Renovated Modern & Spacious Oceanview Condo Close to All Surfside has to Offer

The good: location to the beach and other area attractions was amazing. The unit was very clean. The pool was nice and we had it to ourselves every time we went.
The not good: this unit was so loud. The guests above us walked around all night long and we were awakened numerous times. The unit is tired and in dire need of some TLC, particularly the bathrooms.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family. The condo itself was very well done (decor), well kept, and very clean. We enjoyed the patio where you could smell the salty air from the ocean and hear the waves. The views of the ocean though slight were nice. The complex itself was very clean and well maintained. A nice family-oriented complex. The location was great, right across the street from two beach accesses. The host, Erica was great from booking to pre-trip questions and questions during our stay. Very responsive. We hope to be back in 2025!

We absolutely loved this condo, it was so cozy and in the perfect location. We did not have a single issue and everyone who were permanent residents were super nice! The beds are comfy and everything is as stated! Up to date and we will definitely be staying here again!

Our rental was actually in Royal Gardens Resort, with oceanfront balcony, convenient location and lots of amenities to include both indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, covered parking, restaurant and elevator. Our hosts, Erica and Spiro, were amazing to work with and provided all the necessities for a worry-free vacation!

This was a great place to spend thanksgiving with the family. The unit is conveniently located to several restaurants within walking distance and is just across the street from the beach access. We had a very minor glitch with the door lock code on arrival but Erica addressed it immediately. We will stay here again, highly recommended!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we needed to rent a condo for a week. I spent several days looking for a place my husband and I would feel at home in and found the perfect place in Spiro & Erica’s home. Erica could not have been more graceful and accommodating during our stay. The condo is immaculate, spacious and located on a beautiful and quiet street within walking distance to several wonderful restaurants. The beach is directly across the street and you can hear the waves crashing while having your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. I hope this condo is available if you are looking for a peaceful getaway in Surfside Beach

My wife and I were looking for a beach getaway to celebrate our 30th anniversary. When we arrived, there was a bottle of champagne waiting for us. This property was amazing! It was clean, comfortable, and a quick walk to the beach (one minute). Spiro and Erica were such gracious hosts. They both worked quickly to address any needs or concerns we had, making our vacation one to remember! We will definitely use this property again! Book this one, you won’t be sorry!

The property is beautiful and well maintained! We usually stay oceanfront so we were a bit concerned about how far we would have to carry our beach items to the actual sand. We were excited to find that the beach access is right across the street and easy to navigate. About 8-10 steps up across a landing and 8-10 steps down to the sand.
The beds and pillows were super comfortable and made it enjoyable to actually be able to sleep while away. The porch is a nice size for four adults to enjoy the sounds from the ocean and a nice breeze anytime. Overall it was just perfect!!

Amazing stay in Surfside South Carolina
we have rented many times through VRBO and this was one of our favorites! It was spacious, exceptionally clean, updated and right across from the beach. Traveling from New Jersey everything was there for us. The owners were responsive and very organized. I felt very comfortable and we enjoyed our time at their home. The outside deck was our favorite place to sit and talk. It was my morning coffee time and night time wine time!! Rate it a 5 star ++

We absolutely LOVE staying at Salty Kisses!! This is our second stay and it just gets better. Clean, organized, well decorated, ocean view and close to everything. The Islander is SUCH a cute family oriented place to stay with a 2 minute walk and you are on the beach. We can’t wait to come back. They are incredible hosts!

Surfside 2022
What a wonderful experience. The description of the condo and location was spot on. Great location. My family and I spent 3 days and 4 nights there and it was one of the best stays we've ever had. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. They were also very helpful with suggestions on places to go and things to do. It's just a few steps to the beach which is very clean and family friendly with access straight across the street. If you have a change to stay here you won't regret it. We hope to return when we can.

The property is as nice as it looks in the photos and maybe even better.
Very comfortable. Really appreciated that the linens are included, as are beach chairs.
Proximity to the beautiful beach is across the street. The unit is not beach-side but that made no difference to us! It was so convenient.
The owners are extremely responsive. The digital lock malfunctioned and they IMMEDIATELY responded.

The Great Week
This place was amazing! It was very clean and quiet. It may not been on the beach but a 5 minute walk across the street and you are there. The property also had a swimming pool that was nice and clean. There are plenty of good restaurants to eat at close by. It also wasn’t too far from other shopping places, restaurants, and activities. For the future, I will be making this my #1 place to stay!

This little condo was the perfect addition to make our honeymoon all we wanted it to me it was very clean few steps to the beach there is bars down the street the neighbors was friendly the pool was clean the overall niceness of the neighborhood was very well more than likely will be staying here again definitely a good communication with the property managers especially when we wanted to stay an extra night

Best vacay stay yet at the Islander!
We have travelled to Surfside ever other year since 2010 and always stay at the Islander, never in the same condo (it has just worked out that way). From now on, I will be looking for the availability of this property as a priority. Loved the location, decor, and updates. It was so convenient that towels and linens were included, and everything was clean! Just a really great home away from home for the week!
