Lovely Waterfront Suite near Portsmouth
Belle entrée privée sur la baie, un beau salon avec une cheminée, une très grande chambre avec un lit king size et une vue sur la baie, une fabuleuse salle de bain et un patio privé bien éclairé sous la pergola. Notre unité est livrée avec une cafetière, un mini réfrigérateur et un four à micro-ondes. Vous serez ravi de trouver des friandises pour le petit-déjeuner faites maison à votre arrivée. À seulement quelques minutes de Portsmouth, de l'Université du New Hampshire, de Kittery, dans le Maine et des magasins d'usine. NH et les plages du Maine. Profitez de la cabane dans les arbres, de la douche extérieure et de l’utilisation de kayaks. Je serais heureux de vous aider à planifier votre escapade si vous en avez besoin. Je vis ici depuis 25 ans et connais bien la région. Stayed with husband for the weekend. Space consists of bedroom, sitting room and bathroom. No kitchen but the outdoor space serves as an outdoor kitchen/bbq area. There are dishes and a small fridge, coffee maker. This is a duplex, so you are sharing a house but feels private enough. Owner helpful and friendly and treats you with a banana loaf.

Our stay, was absolutely beyond our expectations!! A very clean, quaint and picturesque house right on the water with spectacular views. The host was such a helpful and nice person that made our stay very memorable.

Just a quick 2 night stay for my wife's birthday but everything we were looking for. Cooked a lobster and tuna steak dinner in the outdoor kitchen. Everything I needed was first rate and available. I would recommend for any couple looking to relax, enjoy the views and the lovely property.

This is a relaxing spot that is close to Salem. It sits on a beautiful part of the Boston river. You can have coffee or tea or a beer and wine as you sit out on the veranda. If you want to canoe, you can do that too, and there’s a beautiful, quaint little bathhouse where you can take a shower before and after your swimming or boating experience, inside of this cute little cottage like VRBO is a quaint little fireplace a cute little coffee area and upstairs is a walk down bathroom and then you walk into the bedroom which is open so you can see the river that’s close to everything and yet you feel like your miles away from everything. It might be a little haunted lol. We were greeted with wonderful, blueberry muffins and donuts and coffee set up on the little coffee area table. It was so clean that it was unbelievable and trust me if it can pass my cleaning opinions it’s gotta be good. Hostess made sure we had everything we needed from shampoo to clean linen to expert made coffee. I would highly recommend that you take the weekend and get away and go downtown Salem or maybe fish on the river you can do anything you want right there in the spot.

Lovely one bedroom, two floor suite on river/harbor. New deck at shore line provided for mornings near the water to enjoy breakfast, coffee or just a morning relaxing view.

Everything went smoothly-- host left us helpful info and respected our space as guests. Beautiful view and great furniture! It was a rainy weekend but we couldn't have asked for a better place to be inside for!

The place was exactly as described. It was right on the water, very private, and well maintained. Andra was a great host, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, but not making herself obtrusive. She left home baked banana bread and a variety of snacks to welcome us. A great place to stay for a weekend getaway!

We had the most amazing time staying here for our anniversary. The place was clean, cozy, quiet, and perfect! The host left us homemade banana bread, snacks, drinks, and even champagne for our anniversary! We especially loved the beautiful views and the outdoor fire pit! Overall it was a perfect stay!

This place is very unique! From the location on the water, the treehouse, to the bathroom !
It was clean and had everything we needed. The decor is eclectic and so tasteful! We really enjoyed the fireplace and the outdoor fire pit. The treehouse is such fun, with beautiful views of the water.
Andra left a yummy apple cinnamon bread, various beverages and a bottle of champagne in the small fridge 🍾 to enjoy!
The only setback for us was, we were not aware it was directly connected to the owners’ home, which made it feel a little less private… but as we settled in, it was all good, and we truly enjoyed our stay!!

We loved the tree house which was the highlight of our stay. The bedroom upstairs was cozy and a perfect place to read. The downstairs was too dark, cold and smelled of left over fires. When we decided to have wine in the evening suddenly realized there were no glasses. She provided a coffee maker but no mugs. What you don't realize when you stay there that you are right next to a major road.

We stayed at Andra’s unit for two days. It was our last two days of a whirlwind 12 day vacation. We were looking for a quiet place to relax and regroup before we headed to Logan for our trip back to Seattle. It was perfect for owhat we were looking for. Relaxing reading sitting by the river, a short trip to the lighthouse, and lobster at Newicks. That plus Andra’s Cinnamon Apple bread makes this place special. We plan to return again.

