Lorsque vous n’avez pas besoin de tout le complexe mais que vous souhaitez tout de même profiter de cette magnifique propriété située au cœur de la vieille ville, louez "Stripes", ce condo aux deuxième et troisième étages avec vue sur les arbres et de beaux balcons!

Le deuxième niveau offre une salle de séjour, salle à manger pour huit où une table supérieure est située à l'intérieur et l'autre table supérieure est à l'extérieur sur le balcon arrière. Il y a une cuisine gastronomique complète et une grande salle de bains avec douche de plain-pied. Les chambres comprennent une chambre double, une autre chambre avec deux lits jumeaux et une chambre avec un lit superposé gigogne qui est parfait pour une chambre d'enfants! La gigogne a une couchette jumelle, un lit double et un lit gigogne donc 3-4 invités peuvent occuper cet espace de couchage. Toutes les chambres offrent un espace de rangement pour les vêtements et une télévision à écran plat.
La disposition unique de cette propriété permet à votre groupe d'être ensemble sous un même toit, mais ont des niveaux distincts offrant la vie privée et votre propre espace! Le troisième niveau est un espace de style appartement où il y a un petit salon avec écran plat, salle de bain complète avec combo douche / baignoire et une chambre. La chambre dispose d'un lit double pouvant accueillir 1-2 adultes et d'un lit double pour une personne supplémentaire. Il a des commodes pour le stockage et une télévision à écran plat.

We absolutely adored this stay! It is such a great location, and housed all 8 of us with ease. The side pool was such a great addition for the heat! The stay was clean, and the property manager was so helpful! This was one of the best stays we have had!

I've been to Key West several times before and mnew rhe location would be good. We chose Stripes because of the sleeping set-up. We were a large group with only one couple, so the twin beds and pull out couches ensured everyone had their own bed. Everything was clean, well maiintained and exactly as described...with a bonus mango tree in the yard. The property manager was in touch and responsive (even though we didn't really need anything). Thank you for a great stay!

We had an amazing time. It was the perfect set up for three moms and a group of high school senior boys. Enough room for us all to gather together and enough space to spread out. The house location was perfect and a comfortable walk to Duval Street and many other locations. The pool grounds are amazing and very well done.

It was average at best. Location and bedroom space matched our needs. Refrigerator on second floor did not work well. Half of the bedrooms did not have air conditioners that cooled. Termite frass in the second floor kitchen. No loud noise after 8PM- that is nuts!! Not even dark outside. 9PM or 10PM is more appropriate. Manager was rude when I discussed with her about the refrigerator. Would recommend house for location but not for total needs and comfort.

You are not allowed to make "loud noise" after 8PM. CRAZY!! This is a vacation destination. We could not allow the kids in the pool after 8PM.

This property is great for family or friends who want to stay in central KW where most everything is walkable. The property offers a great pool and bedroom options. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are connected where you have to walk through one to get to the main living area, but each room also offers outdoor patio access, which was nice. Each room also locks from one side to help others from walking through. One of the bathrooms has both a claw foot tub & a walk-in shower, and the other has a traditional bathtub and shower. I highly recommend all this property has to offer.

Stripes was great for our trip
We rented Stripes (floor 2 and 3) for our trip with 3 adult children. I chose this property based on the location and the flexibility of the sleeping arrangements. It was a great choice. We had a birthday pizza party with other relatives who came to Key West and stayed at other properties around the pool.
Our only problem was that the driveway has one parking spot to share between the two units. We left our cars in the city parking garage which is expensive, but worked out.

Great rental/great location
We had to book this property last minute after already arriving in Key West due to unforeseen circumstances.
We booked late on a Sat night for rental starting Sun and were even allowed a slightly early check in. The property was ideally located within walking distance to everything that we intended to do. Property manager was very helpful and responsive. A hair dryer was not working and a new one was immediately brought out. We occupied the 2nd & 3rd floor of the property and another group of 8 occupied the main floor rental. The pool and laundry are shared space but we enjoyed talking to and hanging out with the other renters. The only suggestions I would offer are that drying racks for clothing would be helpful as there are no closets to hang items in the property we rented.

One of the best in Key West
I've been coming to Key West with friends and family for many years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. The unit was very clean and well taken care of. The location is great. Easy walk to Duval and the marina.
The washers and dryers are outside and shared with the downstairs unit but we never had an issue with not being able to use them when we needed them.
The pool was clean and had plenty of seating around it so those who didn't want to get in could still relax and enjoy it. The balcony on the second floor was also great to relax and enjoy the fresh air.
Shana, the property manager, was wonderful. She contacted me a few days ahead of the trip to make sure we had everything we needed. We had one very small issue that I had to contact her about and she got back to me immediately and got everything taken care of quickly.
Overall it's a great place to stay for a wonderful Key West vacation.

The property was amazing. I went on a trip with 6 friends and there was plenty of room for us to spread out throughout the house. The location was amazing and right in the middle of everything to do. I would give this place a 5 out of 5 and hope to be back next year!

Charming house in the center of Key West

Great location with shared pool
We rented this with a group of 9 adults and all in all had a great experience. Kitchen was very well equipped and the property was lovely. There are two washers and two dryers which was really nice since you share the laundry facility with the downstairs unit. Having the private balcony for a sitting space was really nice. Some of the bedrooms it was difficult to store any clothing due to no closets and the drawers in the dressers could not be opened in one of the bedrooms, so that presented a bit of a challenge, but it all worked out. The pool is shared downstairs and it happened to work out that we were using the pool at different times- we didn’t have any trouble with the neighbor, which we were a little worried about because we had read in other reviews that he can be a bit difficult. Location is great, blocks from duval and if you’re taking the ferry to the dry tortugas it’s a five minute walk away. All in all we would for sure stay again and had a great time!
