Modern apartment. Quiet around. Very comfortable underground car parking. Apartments meet all expectations.

I stayed at this property for an extended time (3 weeks) and was generally very happy with my stay. The apartment is located on the top floor of a newer built building and felt exclusive and secure. Multiple family members visited the apartment, and everyone said it was beautiful. The decor is clean and contemporary, and the apartment feels high end with incredible ceiling heights. The bathroom was beautiful, and the shower had multiple nozzles and I was even able to fit under the rain shower even though I'm 6'4". The kitchen is nice for Polish standards, and utensils and pots/pans are included, as are a toaster and tea kettle. The balcony was lovely and provided great sunset views. The daily breakfast alternated between sweet (yogurt with granola and preserves, and a croissant) and salty (Bread, cold cuts, cheese, small salad). Both came with fruit juice. It was a nice bonus to have every day. The check-in/check-out was seamless, and the host responded quickly to inquiries. The lake is also a beautiful place to walk around and was across the street. Based on the price I paid, I felt I got a great deal that met almost all of my needs. There are some considerations to take into account, but if I had to do it again, I would stay here.

I realized the building is next to a church, but did not realize the bells would ring at 6:30am several times a week. Also, the main living area is air conditioned, but the bedroom is not. As others have mentioned, there are no blinds in the main living area, so direct sun shines through and makes sitting at the table useless for many hours every day. The bedroom blinds allow light in so if you planned on sleeping in late it will make it impossible. There is also a washing machine, but no dryer (there is a drying rack provided). There was quite a bit of dust on the bookshelves. The walls are thin and I could hear normal conversations in the next door unit, as well as every time someone locked/unlocked their door. Finally, the key to the trash did not work.

For 2 days, all was really good.

Apartment I booked wasn't ready for us. There was no electricity once I called to support service they've told me that most probably nobody will fix it today. So they gave me another apartment which was completely unsuitable for my booking. For 4 person they gave us an apartment with only 1 sofa. I've never saw such a service in my travel experience.

I booked this place for my parents and sister it’s very nice closed complex so you feel very secured there is a balcony, good kitchen breakfast served every day

I wouldn’t suggest this place for more than 3 people as it’s on a smaller side

the apartment had air conditioner

weared furniture especially kitchen table, very bad mattress In the bedroom. it is ok for one person but if two persons sleep the one by the wall will roll over to a side all night long - very uncomfortable. the sofa on the living room after I unfolded it had dust inside:( the leaving room really needs at least some kind of curtains. how come there is just a glass and no curtain? I wish the property management company would not supply breakfast as it just nothing and every day you need to through it away, it is better to give a less price for apartment instead ( as 6 nights for $575 is just too much for what you get) and please, for those $575 for six nights add at least dish soap, shampoo and leave 50 gramms of detergent. there were containers but all were empty- what a shame! for 5 USD you could fill it up for a week or even two weeks.

Excellent place awesomely maintained exactly as in the pictures. Very nice place and quite place especially good for kids.

We couldn't find the key for the rubbish bin.

Breakfast was ok. They surprise you every day with a different one. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. the parking garage is good. I loved the lakes nearby.

The airco was weak. needed to be looked at.
