En tant que propriétaire, je n’ai ménagé aucun effort pour créer un environnement familial chaleureux, convivial, confortable et accueillant, car c’est aussi mon havre de paix.
'Casa Vega' n'est pas une 'location typique'. Décorées dans le style du sud-ouest, les couleurs et la "sensation" de "Casa Vega" incitent à la détente. C’est une maison plus récente dans le développement «Rancho Abrego Phase I» à Green Valley, en Arizona (en périphérie de Sahuarita). C’est ouvert et spacieux avec trois belles chambres (une de l’autre côté de la maison pour plus d’intimité) et deux salles de bains aux dimensions généreuses. Les meubles haut de gamme du sud-ouest complimentent le design de la maison et l'ambiance qui règne véritablement en Arizona. Lorsque vous arrivez à 'Casa Vega', vous vous détendez immédiatement. Les tons de terre apaisants de la maison et la simplicité de la décoration intérieure chassent vos soucis. Les lits extrêmement confortables dans chaque chambre demandent simplement que votre tête repose dessus, le fauteuil de massage complet du corps et des jambes dans le salon est également un atout apprécié.

This was a great place for friends/family to visit. Loved the closeness to food and shopping. Lots of adventures to take around the area. The hummingbirds were also very delightful to watch once we put up the feeder. The owner was very responsive to my concerns.

Casa Vega was a nice place to stay - very clean, well furnished, and lots of space for all of us! We had a little trouble contacting the host, but I think that was because his phone didn't let him know he had a voicemail. Really nice place, made for a lovely Christmas

We needed a place with enough room for adult children and the dog. This place was perfect for all. Close to Tubac and Madera Canyon. Walked to Sprouts and Dutch Bros. Check outbthe tzco shop just over a mile away across Duvall Mine Rd.

The location was perfect for us, easy drive to Tucson and the border, lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The house itself is very cute, in a nice quiet neighborhood. Rounded corners and southwestern decore really added to the experience. Gare was the perfect host and responded immediately to any questions that I had. Having an attached garage with automatic door was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again!!!!

Wonderful stay - will definitely return when we are in the area
My wife and I stayed with our 3 children (teens and early 20s) while attending a family reunion in the area. The house was clean, comfortable (the massage chair got a lot of use), and perfect for our needs. There was great communication with Gareth. Highly recommended.

Weekend trip in Tucson
My friends and I met up in Tucson. We had a great time staying at Gareth’s place. It was very clean and nice. The massage chair was awesome. I took my dog and it was very good space for dogs with all tile floors and an outdoor space that was big enough to run around in. The back yard was nice and we enjoyed the community pool and hot tub. It was a great place. I highly reccomend it! I would stay there again.

not very clean and worn
The unit was a nice size and the manager was nice.He responded promptly when we called with problems with the washer. Many things didn't work. The Carbon monoxide monitor was on the counter. Garbage disposal didn't work. Master toilet sounded like a jet engine taking off. The towels in the master bath were torn and worn. The washer malfunctioned, I had to call the property manager about how to get it to spin and empty water. The vacuum didn't suction when I tried to clean up. The sofa and LR furniture smelled. The unit had 3 double beds and in the third BR, you could barely walk all the way around the bed. The yard was full of weeds and prickly burrs. We stayed half of our paid time. There should be some industry standards.

We stayed at Casa Vega for three nights with our extended family.
The layout of house worked for our family well. The only complaint I have is that the patio, patio furniture and yard were not cared for.

Great place to stay in Green Valley
Close to Sprouts and I-19. Gareth was a pleasure to work with and was very accommodating. House worked out well for 3 adults (2+1) and 2 dogs. I talked to Gareth about the minor repairs that are needed. The walls in the backyard are low and the houses are close together, normal for the neighborhood but it caught me a bit off guard. House had a great vibe. Would definitely stay again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Vega. It was convenient to everything we wanted to see. The kitchen is very well furnished. The beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of towels including beach towels. We were there during a cold spell and the heating system worked well!!

An area just far enough out to miss trafffic but close enough to area attractions. Plenty of restaurants and stores to accommodate all needs. House was comfortable and clean.

Excellent Place to Stay
Our stay at this beautify home was very comfortable for our family of 4 and our puppy. The owner, Gareth, was very helpful and kind as we came to Green Valley under sad circumstances. We had other family that were staying at a hotel in town and with us staying at this house it was nice for us all to have a place to come and comfort and connect with each other. We cooked food in the very well equipped kitchen and also use the BBQ. The beds in each room are very comfy as well as the living room and dinning room. Both bathrooms were very clean and suited all of our needs. Thank you Gareth for everything. If we come back to Green Valley we will defiantly look your property up. Highly recommend this property.

Lodging in residential home
My wife and I enjoyed our stay in home green valley. Excellent location walking distance to swimming pool, Walmart, and eating facilities. Freeway close to home easy access. Home was very comfortable temperature wise. Single story, had problem with satellite dish but was resolved quickly with contact owner. Excellent ice maker in refrigerator holds large amount of ice. Only thing was one queen bed mattress was okay but not real comfortable. We would rent again in future.

Great rental for 6 adults
This property was great for our family of 6 adults. It is difficult to find a rental with 3 bedrooms in Green Valley. The house had plenty of room, especially in the main living area. One bedroom is a bit smaller but still adequate (all bedrooms had queen size beds) and there is a lot of closet space in all 3 bedrooms. The owner was extremely responsive to any questions we had both before and during our stay. The location is very convenient to shopping and the highway. We will defintily rent this proerty again when staying in Green Valley.

Excellent location (centrally located between Tubac & Tucson), quiet street. Right size--not fancy or overdone--just comfortable. A few easily-remedied suggestion made to owner.
Price was good and deposit refund timely. Access into home was electronic & simple. Internet and TV service as expected. No problems for our little Maltese.
We would definitely use this property again.

Great place to stay south of Tucson
We stayed at Casa Vega for a couple months while relocating to Tucson. Casa Vega worked out really well for us. The house had plenty of space for us and was well equipped. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood with a community park and pool near Green Valley. An I-19 interchange is conveniently close by, and there are shopping and dining options nearby, too. My husband's daily commute up to the Tucson International airport area was easy, and I was able to work from home using the rental's wi-fi. If you're looking for a short getaway or a longer stay south of Tucson, Casa Vega's a great choice.

Neat and tidy house, good location
My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week in December last year and had a great time. The house was well kept and in good condition, and we had good communication with the owner prior to making our reservation, he was most helpful.
We came mainly for a golf break and played some of the public courses in the area (of which there were many!). Definitely recommend this place to couples looking for a short getaway, or any groups looking to relax and play some golf.
