This location was walking distance of Main Street which we loved. Also plenty of room for a family of five. Bedroom windows opened to a walkway outside so we did not keep open at night in case of noise. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

We loved our stay. The apartment is even better in person than in pictures. Loved how every little detail was considered, the kitchen had every kitchen gadget you could imagine, sleds available for going sledding with our son and plenty of extra pillows and blankets to choose from. One bus stop away from the snowflake lift (or 10 minute walk) and super close to the main street. You can also practically ski-in. Perfect for a group of four or potentially 6 given the couches are pretty big. Covered parking included was also a super plus given it snowed a lot during our trip!

The location was perfect! The bus stop is right out the door, or it was a very easy walk to the snowflake lift or Main Street! The condo was very clean. The kitchen had all the utensils and cookware you need. We had a great time! The only downside (which was not a very big deal) is that you could hear every step the upstairs neighbors took.

The Sundowner II was great. You can ski in on the 4 O'Clock run and cross the street. Short shuttle ride to multiple lifts. The shuttle stop is a very short walk, right across the street. I think the shuttle runs every 15 minutes. The two bedroom, two bathroom set up was perfect for two guys. The place is pretty darn big. Plenty of space for two couples or a family. The parking garage was a nice feature. The elevator was appreciated as well after a long day on the slopes. You can walk into town if you don't mind a bit of uphill travel on the way back. It can be quite cold after dinner so sometimes we walked, sometimes we drove. I would definitely stay here again. The unit is closer to 4 O'clock than most of the other units in the complex which means less walking. This was an excellent homebase for us.

We had a wonderful time for our short stay! The hosts were amazing with helping us find a hot tub to use when the one on the property was closed for maintenance. The condo was clean, warm, and very cozy.

The pool and private hot tub were both out of order for the duration of our stay. We were not notified of this and these features are part of why we selected this location.
Otherwise, everything about this location was great! A short walk to the shopping strip, restaurants, and bike rentals. The furniture was great, clean, and comfortable! It got a bit warm at night but there were box fans available to help keep the air moving.
Highly recommend! Just check on the status of the pool and private hot tub if that is a reason you’re choosing this location.

-great location, 7 min walk to lift and town
-well stocked kitchen for cooking (pots, pans, seasonings)
-very clean and overall a lovely space to spend time in
-hot tub/pool area easy to access
-garage was great for not needing to clean off car
-washer and dryer for a ski trip is absolutely clutch!
-easy check-in and great communication
Cons:
-can hear all the walking above - one couple ended up on the couch for a few hours due to how load it was about their bedroom
-heat is difficult to control, think this could be solved with some directions/instructions
-hot tub right outside our place did not work

Perfect location short walk to the chairlift and also a short walk right onto main street. Covered parking made it convenient but we didn't even need to use the car the entire stay. We had a terrific stay in Breckinridge. The booking and check-in process were easy and clear. The condo has everything we need for our stay. The condo was very clean and so very convenient to getting to the mountain and town.
We walked to town for shopping and dining. It was a short shuttle ride to Base 9 or the Snowflake Lift. We stepped outside and the shuttle pulled up and we were on the mountain in minutes.

This place was a great stay with 2 couples staying the whole time and another couple joining us on the pull-out couch for the weekend. There was plenty of space in the living area for a group this size. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well-appointed for basic cooking. It's a 5min uphill walk to the slopes or you can hop on the bus across the street which comes every 15 minutes. Easy walk anywhere downtown. The hot tub area wasn't the nicest but we still enjoyed hopping in. We would stay here again!

This place was just a short walk to lifts and downtown, which made this location perfect. Access to a full kitchen and simple pleasures like humidifiers made this place so comfortable. Nice big living room to spread out and access to a hot tub made me so relaxed. Garage parking for peace of mind was also a plus. Would definitely book again!

Overall great property. All dishes and silverware were super clean. Everything needed in the kitchen was there. Only thing missing was a baking sheet! We baked our cookies in a Pyrex. Mattresses weren’t the best but I feel like every property I stay in has the same issue. Nothing like your own mattress at home so I wouldn’t hold it against them. I would stay here again regardless

The condo itself is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked (which we appreciate since we cook a lot)! The hot tub was a 10 second walk from our door, however the upper village pool was closed which we didn’t find out until after we arrived. Communication could have been better…it was difficult to find who to contact. Once you got a hold of someone they were extremely helpful! The condo was spotless when we arrived and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!
