Family and pet friendly in a perfect beachside location

Owner needs to review the energy and integrity of the cleaner.

It worked for my work commitments and hanging with the dog at the beach after hours. I'll be using it again if required.

House was clean and tidy. Kitchen was fully equipped, bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfy. Great location within walking distance to the beach, great enclosed yard for the pooch, and brought back memories of my Nan and Pops house back in the day.. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Old property but everything you need is provided (just bring egg-cups if you're partial to a boiled egg!). Kitchen was definitely retro but functional. Heaps of games available, a cosy little TV room, outdoor area is lovely in the evening with possums for company, beds were comfortable.Only a few steps to the beautiful beach at the end of the road so location is great.BBQ looked a bit grime but we used trays so all good.We were five adults staying and the lack of a second bathroom/ensuite surprisingly wasn't an issue, shows how pampered we are at home :-)Overall, a great little house due to the location and we'd definitely go back.

Had a lovely relaxing holiday in a perfect location

This property is very well located, just a short stroll to the beach and a short drive to the local grocer store. The house was comfortable and clean; sitting out the front in the morning sun is delightful and the back yard is warm in the afternoon sun. Abbey is well located for daily drives in the beautiful countryside.

A wonderful place to stay had everything you could think of nice and clean and very comfortable we will definetly be back loved it here sad to go home.

Only stayed 1 night. The pooch tried to commit suicide. Ate a bloody blow fish. Back in the car and off to the E ward at WAVES in Perth. Just in case she shut down and needed a ventilator. And considering there are no ,(yep - NIL), of said pieces of equipment in the South West it was a high speed trip back home. Life saved !! Super dog. Snake bite - win ! Blowie - win ! Next ?

A neat home away from home in a tranquil area, with everything you could need for your stay.

This was our 3rd stay at this property. It is lovely and clean and easily accomodates 2 families. A short walk to a pristine beach and space to park your boat. We love it so much we have booked again for next year. Thoroughly recommend this place to all

Love staying at this property, this was our second stay. The area is amazing and the “locals” are very welcoming. The area is super dog friendly. We had a great Christmas Day at the property and had all the facilities to cook what we wanted to. Look forward to coming again with our dog in the future.

Home away from home. Very comfortable and homely.

Nice little house close to the beach with small shops less than a km away. Plenty of toys for the kids, clean good size rooms and excellent communication from the manager. Appreciate them allowing us the extra night at late notice after car troubles. Doubt we will ever stay in other forms of accommodation now and will stick to Stayz properties.

We stay here regularly and feel like it’s a home away from home. Perfect position only 300m from the beach, clean and equipped with all the comforts you need to make your holiday or weekend away cosy and wanting for nothing. Great yard for little dogs. A happy visit as always

We picked this place as it was close to the beach, a 5min walk, & because it`s about halfway between Busselton & Dunsborough. The property is quite spacious, & everything is provided. It is an older place, but everything worked. It does only have one bathroom, & one toilet (with no fan). And it does have only a small hot water system. No issue for us, but may be for bigger groups. We had an issue with a bad smell in the kitchen/dining area. Smelled like a rotting potato, but we weren't able to locate it. When advised, the manager, & she was there that afternoon, & the owner was coming down the following day, as they were unable to locate it either. Consequently we hardly used those rooms, & kept that door shut. There is a reverse cycle air con, & pedestal fans for the bedrooms. The beds are only doubles. There are lots of notes everywhere, advising you of all the rules. We will stay here again.

BBQ not clean. Two bathrooms does not mean one toilet and one bathroom, not enough for eight people. Tidy but not clean.

Gorgeous location , a stone's throw from the beach. Everything you need for a beachside holiday. Clean & well kept. This is our second visit & we hope to return again 😀�

The property was really good for our family holiday. Was nice and close to the beach where we essentially lived everyday. Property was is good condition. Would recommend it for sure!

The property was perfect for our long weekend away with our adult children and grandchild. There was plenty of room, was very clean. Perfect spot close to the beach and walkways

Taking some much needed R & R with the family before Christmas. Loved the closeness to beach and lot of other things to do. Great family style home with all that we needed.

Only a two night stay but very comfortable and good location
