Close to the beach, quiet, comfortable and great big back yard for the dog to play in.

Very clean, comfortable and cozy home and great location. Close to everything with large and enclosed yard and views of the ocean and sound of the waves at night.

Perfect location. Clean house with big backyard which my doggy loves it.
The rooms sockets jump electric on second night. We suspect it’s due to we use washing machine to clean the cloths. Something to look into for improvement.

the property was simple. my husband has mobility issues and uses a walking frame. there were three steps at the front door but was a good hand rail at the front door to use the rest of the house was very accessible and there was even as rail in the shower. over all the house was very user friendly for both my self and my husband. we also had our dog with us and the back yard was secure.

I was travelling to Warrnambool with an elderly parent who had to undergo surgery in Warrnambool. Staying in this house was fantastic as it was very comfy and had everything we needed, as well as being in a great location and pretty quiet. So much better than having to stay in 2 small motel rooms and cheaper too! Terrific outdoor area and would definitely bring my dog next time as he would love it there! After we left, we realised an item of clothing had been left there and was able to contact Lorraine and organise to pick it up - no problems at all! Great communication from Lorraine at all times. Highly recommend and will stay here again when in Warrnambool next.
I literally can't pick any issues with this property apart from the fact that I couldn't find a box of tissues!! Didn't realise the train track was so close, but I actually enjoyed seeing the tops of the trains which weren't very often and didn't hear any during the night.

The WiFi was not working, I had to hotspot all the kids devices ( chewed abit of my monthly data) but it’s all good, I never use much per month on regular basis

The house was very neat, well presented, extremely clean, and well located close to beach and shops. Beds were really comfortable with spotless linens. Kitchen had everything we needed. Laundry facilities were excellent and much-needed due to the wet weather. Huge backyard with back gate to the beach was a hit with the kids.
The living area was fairly small for a family of five during wet weather.
