Położony bardzo blisko lotniska hotel z parkingiem i bezpłatnym transferem. Bardzo uprzejmy personel. Pokoje nowoczesne i dobrze wyposażone. Rozsądne ceny ceny parkingu (na czas pobytu w hotelu bezpłatny). Przy wczesnych wylotach fajna opcja śniadania pudełkowego.

Izolacja akustyczna pokoi mogłaby być lepsza.

Great place to stay near the airport, pretty good sound insulation, transfer from and to airport.

Location is great, very close to airport. The room was big and beds comfortable. The kids liked it. The hotel driver picked us from airport to hotel and to the car rental company for free.

Breakfast is only available in a box but there is another hotel close by where you can have breakfast.

The airport shuttle was super easy! It arrived about 5 minutes after I called, and it took me to the airport the next day within moments of my check out.

Wifi was a little weak this time- could be because of room location or number of guests.. just sometimes noisy guests are coming or leaving without respect to night hours and other sleeping guests.

Very helpful staff! The gentleman (unfortunately i don't know his name), who came to pick us up from the airport came even quicker then we could find the pick up spot. It was late at night, and then he dropped us back off as early as 5 a.m. while being very friendly! We really appreciate it. Thanks a lot!

had a 6 am flight from Krakow Airport and needed a place to sleep the night before. This has been my third stay at AirPark and I will definitely stay here again should I need a place to crash before the flight. It's extremely close to the airport, has massive parking, comfortable beds, and a very attentive staff. Compared to prices for other hotels nearby I definitely recommend a stay at AirPark. They also provide a free shuttle from/to the airport should you need one.

The rooms aren't the most modern however they are extremely clean and comfortable

Very convenient when flying in or out of Krakow airport. Great value for the money! Easy to communicate with the staff.

The free shuttle service was perfect - I was picked up promptly and dropped off on time the next morning. Easy communication with the English speaking receptionist (who is also the driver), who was friendly and kind. very clean room and comfortable enough. It worked well for me. Very good value for money.

The A/C did not work at all and the person at reception did not know how to help. It was too cold and noisy to open the windows. It was too stuffy to sleep well. as a side note - the interior design is probably the ugliest I’ve ever seen in a hotel. But it’s functional, so it doesn’t really matter aside from being an eye sore.

Everything was fine, only one bed was on the sofa bed which was a bit short. Otherwise, I have no reproach.

The room was clean and had a nice, large bathroom. The bed was comfortable, but there was a decent amount of road noise. The hotel is located right off a busy road near the airport. Your room rate includes free shuttle service to and from the airport, which was nice. Even if you're not arriving by plane, one of the Kraków train lines ends at the airport. Overall, this is a good place to stay for one night for anyone with an early departure from KRK.
