Dryer broken and was one of the main reasons we selected that condo for our 2 week stay. Had to install an aerator and clean out the slow drain in the main bath just to use the sink. Frig hummed and leaked water from the ice maker. So had to turn off the ice maker. TV in main bedroom couldn’t control the volume, so couldn’t watch cause volume deafening. . Beds, internet, and location very good..

Other than the problems with the dryer and frig this condo was clean. Beds were comfortable but family area furniture could be improved upon.

We loved the location but the condo was not what was promised. We have three children and a washer/dryer were essential; however, we arrived to a dryer that didn’t work without any hamper to transport our items when we had to pay at the laundry mat. The unit was listed to have a washer and dryer. This was a huge inconvenience. Also the refrigerator leaked all over our groceries the first night and continued to leak the entire time.
No one ever came to check on any of our issues. It was very poor service and not what we paid for.

We stayed last week and we won’t stay again. We had electrical issues in the second bedroom so only had power for tv part of the time there. The master bedroom overhead fan and lights didn’t work. We reported it all on arrival Saturday and no one showed up til Monday afternoon after I called a second time. The guy didn’t even bring tools. He said he’d talk to owner and let us know something and no one ever called us back. The foam mattress topper on the master kept sliding so there was a big gap between it and headboard and the sheets barely fit over it and kept sliding up. Maybe we’re picky but it just wasn’t up to the standards I would’ve expected considering the cost.

loved the place. The view, the ocean, the pool, the BBQ. the sunset deck. we are seniors and the 2nd.floor no elevator was an issue with bringing up the suitcases. also not mentioned clearly was that inside the apartment was another set of stairs to manage to get to the bedrooms.

Gorgeous location and well equipped condo
Everything was well stocked. Thoroughly enjoyed condo but wish there was a little info provided who to contact if issue. Lost WIFI three times and took about two hours to find out who to contact and get resolved. By the third time it happened- I gave up. My only complaint. Really pleased with location and how well it was to spend a month there enjoying the pool, ocean, and all that St. Augustine offers. Will return!

Second time!
We love this condo and it's location, it's the second time we rent this one and will again! It's perfect for our family of 5. The view is amazing and the property clean.
I gave a 4 starts review simply because I believe this condo needs a little love... In the kitchen, the pot and pans are pilled-up in one big mess since one of the shelve is absent. The carpet is stained everywhere - although clean. We only had 4 beach towels even though I mentioned there would be 5 of us and I have no words to describe the mattress in the Master bedroom! We ended up removing the double layer of foam mattresses that were on top of the already soft one. Otherwise it's like the bed wants to swallow you whole!
All and all, we'll come back to unit 218, we absolutely adore this place. But maybe consider investing a bit of love in it ;-)

This until was great it was clean, and had great internet and a tv in every room which is helpful. There is a large patio/balcony in fron of the unit as well thats great for hanging out in the eveninga.

Pictures totally deceiving
We scheduled our trip to this condo late minute after changing from the Gulf side due to Hurricane Laura. What we should have done was just come home. Upon entering the condo we immediately noticed the flaking dining room chairs. Literally the material flakes off and makes a mess on the floor. The carpet is white and is in desperate need of cleaning, especially the yellow urine appearing stain next to the master bedroom window. Speaking of master bedroom window, the shades were falling off from the top of the window so we were unable to open them the entire week to view the gorgeous ocean. Maintenance came to try to fix them (and the ice maker that was broken upon us arriving) only to tell us the shades weren’t fixable and they reached out to the owner and would see if the owner would put new ones in ASAP so we could enjoy the view of the ocean from our bedroom. We never heard back about the shades and were never able to open them to admire the ocean view from the master bedroom. 3 days before we left, the AC went out completely in the middle of the night. Finally 2 days before we left an AC man came and did “all he could do” but a plumber would ultimately need to come and finish the job and until the plumber could come the AC wouldn’t properly work. The plumber never came the rest of our stay. Vacasa offered to put us in another condo on the lower floor on our last day, however, we just toughed it out due to not wanting to drag all our stuff and food and our 3 kids stuff to another unit just for one day. The upstairs bathroom had mold growing on the caulking. The oven handle had food slopped on it when we arrived. Also the TV downstairs had SIX remotes. SIX! And not a single one would work the TV. We got the TV turned on and that’s as far as we got. There were no instructions on how to use the TV or what remote was for what. We had high hopes for this condo but it was a complete fail. I would not recommend anyone to stay there. We know it is for sale so I’m not sure if the owners just want to be done with it and aren’t taking care of it anymore or what but it shouldn’t be offered to rent if it can’t be kept clean and maintained.

