staff silver restaurant Spa at night (not every nights though)

bathtub uncomfortable/not useable spa can be very crowded (not relaxing)

The city was too tiny. outside there is not much to do

does this hotel even need reviews?…to me this is one of the best hotels in the world. beautiful room, amazing breakfast. we traveled with a 6 months old baby, and I felt like we were their favorite clients. restaurant even made special fresh apple purée for the baby for breakfast. the architecture of the hotel is just outstanding. and the spa is very unusual, with different pools, but very beautiful. night spa is not to miss.

Thermo bath

We came here for our wedding anniversary and it was the best choice. The hotel staff went out of their way to make it a memorable stay with a gorgeous room, flowers, and other surprises. The spa has a very special architecture and atmosphere and is a destination in itself. You can easily spend an entire day there. We also did the "midnight swim" when you can go to the spa between 11pm and 1am, and relax in the steaming outdoor pool under the stars.. just perfect. Vals is remote and quiet and staying at this hotel really feels like a luxurious hideaway. Can't recommend it enough!

very beautiful room with balcony. nice spa area. what we liked moet about the hotel is that although it is very expensive and fancy, the vibe is down to earth and not stuck up. will be back definitely.

It is a beautiful place. Really worth seeing it.

The staff at the therms where super unfriendly and behaved like from 1 star hotel vs 5*. Felt very unwelcomed and that would be the reason for not coming back.
