6階に受付があり、不便。一階のボーイが個人的にツアーなどの勧誘をしていて嫌な感じがした。

Dit hotel overtreft al onze verwachtingen. Enorm behulpzaam en heel vriendelijk personeel, mooie grote kamers, uitzicht over de stad, schitterende badkamer met o.a. tandenborstel, badjas, badslippers enz., goede bedden, geweldig ontbijt buffet met een grote keuze aan gerechten. Het hotel is schoon en hygiënisch. Met op de bovenste verdieping een zwembad met uitzicht over heel de stad met een beauty en massage salon.

The place was very clean and well maintained. The location is great and a quick walk to the Han River Bridge. The staff was great and the breakfast was very good and the varied offering had something for everybody.

Did not have any issues as such. It would have been nice if the breakfast time was till 10:30 or even 11:00 AM

酒店距离机场很近，打车10分钟出头。楼顶19楼还有一个小游泳池，开放到晚上19:00。自助早餐丰富，口味不错。 工作人员都专业热情，Manager Thao亲切友好帮忙解决了新增房卡等问题。一楼的一个接待小哥也很好，看到我们租的摩托车有小问题，主动骑过去马路对面修车摊位帮我加气解决了。 再来岘港还会考虑入住。

Excellent hotel in the heart of Da Nang, so convenient to get around, surrounded by restaurants, shopping places, cafes, local places. All staff were so courteous and helpful at every service. Delicious breakfast with lots of choices. I stayed in their suite which was so spacious with fantastic view, excellent for a long stay. Highly recommended!

It has kid zone. Altthough the zone is small but my baby had a great time here. The doorman is so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok but I cant expect more. Rooms are clean

It's really far from central, impossible to walk to central, needs taxi or rides.

The location of the hotel was amazing as it was within walking distance to the river. The buffet breakfast was excellent as the hotel offered some much choice. The staff were all really friendly and helpful.

Room was spacious and clean. Beds were clean and mattress firm. Bathrooms were large and comfortable. Breakfast spread was good and variety changed everyday for the 4 days we were there. Reception area on 6th floor was big, with plenty of seats available. Swimming pool was nice, right at the roof top. Spa facilities were good too. Most staff are able to speak some English and they are very helpful and courteous.

Although the king bed was clean and firm, they didn't have a large enough bedsheet for it, so they used 2 bedsheets. It was uncomfortable as there was a crease/ line in the middle, instead of 1 smooth sheet. The windows were not sound proof, so even on the 8th floor, you could hear motorcycles and police sirens going past. The other room we booked faced the afternoon sun, hence it was a very hot room, even though the hotel gave us a card to permanently place in the slot to keep electricity on. At Level 1, to exit the hotel, at the doorway, there is an unpleasant permanent stench. The hotel rate is higher compared to some other hotels.

The hotel wanted to charge me for missing face towels upon check-out. I paid for the stay upfront, was on a business trip (I advised them I would need VAT receipt many times in advance so they should be well aware of this) and am a Genius level 3 on Booking.com. Why would I be taking 2 face towels from the room? They're clean and in good conditions but definitely no luxury silk. And I'm 100% sure I would not take any hotel towel. I'd rather use my own. I was ready to pay 100k but they refused to take it after hearing that I would leave bad review. A good experience otherwise but was totally ruined. Just my personal experience but yeh I was asked for review. I'm changing the review score since it was a pleasant stay in fairness until the very end. Hopefully, it was just a one time bad stroke of luck.
