Cette liste dispose d'un condo de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain disponible à la location à l'année. Nos tarifs varient en fonction de la saison et de la durée du séjour. Notre société LLC possède indépendamment cette villa depuis 2016. Notre villa est située au King and Prince Golf and Beach Resort sur Neptune Road à St. Simons Island, Géorgie 31522. Notre villa de 1250 pieds carrés dispose de tous les nouveaux appareils dans la cuisine. Nous avons récemment ajouté un nouveau lave-linge / sèche-linge 27 ", un chauffe-eau 38 gallons et un nouveau canapé-lit avec matelas gigogne queen. Nous avons gratté le pop-corn et raffiné doucement les plafonds. Nous avons ajouté la moulure de la couronne partout.
La villa dispose maintenant d'un verre anti-bruit et d'un impact anti-ouragan de 163 mph face à l'océan. Les portes coulissantes et les fenêtres dans la chambre et le salon peuvent être ouverts et remplacés par l'écran pour découvrir les brises de l'océan à l'intérieur de la villa. La villa offre des volets de plantation partout. Il y a un sol en marbre dans les deux chambres et les salles de bains. En outre, les deux salles de bains comportent des armoires personnalisées avec des surfaces en granit. Le bain maître a été agrandi par la reconfiguration d'un ancien vestiaire. Il offre maintenant une double vanité avec douche à l'italienne. La douche est en marbre et accessible aux personnes handicapées (dégagement de 3 pouces). Elle est équipée de pommes de douche des deux côtés et d’un troisième tuyau détachable.
Nous avons un nouveau carrelage de balcon et un ensemble de 8 nouveaux meubles en teck a également été ajouté sur le balcon pour une vue sur l’océan et les repas à Il y a respectivement 55, 50 et 39 pouces. Nous avons ajouté de la peinture fraîche et de l'art pour améliorer la qualité.
Une sécurité 24 heures sur 24 est assurée par le HOA. Un menu complet avec service de chambre est disponible auprès du King and Prince Hotel. Le parking couvert est inclus. Nous acceptons les réservations de débordement de groupes et de conférences à l'hôtel King et Prince. Nous demandons des taux d'été pour UGA vs. FLA week-end. My 2 daughters, 3 grandchildren, and I had a great time in the villa. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach and pools were beautiful. The villa is also within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

We loved everything about the place. The view was beautiful and the windows and balcony added to it. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Everything was clean and just as we expected based on what was advertised. Will definitely stay here again if available!!

Perfect condo for our family! Very well stocked kitchen, large dining table (last year we stayed in a K&P condo with a small circular GLASS table that was not ideal for my toddlers), a few toys, and generally very conducive for our family thanksgiving week. A few items are starting to show their age (in the twins room the bed is a bit rickety and some of the dresser drawers won’t stay on track) but none of this negatively impacted our positive experience. And the host communication was amazing, she texted just to check in mid-week on how our stay was going! Also plenty of pillows and an air mattress that helped for our large family. Thank you!!

Nice property. Living room TV did not work properly. Had it fixed and then it went out again. Probably was on a total of 6 hours. We enjoy watching football together. Few minor issues- Trash Lid broke, stain on bed blanket, walls were scuffed in some areas. Just felt like it should be better for the $.

Our family was looking for somewhere to stay during Georgia Florida weekend. The King & Prince is a terrific location. You can walk to so many restaurants. The beach is right there. You are not far at all from the village. The condo met our needs. We really enjoyed our stay. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Would definitely rent again.

Our family visited SSI for a wedding and this condo at the King & Prince was the perfect home base. Right on the beach, a variety of pools(!) including fun kiddie pool, onsite and nearby playground areas for our toddler, onsite parking, elevator and ramp access, cart for luggage, nearby shops and restaurants, everything we needed. And the condo was clean and comfortable with professionally cleaned and ample linens and kitchen stocked with utensils / cooking supplies. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our first visit to St. Simon's Island and we will be returning, both to the island and this property. Staying at the King and Prince without "staying at the King and Prince" was perfect! The location with the added privacy of the villa is the way to go. The villa is footsteps from the beach, multiple pool options and walking distance to some great restaurants. I'm hesitant to say more or we'll lose our chance to return due to popularity!

This unit is well maintained and very attractive overlooking the pool and heated spa, with a further view of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this two bedroom condo to anyone looking to vacation at the King and the Prince. Our hosts were very accommodating with information and the check process was extremely easy.

We have been coming to the island for 15 years or so. We have rented condos and single family homes in the past….we love East Beach. However, we LOVED our stay in this villa! The communication with the owners was simple and easy - it was super clean. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking - the beds were comfortable. It was nice to be so close to the South Villa pool and hot tub. Everything about our stay was just great! Sad to leave - but can’t wait to stay again!

We had to visit St. Simon for a wedding and took a chance with a VRBO listing for a condo on the King and Prince Properties. The condo was everything advertised. It was a great trip and the family loved the accommodations. We will stay again soon!

This is an awesome property in the south villas of King & Prince. We've stayed in many villas at the resort and this is the most well kept & nicest of those. We loved using the King & Prince pool and played tennis as well. The kitchen in the villa is renovated completely and is also well stocked. We enjoyed cooking there. Thanks so much Erin!
