Dom wspaniały! Urządzony bardzo gustownie, ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami.
Taras ogromny, przepiękny, przewyższający nasze najśmielsze oczekiwania! Dużo czasu spędzaliśmy na nim odpoczywając całą rodziną. Widok z tarasu wprost na morze.
Blisko centrum i uroczych knajpek. Blisko zabytkowej starówki.
Bezpieczny parking za domem.
Gospodyni bardzo miła, uprzejma i pomocna.
Polecam wszystkim ten obiekt.

Bella struttura con il piano superiore molto bello e una terrazza meravigliosa.
Forse la posizione un po’ decentrata.

L’appartamento ben arredato e confortevole con grandi spazi disponibili. Il punto focale è la terrazza che si affaccia sia sulla campagna (in realtà un maxi parcheggio semi deserto nel periodo del nostro soggiorno) sia sulla costa con vista mare ( solo laterale).
La luminosità della cucina grazie alle grandi vetrate. La possibilità di parcheggiare sul retro della casa. La zona è silenziosa; un po’ meno nei fine settimana.

Casa molto bella e con tutti i comfort ed un terrazzo attrezzato. Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro e tutti i locali.
Personale attento a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Ci torneremo sicuramente!.

A beautiful place to stay in Marzamemi. It's cozy, comfortable and has a fully equipped kitchen. Amazing view and the veranda is spacious and conformable.
I suggest changing the boiler from electric to gas. Hot water can finish if 4 people take a shower consequently.

Spacious and very comfortable apartment very close to the center. We didn't really use the terrace (the weather was cold enough for that), however we can appreciate its comfort other than in winter. Practically equipped kitchen - everything is in place for comfortable cooking. Friendly and helpful hostess!

The location was perfect, although not directly on the beach as the photos implied. Quiet side street with ocean views...a couple local restaurants and easy walking to the main part of Marzememi. The house/views were spectacular as well as the overall townhouse. Better than spectacular was the deck on the top floor near the kitchen and with a grill outside....perfect for an evening drink and a steak/grilled fish!
A bit hard to find...lots of nearby apartments that have similar entrances. The electrical system required a key...later learned it was on the keyring...just needed notification/directions.

The apartment was very nice and clean especially the outdoor terrace. The location was also very good and close to the hustle and bustle of Marzamemi.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Ideal for longer stays and family trips. Terrace is amazing and well connected to the kitchen, so we spent there 99% of time (except sleeping). Private parking place was very valuable becasuse of many turists comming by cars just for one day / evening visit to Marzamemi. Location is very close to center of Marzamemi and basic utilities as supermarket, coffee place, mix shop are few meters far. Personel related to the apartment was very friendly and providing hig level of willingness to help us with any our requests or when we needed some advice.. In general our experience from complex point of view is excelent!.

House is spacious.
The terrace is great.
House was clean.
Towels were large and soft.
I thought it was sea front, the photos were misleading.
Hot water boiler was not enough for 4 people.
There was no garbage bin even if we were asked to deal with the trash.
There was no soap for the washing machine.
Beds were hard.

Great location for walking into centre of Marzamemi. Lovely terrace area.
Could have done with a better coffee machine!
