Ensoleillé, confortable, joliment décoré, propre et pratique. Difficile à battre! Une rénovation récente à l'extérieur du complexe et un remodelage complet de la cuisine et des salles de bains avec des finitions et des appareils haut de gamme complètent l'ensemble.
Notre spacieux condo offre deux chambres et un loft accessible par un escalier en colimaçon dans la chambre principale. Les couchages comprennent:
- un lit queen dans chaque chambre
- un lit double dans le grenier
- un canapé-lit double en mousse à mémoire de forme dans le salon
- un lit pliant simple
- un lit bébé portable
pour fournir un sommeil confortable jusqu'à 9 personnes.
Deux ponts pour profiter toute l'année. Pendant les saisons de ski et d'été (week-end du Memorial Day au week-end de la fête du Travail), il y a 4 bains à remous (2 intérieurs et 2 extérieurs) et une grande piscine chauffée à attendre après une journée passée à profiter de tout ce que la région a à offrir. ** La piscine et les bains à remous seront fermés du 21 avril au 24 mai 2019 pour entretien **
Tout cela et le meilleur emplacement à Breck! C'est une promenade facile à l'ascenseur Quicksilver Super 6 (350 verges), la rue Main (1/4 mile) avec une abondance de restaurants et de boutiques. Les sentiers de randonnée et de vélo commencent juste devant votre porte.
Un parking, une laverie sur place, une connexion haut débit à Internet et un local à skis sont disponibles gratuitement.
Notre place n'est pas un condo de location sentiment «institutionnel». Nous l'avons rendu chaleureux et accueillant sans être occupé ou encombré. C'est notre deuxième maison et nous l'entretenons pour notre propre plaisir ainsi que le vôtre.

The property was as advertised. Walking distance to the ski lifts and downtown. Parking is a little tricky when unit is full. Cookware could be better. Overall a great condo and great location.

Property was as described and had all the amenities listed. Close to Main Street and the slopes. Had plenty of room for the 7 people in our party. Had plenty of plates, cups, and other kitchen supplies ( only low on forks). We enjoyed our stay a lot.

The accomodation was lovely and homely. The facilities were great right down to the well stocked kitchen. The location is ideal for the slopes, but also for walking into town.
It felt like home from home.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I’m going to for this place. We were there in January to ski for the week. Checking in and parking was amazing. It is a walk to the nearest lift, so little kids could be an issue. Our boys did fine with it. Quick walk to downtown and nearby restaurants.
There were some general maintenance issues with the condo— missing strings for the fan, fireplace shroud was broken, temperamental showers. There’s no vent for the oven, so if you cook expect smoke to fill the living room. Washer and dryer are downstairs— community sharing.
These are by no means a deal breaker. My bigger issue was the management of the property. We ran out of trash bags, there was half a box of tissues, the pots and pans were almost unusable (everything stuck to them), they advertise an outdoor grill but the propane was empty (they offered to reimburse me if I exchanged it but I feel I shouldn’t have to do their work). What really rubbed me the wrong way was the envelope asking for a tip for the cleaning crew. Didn’t I already pay Vrbo a cleaning fee??
I stayed here because our typical location (cedars) wasn’t available. I may return if faced with a similar decision, but likely try another place.

We love this condo and it has already been the second time we spent our spring break here. It is cozy and comfortable and you find everything you need. The location is great as you can walk to the lift and the town. The heated pool and the hot tubs make it the perfect spot.

Great condo and location. The outdoor hot tubs (4) were awesome and just across the parking lot. The only reasons for the 4-star overall rating are a lamp in a bedroom was falling apart (light socket - seemed a bit dangerous) and the ceiling light in the same bedroom could not be turned on (the pull string on the fan seemed to be broken or stuck). Also, the TV was not intuitive to figure out even with the instructions and eventually we just logged into our Hulu Live account and used that to watch TV. None of these were deal breakers but could definitely be improved.

Property was as advertised. Beds were comfortable and lots of extra blankets. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware for homecooked meals. Short walk to the ski lift and to town. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this condo to others.

