Debbie texted us the night before we set off and asked us if we needed anything. She was there when we arrived and welcomed us. There was ample parking. When we walked into the Barn we all said how nice it was. A bathroom for each bedroom, fully fitted kitchen and the lounge is so comfy. It far exceeded what we expected. The beds are great and the extra furnishings make staying there feel like a home. We felt we had privacy and were not overlooked. The park and ride is a very short and easy drive away so visiting York was a breeze. Highly recommended.

Lovely property in a peaceful location

The area was nice and quiet shops weren't to far away. York Town centre was a good distance just a short drive and you're there. We loved our stay and felt very refreshed after it. The girls loves the horses and went to see them regular. We will certainly be back when lockdown stops being a pain. I have been telling everyone about this gorgeous place.

Few cobwebs on the walls and a couple of spiders that got kicked out :') there was hair pins from previous stayers on the bedside table other than that it was spot on. This Didn't really effect our stay, we just cleared them.