If you enjoy being immersed in nature, you will really enjoy Andra's getaway! Lovely, private, waterfront setting with functioning tree house - complete w hammock chairs was SO relaxing! Inside, there are wonderful accents and hidden smiles everywhere. Beautiful views from the bedroom and extra large bathroom and shower made us feel so pampered. Andra has thought of everything - from coffee and delicious snacks and even special surprises to help celebrate my birthday . Absolutely wonderful - Thank you Andra! we will be back!

Felt like staying inside a British, cozy cottage (although actually part of a house), completely private, wonderful outdoor spaces by the water and outdoor seating in the shade with pleasant breezes. Would love to stay there again.

This unit is a gem! So many special touches, not to mention the view and the treehouse. We have stayed at a variety of Online BnB properties over the past 5 years, and this was the best of them all. I booked the property because it was convenient to the venue for our son’s wedding. I woke up the first morning to glance out the window to see my early-riser husband sitting in the treehouse enjoying his coffee and breakfast sandwich. I had neglected to tell him in advance about this amenity. We will definitely be back because this location is about 15 minutes in 2 directions from 2 of our children.

Perfect!
What a sweet place, and a thoughtful host! I am so glad we splurged a little to stay here. The treehouse!! With the cute little pulley system to bring up all the books or snacks that you don’t want to carry up the ladder!
Honestly, if you stay here make sure you budget extra time to sit in the hammock chairs in the treehouse and read or look out at the bay. Dreamy!
And the rest of the place was also perfect. Clean, cozy, everything we could have wanted.

Wonderful and Cozy
This was a wonderful place to celebrate our anniversary. We enjoyed the privacy, the banana bread and bottle of bubbly left for us and coziness of the setting. We especially enjoyed the tree house both mornings and sitting by the fire pit at night. Relaxing and refreshing. Many places around for walking and bird watching. Newick's down the street was a great place to eat and celebrate.

Best Kept Secret
A wonderfully magical place with water views and our own treehouse!! We thoroughly enjoyed the property…very cozy and our hostess thought of everything! We were greeted with a stocked mini fridge, snack basket, a bottle of champagne for our anniversary and a homemade loaf of chocolate chunk, banana bread! 10/10, 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Lovely spot close to everything
Had a great last minute getaway! Andra was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Everything was very clean and as pictured, bed was comfortable as well. The treehouse was definitely the highlight of the beautiful property - water breeze and views, and great place to read books while sitting in the hammock swings! Would definitely stay again!

Our sweet little get away.
I will recommend Andra's Treehouse get away to all my friend's. Everything was ready for us. Loved the blueberry muffins, such a delicious surprise. The apple tree was blooming and magical. I wish it had been a little warmer to take advantage of the outdoor shower, next time. Everything was very clean and private.

Great stay
Everything is as presented in the ad. The owner also leaves lots of snacks, including homemade banana chocolate chip bread, drinks and even a small coffee station. She also included a happy birthday banner because that is what we were celebrating! The place is immaculate and the owner is very easy to work with. Great location for privacy and yet close to everything. We had a wonderful time! Definitely would recommend and we'll go back when we get the chance!

Weekend getaway
This was a great spot for a weekend getaway to spend some time in Portsmouth. Very nice touches by owner such as snacks, a packed mini fridge, and toiletries. The outdoor area is nice with a fire pit, overlooking the water, and a treehouse! King size bed super comfortable. It was a fantastic stay!

Perfect relaxing getaway!
Enjoyed a comfortable, peaceful stay overlooking a lovely harbor. We were welcomed with an abundance of snacks, drinks, a homemade dessert, and even bottle of champagne for our anniversary! The accommodations are more than spacious enough for two, and very comfortable. The indoor space flows very nicely out to lovely natural surroundings.

Excellent location and quite confortable
For a short getaway from busy work schedules, this property was a welcome change. Going from a bustling area with too much traffic to live in to a quiet area right on the water was fantastic. We tried a few local places in town (highly recommend Street) and were able to really unwind and finally relax.

Fabulous weekend stay!
I had a lovely stay and restful stay. Andra is so accommodating and had fresh flowers, banana chocolate chip bread, a basket of great snacks, coffee and the fridge filled with drinks, and yogurt. Really nice touch. The space was wonderful and extremely clean, comfortable. The bedroom suite was beautiful and bright. Very comfy bed and big spacious bathroom/shower. Great view and outdoor area as well. Really convenient to Portsmouth and getting out to explore. Would definitely recommend to others and would like to come stay again! Thanks Andra!
