Beautiful1-Bedroom Condo, 1 Block to Beach
Construit en 2019, Harborview est le dernier immeuble en copropriété de Hampton Beach. Harborview est situé au 180 Ashworth Avenue et se trouve à quelques pas de toutes les attractions de la promenade et à 5 minutes à pied du sable. L'unité 104 a un mobilier flambant neuf et toutes les commodités dont vous avez besoin pour passer une excellente semaine à Hampton Beach. Un espace cuisine et salon à aire ouverte s'ouvre sur une terrasse surdimensionnée. Ce condo comprend une grande chambre, un canapé-lit et un matelas pneumatique queen-size.

Beautiful place. Really enjoyed our stay but be aware of location for weekends in summer. Road is really busy and loud!

Clean and in accordance to the ad. The host answered quickly to our questions and provided some beach equipments. Everything was perfect!

This was hands down one of the nicest places we've ever spent a week at in Hampton Beach. It was very modern and well equipped where we didn't need to bring as much with us as a usual cottage rental, plus the AC worked great. The beach and several restaurants are only a short walk. Highly recommend it!

This unit is perfect for our family (kids 5&8). It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, excellent location. Rich is extremely responsive, another 5 star trip!

My husband and I had an awesome stay. The place is very well kept and very spacious.
Wish there was a few more kitchen items, such as baking sheets but we made do. Also wish there was a grill on site but not a huge deal breaker.
The host was great at getting back to us if we had any questions too.
Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Rich was wonderful to work with - the property is exactly as described. Perfect location to walk downtown and plenty of restaurants in the area for food. The entire building is well maintained and clean.

This place was absolutely wonderful top to bottom! The beds couches, furnishings and little details that were in place made it a fantastic stay. He has everything one might need and I would absolutely love to be contacted about how he gets that wonderful water pressure in the shower. It’s a stones throw from the beach and one of the best accommodations I have stayed in. 100/10!!

Condo was exactly as advertised and exceptionally clean. When there were any questions, Rich was just a text or email away and always replied super quickly. Would highly recommend this location to anyone lucky enough to visit the area!!

Great location- 1 block from beach but still quiet and private. Comfortable bed. Amenities were a bit sparse and needed restocking. 2 single women need wine glasses and ice.

Linens are there, laundry in unit, every convenience and for Hampton remarkably quiet. Highly recommend, great experience with the rental.

Very Nice Place, Close Walk to the Beach
Rich was a great host and his property was as advertised. We had a great stay, really beautiful place. It was close to the beach and shops. We spend a lot of time in the condo due to it raining a lot during our stay, and it felt very homey.

This condo was convenient to Hampton Beach. The condo was very clean with a nice deck. Easy walk to good lobster rolls and other New England favorites.

Cute, Modern, Cozy - Excellent Host
Our weekend was full of rain so we spent more time in the condo than planned so it was nice to have all the necessities. The condo is very new and modern and cozy. Rich is one of the best hosts I’ve dealt with and we look forward to coming back!