The beach is fantastic... you can walk for miles.... we were traveling with my three year old grandson.... he was thrilled with the beach toys and children’s pool... the complex was quiet which we loved and the people we met that were also staying there were so friendly! Close to lots of fun things to do !

Okay but not necessarily suitable for elders as there are no elevators to the 2nd floor .
Going to the 2nd floor was difficult for elders as carrying the luggage was arduous.
While the bedrooms were okay the location of the 2nd bathroom in the lower floor was very inconvenient and loss of privacy.
Also we like to bring to notice that the fridge was out of order for 2 days resulting in disposal of milk, fruits ,vegetables and cooked food thereby incurring extra expenses and serious inconvenience.. The location of the shelf next to the stove with sharp edges resulted in 2 serious accidents to the forehead and profuse bleeding which could have resulted in stitches if the bleeding would not have stopped.
On a more general issue, the bathroom exhaust fans were out of order. Also the storm door was removed without our knowledge and was not reinstalled .

This is the 3rd time we stayed in this condo and we love the location and complex. The pool is great and the beach is magnificent. We couldn’t ask for anything more-it is so hard to leave!

Excellent Rental
We loved this condo!!! It was warm and inviting and close to the beach. The kids loved the bunk beds and the tennis courts. The view of the ocean was amazing. It wasn't very busy so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. Can't wait to come back!

Just steps away from the beach!!
The property is as beautiful as the pictures make it look. The condo is located in the middle of the complex making the master suite the perfect place to watch the sunrise over the Atlantic. Of course you are just steps away from the beach if you would rather watch it from there. We were also able to park out vehicle on the beach in front of the condo making it easier to take all the tents and coolers in one trip. What a beautiful condo at a beautiful beach. I will definitely return to this condo when we come back to St. Augustine. It was also a blast to visit downtown each night. Endless restaurants and shops to enjoy.

Wonderful Week in Lovely Setting
The condo more than met our expectations! We have stayed at other condos in the general area, but this is one favorite by far, even though this was our first stay in 218. The description on the site was spot on for the amenities. The beach was only a short walk not crowded at all. Even though we do not have small kids to enjoy the area , the complex was family oriented. I highly recommend this condo and hope we can return for another week next year. Marisa was great to work with!

Great unit with excellent view
Loved unit 218. The owner has gone out of their way to provide lots of amenities. Condo is nicely decorated and fully equipped with most anything you would need. They even provide their Netflix Acct for viewing. We are already looking ahead to booking next year!

Beautiful condo on the beach
Stayed here over 4th of July and had an amazing time. The condo is gorgeous and so convenient to everything St. Augustine. This was our first time here and we are definitely coming back next year. The kids enjoyed the pool and beach-perfect for a family getaway. We travel quite a bit and this was a winner. Thanks to Marisa for making sure everything was perfect for us.

Wonderful week at the beach!
This condo is well equipped with lots of extras we weren't expecting...crock pot, lots of dishes, pans, kitchen stuff etc. Lots of extra blankets (didn't need), beach towels, even toys for my 5 year old. The unit itself is very nicely decorated and up to date, they've put a lot of time and $$ into decorating it really nicely and making it very comfortable. My extended family was there with a total of 7 condos in this complex rented and everyone thought ours was the nicest!
