This is a great place to stay right across from the beach with a beautiful pool! Clean, Convenient, 5 star!

We really enjoyed our stay at gumbo limbo! It was very clean, and tropical. The location was great centrally located , just steps to the beach and 0.5 miles or so from downtown!

The condo was exactly as pictured and advertised. Beautiful sugar sand beach so close and a 10-15 minute stroll to numerous casual restaurants. Light and bright spacious condo. Nice patio/pool area with room to sit and read and enjoy.

Very clean and comfortable property. Just a half block walk to the beach. They provide beach chairs and umbrellas for time on the beach. Beautiful pool area to relax in. Close proximity to the fun downtown area. We truly enjoyed our stay!

This was a beautiful property and had every amenity we could want! This was hands-down, the cleanest place I have ever rented, and the location was outstanding. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful home & perfect for our quick stay in Siesta Key! Right across the street from the beach and LOVED all of the beach items that were available (chairs, umbrellas, sand blankets). The pool is amazing and our kids loved swimming in it (even when it got a little chilly!) Loved some of the "stocked" items in the kitchen and made cooking a lot easier! Was very excited about the milk frother -- but unfortunately the batteries were dead - HA! Unfortunately the temperature dipped quite a bit while we were there so we did not get to enjoy the beach and pool as much as we had hoped, but loved the area -- check in was incredibly easy and we had a great time!

So close to the beach and downtown. Cute space and very clean.

The unit’s location is amazing and it was nicely decorated and clean. We loved being able to easily walk back and forth to that beautiful beach! The beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys were also a definite bonus! The only drawback was the noise from the upstairs unit. You can hear people walking around, and unfortunately one night of our stay our upstairs neighbors were up and moving around into the wee hours of the night. Just something to consider with light sleepers or kiddos that need to go to sleep early. Next time we may look into the upstairs unit :)

We came to Siesta Keys with our four children (ages 8-15) to enjoy the beach. The place was in a great location- as advertised, clean, and very easy access to the beach. We stayed in the downstairs unit and the ceiling isn’t super well insulated but it wasn’t a big deal. The unit has many thoughtful touches that show the owner cares about it. We ask learned about it the SCAT trolley which stops right next door and gets you to town (or all the way to Turtle Beach south). We hope to stay again if we travel to Florida and stay a few more days too. Thanks for hosting us!

Lovely condo across from the most beautiful beach in the world

Great stay!

The house was super clean and a perfect location. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Unit was clean. No bugs. My rating is because: felt like no sound barrier. Neighbors were very obnoxiously loud after hours one night. Could hear literally everything and blaring music. Could hear everyone walking above us. The two bedrooms by the pool desperately need curtains because when people are out back walking around a crazy bright light, lights up entire bedroom constantly waking you up. Location to beach was very nice. Plenty of bath and pool towels were nice. Parking was good for a truck and smaller car.

Everything was as described. Loved walking to the beach everyday.

This property was located in the best spot to enjoy Siesta Key beach! Property size was perfect for me and my family. Property manager was very responsive and very helpful. You could hear the people upstairs and one was smoking out on the balcony which kept us from using the patio. Not a deal breaker when there were other alternatives to enjoying the property and surrounding areas. I would stay here again!

Facility is clean and well maintained. Great location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here with our three kids (8, 4, and 8 months) we ended up putting the baby in her own room, the other kids in the king room and we took the den area. (Teething baby needed to be in her own closed door space) it worked out nicely. Excellent beach location and beautiful and refreshing pool. Nice access to beach chairs and toys for kids. Virginia was wonderful checking in all week and easy to reach. Thanks for a great week!

Perfect location for your trip to Siesta Key. Right across the street from Siesta Key beach. Safe neighborhood and walking distance from downtown.

This is a beautiful, well maintained property that is super close to the ocean. It was perfect for our family! Virginia was awesome to deal with and gave us great suggestions for things to do in the Siesta Key area!

Perfect home away from home

Pleasantly surprised how close and convenient this property is to the beach and the shops and restaurants. The pool grounds were beautiful and a relaxing place for the family to hang. A bigger tv for rainy days would be my only suggestion. The condo had everything else that we desired. Highly recommend!

House was as advertised and very clean. Sheets were so soft and comfy! We talked about them all weekend :-) Location was quiet and right across the street from the less crowded area of the beach (but a very short walk to the more crowded area with the food stand/bathrooms/etc.) Parking was a little tight and there is no street parking, but we had 2 smaller SUVs and were fine. Short drive to the restaurants/bars/shops and though we didn't take it, we saw a Trolley and Golf carts driving people around so that is an option too. Virginia was very pleasant to speak with, gave great tips and was super nice. Only downside really was check in is at 4 PM and check out is 10 AM which was unfortunate because of how our flights were. Would have liked to do the beach in the morning and be able to go back to the house and shower before having to head to the airport. Not a deal breaker though. Overall good experience and would recommend.

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and it was the PERFECT location. Steps from the beach and walking distance to the village. The place was beautiful: clean and well kept. We plan to be back!

Overall it was a good stay. Great location and great service. My only two concerns were with the cleanliness of the pool(murky water) and the noise level from the upstairs neighbors.

Our family of 4 and my mother & father n law stayed at this property we had a great experience it’s a short walk to the beach and my kids really enjoyed the pool! The unit is nicely renovated and was very clean! The beds were comfortable as well!

Fantastic location! Beautiful unit! 15 min walk to village/10 min by bike. Would definitely stay again. We rented with friends in the other unit of the duplex and it was perfect :)

The property was clean and beautiful. Close to the beach and downtown. It was the perfect getaway with my boys.
