can't be beat. Views are as spectacular as the posted pictures, and everything important (including main town) are in walking distance. Only cautions are the significant uphill & stairs walk from the main road, and the stairs from the lower bedroom. We had older couples with us that had great difficulty with those. If your reasonably fit & stairs don't bother you - it is hard to beat!

The views can't be beat!
The location is amazing and the view is spectacular. The outdoor furniture is really nice to sit outside and have some wine. Guests should be aware that you need to walk up a driveway and then a couple of flights of stairs. (that's why you have such a good view!). Marzia met us at check in and was very helpful and available for questions. One of the bedrooms you need to walk outside the house and down the stairs. It was very comfortable though and you have your own bathroom down there. One of the bedrooms has a bed that isn't very comfortable. it's raised in the middle and my parents kept rolling to the edge of the bed.

Breathtaking
This property was so nice, we dallied on all our excursions and took in the view and ambiance. A bit of a hike up to the apartment but worth every step! The property manager couldn't have been more helpful and the owner was responsive as well. Prime spot for a visit to Bellagio!

Spectacular views
This is a beautiful property, and the photos and description are absolutely accurate. It clearly deserves a 5 star rating. All three bedrooms have modern air conditioning units that work well - essential in the recent hot and humid conditions. The master bedroom and en-suite are lovely. Excellent quality bed linen but a very firm mattress (like every other mattress in Italy in my experience). The other two bedrooms only have windows into a covered light well and the largest bedroom is a basement room which some could find claustrophobic although it does have a separate entrance and is therefore very private. There is quite a steep climb of 50 steps from the car park, which is the price to pay for the stunning location! We were a group of four adults and the apartment was a perfect size for us. Very well equipped kitchen including pantry essentials. There is a pizza restaurant and fruit and veg shop nearby for supplies, and a good supermarket a short drive away down a turning off the road away from Bellagio town, but well hidden! We had a car, which we thought would be surplus to requirements, but turned out to be essential for supermarket trips. Bellagio town is a ten minute walk away, with many restaurants and the ferry terminals, but we also enjoyed the Terrace restaurant at the Belvedere Hotel which is near the apartment. A trip on the lake in Carlo’s yacht is also a must-do.

Amazing Property
This property it amazing! From Marzia meeting us for check-in to the views to the modern apartment, everything was first class. We were 3 couples traveling together and there was plenty of room. Carlo booked us a sailing trip with his company which was fabulous. Our captain Michael was wonderful and we had so much fun sitting on Lake Como enjoying the views and chatting about Italian life with him. Carlo also booked a private chef to come in and cook us dinner one night. Delicious! Marzia arranged transportation to and from Milan for us and was always available for questions. We were sad to leave. I highly recommend this property!

Great apartment in a wonderful location!
The location is wonderful and dealing with the property manager was extremely easy with an excellent response time. There is plenty of outside seating, however, we could not take advantage of it because it was raining and everything was wet. There are a lot of stairs so pack lightly! The view of Lake Como is extraordinary so walking up those stairs is worth it! We would have been more comfortable in the apartment if we had been able to sit outside because the living and dining areas are tight for 6 adults. We think the space would be larger and, therefore, easier to get around if the chairs for the dining table were able to fit under the table. We also needed more light, especially in the kitchen area when preparing food in the evening and it would help to change out the bulb in the lamp in the living room to a brighter one. I gave everything 5 stars except for cleanliness. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the garlic smell when you opened the door to the apartment. We discovered that it was coming from one of the wooden cutting boards and we tried to clean it the best that we could. If you do not feel like cooking, La Belligina restaurant is about a 3 minute walk from the apartment and the food, service and view were all excellent. The property manager sent me the link for 2 local grocery stores that where a short distance away when driving. I did not want to have to carry heavy grocery bags back from the grocery stores in town so driving was preferable for us. Parking can be a problem. We were in 3 cars and the property only has space for 1 vehicle. The city of Bellagio had just changed the free parking lot across the street from the apartment to one where you have to pay. We were able to find a free spot in a small parking lot further down the street. Bellagio is a beautiful, enchanting village. If we were to visit again, I would definitely stay at Apartment Belvedere.

