Location, cleanliness and the villa itself was great!

We had a fabulous vacation! Close to the beach, market and restaurants. Food was amazing! The property was as beautiful as the pictures and very comfortable. Communicating with the host was easy. Saint Martin experiences periodic loss of water. We experienced it two days in a row for 12 to 18 hours. It would not deter us from returning!

This is our second time visiting the wonderful Beach House. It is immensely comfortable. We love the open downstairs which lets us feel as if we are outside even when we are in. And the pool is picture perfect. Additionally, we are just steps from the wonderful Orient Bay shops and restaurants. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else on Saint Martin!

This Beach House Villa was a delight to stay in. It’s in a great location and is an easy walk to the beach and some great restaurants. The private pool is a very nice and provides a nice relaxing space.

Everything was amazing, the location is perfect. The beach clubs are fantastic. We are definitely coming back. On the last day we lost water due to construction near the villa, apparently that's a thing. One minor situation to a otherwise phenomenal vacation.

Beautiful house with an amazing living space. A quick walk to many shops restaurants and most important the beach.

Notre séjour ici a été aussi proche du ciel sur terre que je peux l'imaginer. La villa était absolument magnifique et magnifiquement entretenue. J'ai hâte de visiter à nouveau l'île !

We loved everything about our stay! The property is beautiful, well-kept, and exactly as described. The location was convenient to everything we wanted and needed—the beach, groceries, restaurants, etc. which was great since we didn’t rent a car. Loved that we could take a dip in the private pool whenever we wanted. Bedrooms were nice and cool for sleeping. We’re already planning our next visit to the Beach House Villa!

The location was perfect. Just a short (3 minutes) to the beach, shops, restaurant, grocery and bakery! Everyone was nice and friendly! Phil the property manager was great too!

The property was the nicest we have stayed in Orient Beach. Excellent host, very clean and well kept property with everything you need to make your vacation wonderful. We will book this one again.

I can not express enough how much we enjoyed this house. The inside flowing into the outside pool area is so relaxing and idyllic. The house is very well-equipped, nicely decorated, and feels very private. The walk to the beach, stores, and numerous excellent restaurants is less than 5 minutes. We are already hoping for a return visit next winter!

We loved the Villa… great for relaxing by the pool and a quick 3 minute stroll to the beach, beach bars and shops ! Elodie our manager was so kind and helpful. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures. We will return.

Très jolie villa avec tout le confort. Il ne manque rien, c'est comme à la maison. La décoration est faite avec goût dans toutes les pièces. La piscine est vraiment agréable. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Nous sommes demeurés dans votre magnifique villa pendant 4 semaines. Villa entièrement équipée de tout ce qu'on a de besoin. Villa également très bien décorée. Elle est située à seulement 4 minutes de marches de la plage. On a également eu un très bon service du gérant Phil. Nos enfants et petits-enfants ont très apprécié leurs séjours. La piscine, qui a été toujours bien entretenue, a été très agréable à être utiliser. Nous nous sentions vraiment comme à notre maison. Je recommande fortement cette villa à ceux qui veulent se sentir comme chez eux et profiter de ce bel environnement.

The location is ideal for walking to the beach and the Village. The pool is beautiful with a nice sitting area. The kitchen is very well appointed and the furnishings are very tasteful . The only suggestion is for screening to keep out insects. The hurricane doors open up both the kitchen and dining/livingroom to the outdoors.

Great location. Really nice property. Beach house has everything needed to have a good time. Really close to shops and great restaurants. Only drawback...Still lots of construction.

We spent a fantastic week in this beautiful, tastefully decorated Beach house. The set-up with the pool is incredible(these pictures don't do it justice!) and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. We ate in most evenings and lacked for nothing while preparing our meals. We were 5 adults and there was plenty of room. The upstairs balcony is very nice and enjoyable too. Its a very short 5 minute walk to Beautiful Orient Bay. There is everything there if you need it ! Owner and manager were very friendly and welcoming! Well worth it Isabelle and Eric Montreal Canada

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this villa. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to spend their holiday in Orient Bay.

We recently just returned from our stay at the Beach House, May 3-16, 2017. We have been frequent visitors to Orient Beach (over 20 years) and this year was NOT a disappointment. The Beach House is located perfectly for those staying at Orient, located 3 driveways from the roundabout that takes you to the beach. You could easily walk to the village and the beach...I'm lazy and drove. As for the home, it was recently updated, kitchen, living area, bathrooms and bedrooms. We don't cook on vacation (coffee maker only). but the kitchen was outfitted with everything you need. Pool area was well maintained and it had sun from early morning till late afternoon. I only had 2 concerns which I relayed to Isabella(owner). 1. Being from the States I would have loved 1 or 2 US TV stations, there were well over 100 French stations, but speaking no French, they did not offer much in entertainment or news. After 20 years you would thing I would learn some French? 2. There were 2 hurricane doors that opened from the outside to the kitchen and dining area, they let the sun and air in, but they also let in the mosquito's. Was a small price to pay for being in such a beautiful home and bug spray does work! I would highly recommend the house, given the location, updates, privacy and overall ambience of the home. Isabella (owner)was very attentive to my correspondence and Phillippe (villa manager) was excellent. Please go and enjoy all this home and St. Martin have to offer!!!

Isabelle provides a beautiful home that is truly a "beach" home. The villa is as described and very comfortable. It has all the modern necessities. It's easy walking to Orient Beach and to markets and restaurants. We totally enjoyed our experience. Thank you!

Me and my wife (40 yr. olds coming from CO) with two kids, 6 and 2 had such an amazing time in Orient Bay and at the house. We stayed a little over two weeks, house was very clean upon arrival. Pool was also very clean and serviced while we were there. Philip the manger came to check on us and Isabelle was available for anything. We didnt need anything as everything was in great working order. The location couldn't be better, quick walk to the beach and if you forget something your there and back in 10 minutes. Store also 5 minute walk and has everything, its great when you need a couple things Without driving. Super safe, great people, really can't say enough about the area. Can walk down to the beach at night and enjoy dinner with the kids. Playgrounds in the bar areas, not a trashy place. Water is so warm and calm. Great running and swimming. Hope to return again, the French people were great to us.

La villa est très bien située dans orient baie, proche des petits commerces, des restos et des plages. Villa très bien décorée à la fois romantique et dans le thème de la mer. Tout est neuf, literie très confortable , piscine très appréciée des grands et des petits (5, 8, 11). On s'y sent comme à la maison !! C'est idyllique ... Nous y sommes encore pour 3 jours et n'avons aucune envie de partir ! Si nous revenons à St. Martin c'est sur que nous relouerons cette maison.
