It is a clever conversion and idiosyncratic in design. Very central. Nice comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water. Air con was superb. Good quality fridge and handy convection hot plate. Good coffee machine and kettle. All very clean. Incredibly friendly staff.
Quite funny really. I wasn’t exactly going to produce cordon bleu meals, but only having 1 fork, 1 spoon and 3 knives made dining interesting. The pans had a bit to be desired as well. Plates OK. But out of date coffee creamer doesn’t give a great impression. And not having a corkscrew in a holiday let in St-Emilion struck us as an irony, but easily solved by buying a bottle of wine in a shop that happened to still be open in the evening and getting them to take the cork out.

Location, clean and recently renovated, good communication
A tiny appartment not fit for 4 (no extra sofa bed in the bedroom, although it was inficated in the description, simply no place for it, we had to use a foldable bed which occupied all the space in the living room and blocked the door), the air conditioning works well for the living space below but does not reach the upper part of the duplex (the bedroom) so during the heat wave it was very hot there.

The location was excellent, very convenient to pop back in whenever we needed. The room was clean and tidy and everything was accommodated for. Nargis and her husband the hosts were lovely.
The bed mattress was not comfortable. It needed to be more strong / firm.

Check-in could be a little tricky if there are also wine tastings going on at the same time (as you check-in at the wine shop below the property.

Very well located spacious room behind the owners wine shop. We had a large studio room on the top floor which was quiet and had lots of windows we could open. Comfortable bed, good shower and very clean.
The owners were responsive and helpful - recommending a great restaurant for our evening meal and also doing a tasting for us and helping us to choose some wine from small local vineyards. Would highly recommend.

we were a party of 3 men. booked 2 apartments, one with a bedroom and a separate living room where a bed could go so we could have a room each. however there was no living room - just a camp bed next to the bed in same bedroom

Excellent central location and a large modern room
No room numbers on the doors which led to someone trying to get into our room late at night. Also there was a small kitchen area but no cutlery in the room. Great sized wardrobe but only 2 coat hangers and no hooks anywhere to hang up coats etc so we had to
use the curtain poles. Also soundproofing between the rooms wasn’t great with annoying children in the next room playing ball against the wall.

Fantastic location and friendly welcome. Lovely to be in St Emillion early in the morning and in the evening without the crowds. We were there in October but parking for our camper van was still a bit difficult. Best place is by the roadside just before St E approaching from the south

very clean and cute hotel in the center of town. the owners were helpful and friendly. be sure to arrange transport from the train if you take it or be prepared for a longer walk.

Great location. Cute little place. Shaq was wonderful and did a fantastic tasting for us in the shop
Downstairs.
Towels could do with replacing and would prefer new mini toiletries for each stay.