I gave a 4 because the Roku tv didn’t work. The guys spent at least 45 minutes trying to get it to work and couldn’t so we could not access Netflix, etc. The tv is very old so we couldn’t stream either. Because it was very cold we didn’t spend time outdoors in the evening. Not much to do w/o accessing Roku. Other than that we were very pleased with our stay.

Timbernest was home away from home. We came to ski and it was a very quick walk to the Quicksilver chair. Condo was very nice and clean. Would definitely stay there again.

We love the location as it is walk to downtown (and ski lift in winter) and this place is across the parking lot from heated pool worth 4 hot tubs. The condo was spacious, clean and includes all amenities. Highly recommend to the VRBO community. Don’t stay somewhere else, you arrive, you park and you walk everywhere, so convenient.

Great location, comfortable condo
This condo is a short walk to the ski lift and to all the great restaurants in Breckenridge. We enjoyed an extended stay and would book again. The owner is very responsive. The layout is spacious compared to other units with similar square footage.

Great Experience
My family stayed for a week, skied Breckinridge. The location is an easy walk to Peak 9. Condo was clean and comfortable. Owner was responsive and accommodating to our questions. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Timbernest condo
Condo was pretty nice, kitchen very well stocked with cooking supplies and condiments (more so than others I’ve stayed in), plenty of towels too! Hot tubs were excellent, we went every day. Location of condo not bad-further away from town than I was used to but once we found the shortcut path we walked everywhere. Communication with Amy was very good, she was very responsive both before and during our stay. Only negative was the noise from condo upstairs when sitting in living room but for the most part it was tolerable. I recommend this condo!

Great stay right in Breck
Great condo property within walking distance of Main Street in Breckinridge. Very nice clean unit for our family of five, 2 night stay. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub facilities, a short 2 min walk across the parking area. Breckinridge is a fun summer destination—plenty of options—hiking, mtn or path biking, fishing, golf, Main Street shops/restaurants, etc. Lots of fun—thanks!

Hop, Skip and a Jump From Town
We had an amazing time in Breck. The location of this property was perfect and was within walking distance of all of the shops and restaurants on Main St. It was nice to have deck access from the living room/kitchen, second bedroom and a private deck off the master suite. We are nighttime sit outside people so that worked perfectly for the family to catch up at the end of the day.

Wonderful.
We have nothing negative to say about this place. It’s directly across from the pool and hot tubs. You could not have a better location, the walkways take you straight to Main St, Or Maggie’s Pond. The extra supplies of dry pantry goods and toiletries were an added bonus. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great Spring Break at Breck
We spent 4 nights at Warriors Mark for a Spring Break Ski Trip. The Condo was exactly as described and there was plenty of room for my wife and our 2 daughters. Great Location (approx 5 minute walk to both the Quicksilver Lift and to Town.) The hot tub reservation system due to COVID restrictions was great. We were able to get our reservation each day by signing up each morning a 9am. We had a great time and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great convenient place to stay while in Breck.

Spur of the moment trip
We were so lucky this precious condo was still available. Owner very accommodating and there could be NO better location! Cute decor, kitchen completely stocked and even though the washer dryer not in unit they were easily accessible!

We love this place! So cozy and have the homey feeling.
Timely response! So close to town! Walking distance to ice rink. There were 8 of us and I would not recommend more thAn that. The couch is so comfy.❤. Only 2 cars allowed. So you guys have to carpool! Otherwise you will pay $25/night at the Ice rink parking lot or further way the airport for $10/night.
The coffee didn't work well but the rest was great!
Some of us went tubing, some of us went skiing and others exploring town and enjoying hot tub (must reserve prior because it's very limited) hot tub is just across the property.
Please read the guest book! They have the best reviews and messages from previous guests "boob lights & farting chair" 🤣😂 you would not know if you don't see it yourself! Don't worry this place great for families with kids!
Overall, We had a great time and will definitely definitely stay at this property.