Best views in Lake Como
The views from the garden cannot be beaten. The property is very clean tidy and well equipped and the owners are very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the access to the downstairs bedroom was via steps outside but didn’t really cause a problem. The town is easily walkable and other areas easily accessed by boat or bus. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loooooved this home and would love to return. Perfectly situation, stunning views, beautifully renovated. Only point to mention is that third bedroom is on a different level with a different entrance, although that was no problem for us.

Excellent location with all you need
The exchange of information was very timely, Marzia's assistance upon arrival was perfect. She then gave us all necessary feedback to our questions without any delays. The quality of the place is very good, and the kitchen is very well stuffed with whatever you may need. The maid service every day is basic, but that's what you need. The location is IMPECCABLE, 5 minutes walk to Bellagio, where parking is of course very complicated. We highly recommend Belvedere, particularly to people like us: 6 couples.

Outstanding
My wife and I just returned from a five night stay at this wonderful property, and wished we would have stayed longer, the apartment is clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the amenities that you can think of, and we cannot say enough about the spectacular views from the front yard. Dinner at the dining room table overlooking Lake Como is not to be missed.
We rented a car in Milan however we never used the vehicle except to drive to and from the airport due to the fact that this property is perfectly located just a short walk to Bellagio and the ferries.
We also spent a few glorious hours with Carlo on his sailboat thoroughly enjoying his hospitality and the absolutely incredible views from the water that you will ever see, I would highly recommend this experience to all.
Carlo and his team were extremely courteous and professional.

Spectacular lake and mountain views at Bellagio!
We had the most beautiful relaxing stay in this modern, recently renovated apartment/villa on an elevated position looking east over Lake Como and the mountains within 10 minutes walk to fabulous Bellagio! The property is spacious, clean and exceptionally well equipped, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. It was absolutely fabulous to sit out in the garden either watching the sun rise over the mountains or sipping on a glass of Prosecco at the end of the day. Our hosts were very friendly and made us feel very welcome at this wonderful property. We only stayed for 5 nights, but wish we had stayed for a month.
The property comes with convenient parking so is good for self driving. However, the property is located so conveniently close to Bellagio just above Pescallo, that we just walked everywhere and never moved the car. When we come back to Bellagio, we will definitely try to book back in - it is a perfect holiday retreat. There were only two of us, but the property would comfortably accommodate six people, and we would recommend it to friends and family without hesitation. Such a peaceful and relaxing space, away from the bustling crowds in Bellagio town, but with the best lake views you could hope for in Bellagio. Bellissimo!!

Fully remodeled villa with outstanding views. We were booked for only three nights on a grand tour of Italy but wished we had booked a whole week here. So relaxing in the garden. Bellagio is the nicest town in Lake Como and perfect for seeing other parts of the lake due to it's central location. Carla and Carlo were very accommodating. We will be back!

Wonderful apartment!
My friend and I just returned from a 24 night stay in Italy, with only one night not booked through VRBO. You can book with confidence on this site, and Apartment Belvedere is one of many fantastic properties. We really loved the bathrooms, which were recently renovated, large by Italian standards, and beautifully equipped. The bedroom AC units worked so well that we had to turn them off before going to sleep! Wi-fi was strong, which cannot be taken for granted. The two of us used the top floor, but the bottom bedroom is huge and has its own lovely bathroom, as well as the laundry room. There is plenty of space to spread out, but why would you stay indoors when the garden affords such spectacular views? There are several tables and chair sets, two lounge chairs, and an outdoor sofa arrangement that ensure you will have plenty of comfort and space to enjoy the scenery. We hope to return to Bellagio, which is itself a charming lakeside town, and wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. One caution: the closest grocery store is a 15-minute walk. If you are carless, as we were, you will get your exercise getting your basic needs met. Send more than one person if you plan to purchase very many things! Otherwise, we could not have asked for a better apartment, location, or manager in Marzia. She was a delight and most helpful.
