Good location

Poor entrance to the building with steep stairs and no elevator. Not accomodated for handicaped. Also, parking options were far from the apartment, and "zona azul"

Location great. Would be great in summer.

It was really cold. We asked the host and we’re just told to use the thermostat. We already had the temperature at max heat and it barely warmed the flat. And it turned off completely at night so got unbelievably cold! We didn’t have a toilet seat for our entire stay. We were told on the first night that someone would be around to fix it, we went out for 10mins to the supermarket at around 8pm and an someone apparently tried to come then and couldn’t get in as they didn’t have a key (odd since we had to leave the key on the table inside for check out)… We hadn’t been told we would need to be there for the person to come around and we’re only given 10mins notice. We were told they would come the next day so we left the keys in the lock box when we were out to make sure they could access the apartment and we’re told we would be given warning before their arrival. They again came around 8pm and gave us no warning. They had no toilet seat and we’re just coming ‘to check’ what kind of seat they needed and said they would be back the next night, they didn’t come. So for the whole time we had no toilet seat. It would have been better if the hosts had communicated with us better as we had been told that a maintenance man would be there to fix it on day 1 when really this wasn’t true at all. We could have sent them pictures of the toilet etc if we had known they needed this or would have made sure we were there the first night if we had been told they didn’t have access…

Good location, nice, clean and spacious. I t is easy to see this property is owned by women, it has everything you need.

The stairs. Us North Americans must remember the first floor in Spain is the second floor in Canada and the US.
