Venez rester avec nous dans cette belle maison récemment rénovée. Cette maison est soigneusement conçue pour transformer les vacances de votre famille en une expérience de luxe.
Non seulement la maison est magnifique mais l'emplacement est incroyable. À seulement 4 miles (9 minutes) de Disneyland et à quelques miles de Cal State Fullerton, du parc à thème Knott's Berry Farm, de la convention d'Anaheim et bien plus encore.
Cette maison a été totalement réaménagée pour accueillir les vacances de votre famille comme aucune autre. Nous avons pensé à tout, des gros articles tels que le thermostat Nest, la nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse et l'entrée à distance aux petits éléments tels que les nouveaux shampooing, revitalisant, savon, café, etc. pour chaque nouvel invité.

Our family chose this home to be close to Disneyland. It was a quick 10 minute drive which we appreciated. The host was very quick to reply to messages and everything was very clean. The only recommendations for the host would be to provide washcloths, a blowdryer, Kleenex and have a few more items stocked in the kitchen. We appreciated the comfortable beds to sleep in after a long day of walking.

Beautiful home, very clean and comfortable beds. My kids enjoyed the stay and it was very close to Disneyland, a lot of restaurants and convenient stores nearby.

Decent location, 15 mins from Disney, updated interior. Communication with Jimmy was easy. Comfy beds, lots of room, big dining room and table for a large family. Quiet neighbors, friendly neighborhood.
A few things this property needs:
-Could greatly benefit from a deep cleaning. Lots of marks on the walls, floors need mopped. Had a fruit fly infestation when we stayed. Jimmy- pour some bleach in the drains and toilets and let it sit for a day, get a UV trap. Easy fix.
-Outdoor laundry area needs cleaned. Lots of junk and trash around. Again, easy fix.
-Some thicker curtains in the living room for more privacy. Neighbors could see right in at night.
-More bowls/plates/glasses. Just a small hodge podge of random plates/bowls/glasses and nowhere near enough for a family of 4. $150 trip to Target, problem solved.
So, would stay here again if the minor stuff above resolved. Good family VRBO.

This was such a wonderful property. It is very easy to get to Disney from the location. The house is situated in a beautiful neighborhood that if you wanted to go on a walk or a run in the morning, it would be safe to do so.
The house itself was super clean, and beautifully renovated. It was a wonderful place to stay. There is a grocery store literally a three minute walk from the house. There is everything you need.

We stayed for 3 nights. Coffee/tea was provided which was wonderful. Washer/dryer were great to have especially since it rained a good part of the time we were there. The home was clean, beds were comfy, all in all an enjoyable visit.

We liked the home. It was clean and well appointed. BUT, the property manager sent us very specific instructions about parking prior to check in that ended in us receiving a parking ticket. When we messaged him we received no acknowledgement at all (even though he had been messaging us back and forth prior to this). Super crappy that he gave us specific instructions for parking, we followed exactly what he said, and it resulted in a parking ticket. There are not other options for parking either since he states that there is no driveway or garage parking.

We stayed for three nights when we went to Disneyland. It's a short drive to the park. Good quiet neighborhood, grocery, Target, and Costco very close. The neighborhood has an awkward no parking on fridays for street cleaning. We were told to park on the side street on friday and we were ticketed anyway. The owner responded quickly and paid for the ticket. There are always problems with these type of rentals, the real measure is how well the owner takes care of the problems and this owner resolved it quickly. This is a good comfortable stay.

The home was beautiful and close to many attractions.
The only cons that can easily be fixed is the cleanliness such as spider webs in many places, plants, pictures, fixtures, the picnic table out back and the cleaning crew could just take a few extra minutes to cater to this beautiful home…
I’m the morning, it took at least a half hour to get hot water, but once hot it didn’t go cold.
Night 1 we was awaken by 2 males entering our rental. Scary….. however we didn’t lock the door unbenounced to us, they were renting the house connected.

This house was very comfortable and easy to stay in. Only 5 miles from Disneyland (which is why we choose this house) and was perfectly located near a nice grocery store, gas station and restaurants. The house was spacious enough for us all to be comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was very communicative the entire time making sure we didn’t have any issues. Check in and out was very easy also. Next time we head back down to Disneyland, I will try to stay here again.

Overall, my family experience at this rental was nothing but great! Jimmy’s home felt like home away from home! The home is in a great neighborhood. The home was clean and spacious with beautiful upgrades. I loved the space my kids had to run around rather than if we stayed in a hotel. Jimmy communication was great. He had checked in just to make sure everything was going well, and he also stopped by to fix a minor equipment right away. This vacation home was well worth the money! You won’t regret it! This home is great for families and made our visit to Disneyland very easy with its proximity to the park. It is well-taken care of and has all the essential amenities. Although, it shares a backyard with another unit- we were never uncomfortable or aware of others in the space. Jimmy had great communication and easy-to-follow directions.

We stayed here because of the proximity to Disneyland. It was clean and updated. Some of the updates were still in progress like patched holes in the master bedroom, but it was not an issue. Plenty of room for 5 of us. The backyard was nice and fenced in. Location was great. The host Jimmy was very easy to communicate with and messaged us during or stay to make sure we were comfortable. Overall a great experience.

Nice House
We were not aware that the house actually contains two units until closer to our stay. There was some noise; however, Jimmy reached out, and we were able the address our concerns. It is a nice house with the images reflecting the space.

Quite Home
Very nice property and host. He worked with us the entire stay . Had some family fly home to Cali so we all gathered to here. The excitement level was high so we we’re a little on the noisy side but the host kept us together. Will definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get away for a nice relaxing quiet vacation
