Perfekcyjna czystość.

Jestem bardzo rozczarowany pobytem w w/w obiekcie. W ofercie na stronie Booking jest informacja o prywatnej łazience(prywatną łazienkę rozumiem, że znajduje się w pokoju).Łazienka była prywatna, ale nie znajdowała się w pokoju, wejście było z korytarza, który był częścią wspólną dla gości. Było to dla nas bardzo krępujące. W ofercie jest informacja o kuchni i lodówce. Była kuchnia, a w niej lodówka, ale kuchnia była użytkowana przez rodzinę właścicieli która mieszka w tym obiekcie, a jeżeli chodzi o lodówkę to do dyspozycji mieliśmy jedną półkę we wspólnej lodówce. Kolejna bardzo krępująca sytuacja. O wspomnianym widoku na ocean lub ogród nie warto wspominać ponieważ nie doświadczyliśmy. Proponowany w ofercie bezpłatny parking w obiekcie był na bardzo nierównym i zaśmieconym poboczu drogi publicznej. Na miejscu dokładnie przeczytaliśmy opinie gości o tym obiekcie. Byli szczęściarze, którzy mieli pokój z łazienką(chyba jest jeden),ale znaleźliśmy sporo opinii podobnych do naszej. Pomimo tego, że obiekt generalnie ma niezły standard i jest w nim bardzo czysto ocena którą wystawiam jest maksymalnie niska ponieważ czuję się wprowadzony w błąd przez właścicieli obiektu, którzy są autorami opisu na stronie Booking,a którzy to właściciele po tylu negatywnych opiniach z pewnością zdają sobie sprawę ,że wprowadzają w błąd potencjalnych gości.

The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was not attached to our bedroom. The house was in a good location, about a 10 minute walk to the town square where you can find a lot of restaurants and shopping. I felt it was a very good value for the money.

Julia is a wonderful host very helpful aand Google Translate was our friend 😀 Property wasn’t in the busier ‘downtown’ and only 7 minute walk to shops and restaurants and 15 minutes to quieter beach.

Would have loved a view being so close to the beach but facing a pine forest. Cars arriving up the driveway were a little noisy.

it was hard to find, the address was misleading, the landlord doesn't speak english which caused some misunderstanding, there was no possibility to recycle which wasn't cool, when booked double room was supposed to be with an ocean view but landlord informed this is a misunderstanding as only a suite has ocean view

The bed was comfortable, but the ad is deceiving. You better get clear what exactly you book

When I originally booked the place it said bathtub and Ocean view and when we arrived there was no bathtub the bathroom was not in the room and there was no Ocean view. Then the woman who takes care of the property and cleans is always around and was giving me a hard time about everything I did in the unit. I used the kitchen I clean up afterward and she's scolded me because I didn't use a dishwasher then the next day I used the dishwasher she scolded me about that as well. Basically everything I did there I got scolded and in the middle she was complaining that she cleans too much and works too hard. You better bring everything if you plan on cooking they don't even have any oil or salt.

The whole room was very clean and fresh. Kind and friendly hostess. All amenities were excellent. The only thing is noises. Since you will not be alone in the house, the neighbors may be different and, unfortunately, in our case they were noisy. But, we liked the stay itself.

The apartment was impecable, the location was great and the room was very nice.
