This was our second visit to Jamie's place. Even though Hurricane Lee was off shore causing lots of wind and no swimming we still managed to do plenty and kick back and recharge in this beautiful condo and surrounding area. Easy walk into town and beach located across the street from property and we enjoyed long walks on beach. This place is spotless clean and comfortable. Owner Jamie is such a pleasure to deal with and accommodated us with all our needs. We will definitely be back and spread the word to family and friends. This is a hidden gem and we are so very happy we discovered it. Surrounding is so peaceful. We didn't bring our bikes with us this time because of wind but Sunday was such a great weather day we drove down near Gosman's dock and rented bikes for half day and rode all around the area.

Everything was perfect

The location was perfect to star marina.

Although the weather was rainy and cloudy property close to the beach. I had business in the area so the beach was not a priority. Very clean and updated. We would stay again.

For my wife and our 16 month old. Everything worked out perfectly. The location was great for us, a goldilocks zone. Just on the edge of town, not to close not to far . A short bike ride/walk only minutes away. Beach access across the street not to busy, but not desolate either. End unit with good parking, easy access with 2 entrances. All though slightly smaller bedroom we were just able to fit our portable crib and still enjoy the living area and deck while our boy slept. Host was very responsive to our needs during the stay and would highly recommend. Thank you!

A very comfortable stay! The condo is a beautiful modern space that was very clean and well maintained. The outside grounds and pool area are equally beautiful and well maintained. We had a wonderful time!

Me and my sis booked this condo over a month ago looking for a quiet respite from stress of daily living. This location provided all of that and more. We loved the beautiful space. It was clean and decorated so nicely. The weather was cool and foggy so it wasn’t beach weather but the condo is a quick walk across the street and down a path to the beach. And we were able to stroll down and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Jamie was so kind and responsive to all of our questions and suggestions for local places to eat and drink. We had such a relaxing and wonderful time there. I can’t wait to come back next year!!!

Jamie was an excellent host and very responsive when we had questions. Every inch of the little condo was so clean! It had everything you need- microwave, tv, wifi, porch view of the water, clean towels. We loved laying in bed and watching tv through the bedroom window! It felt like home for a few days. If you’re visiting Montauk- this is by far the place you should stay!

The ideal trifecta for a getaway: cute, cozy, and clean! My husband and I stayed a long weekend here, and it was such a good experience on every level. Immaculately clean and charming decor/setup. Terrific location very close to the beach, and minutes-drive to the little downtown and nearby all the beautiful state parks we wanted to visit. The host was very pleasant and responsive, too. We would definitely stay here again!

The description of this property needs one more title, "Absolutely" Gorgeous condo. This was our first time back in Montauk in about 15 years. We always used to come week after Labor Day but my wife became school teacher and kids started school so we couldn't go this time of year anymore. My wife recently retired and this was family gift for her so I did research a came across this property. The condo is immaculate and has everything you need so don't overpack. Beautiful outdoor deck to watch sunrise in morning and enjoy the sound of the ocean directly across the street at night. The condo has pool as well on site. The place is spotless clean and comfortable. Owner Jamie is such a pleasure to deal with and accommodated us with extra day we added. We will definitely be back and spread the word to family and friends. This is a hidden gem and we are so very happy we discovered it. Surrounding is so peaceful and town is so close you can walk. We brought our bikes out as well because they have bike rack located next to the condo. If you want a peaceful relaxing getaway then we HIGHLY recommend this condo.

My friends and I had an amazing weekend staying here! Its in very short walking distance to the beach and short drive into town (could even walk if you wanted). The place was extremely clean, beds were very comfortable and Jamie was a gracious host. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect place than here :)

The apartment was great and we had a wonderful time.

The communication with Jamie is incredible. We have stayed at several condos in Atlantic bluffs over the years and Jamie’s place surpassed all of them. From the cleanliness to the amazing pull out sofa bed that feels like a cloud to sleep on to the extra duvet cover that I had to go home and buy myself. It is perfect spot from town. The pool is heated. The lawn is perfect for the kids to run around and have fun. It was a great vacation we can’t wait to book again.

We had the most amazing time staying at Jamie’s. The apartment is absolutely perfect, everything about it. The location to town, the beach and how accommodating Jamie and her husband were make this a more than 5 star trip. We hope to come Back again!!!

Me and my husband went for a quick getaway to Jamie’s place. It was soooo clean and very quiet and tranquil. We didn’t want to go home. We usually bounce around from all hotels, but find they are all the same . This is in a class all of its own. I hope my schedule allows me to visit for another visit very soon. Peaceful setting with a path to the ocean just across the street. Comfortable living room area with large tv and L shaped couch. Beautiful kitchen and counter with chairs. Sidewalk to walk to town. Easy contact with VRBO owner.

We enjoyed our time here. The home was very clean and well kept. It had everything we needed and was within walking distance to downtown.
