Nice condo next to Mountain Ranch Golf course. Condo was very nice, clean and updated. I highly recommend it.

The property is managed by Wyndham. They were extremely rude and unhelpful during check in. They were complaining to each other about having so many visitors for the weekend. My name on my drivers license was changed bc I got married. Therefore it wasn’t the same as my reservation. I brought a pic of my old drivers license, a state issued id of my old name, the card I used to book and other forms of ID and they refused to check me in. Spent 2 hours with VRBO who could only change my name on the reservation with the property owners permission. Of course they weren’t answering calls. I said I wasn’t leaving without a room and after a couple hours I magically was checked in. The manager on the phone had a horrible attitude. The others checking in said the same

We rented in conjunction w/ another couple we’ve been friends with for years. We rented another place in the Bay last year. That condo was great too but had very steep, shallow steps to gain entrance…we were miserable (we’re all in our 60’s). We wanted a place that was parking lot level and found this one. It was even more reasonably priced so I was a bit nervous about quality. This condo is A++! Super clean, super comfy beds/furniture. Lovely deck! Great AC; it was freezing on 70 w/ super hot, humid weather outside. Our new favorite place to stay!

I'm very indifferent about this place. It has some nice qualities but also some very not so nice qualities. (Like Cool Pool Cafe and staff) Should have put up a sign that said employee hang out, no customers please unless you're paying for staff drinks. The condo was clean and cute, nice golf course.

Absolutely lovely!!
The condo was absolutely gorgeous! Spacious, comfy, perfect for our family of 4. The amenities were wonderful, and the grounds themselves were very nice and clean. Will definitely be back!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was quiet, lots of amenities, and the cool pool was enjoyable for the kids and relaxing for us after day of activity. Condo was clean and felt very safe. Would recommend to friends.
Some (minor) inconveniences: Turned jacuzzi tub on and black substance came out. Trash left out beside sidewalk had apparently been there for days. Called for bedding for sofa bed at 5:30 pm, again at 8:30. Called at 9:30 to forget it because we were tired. They brought the next day. Found a load of wet towels left in washer. I know they’re busy and doing their best to take all extra precautions with COVID.

What a wonderful getaway for all ages. We swam, ate, played putt-putt, went to the library, enjoyed the views. I would recommend to anyone and will be back soon :)

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The condo was lovely and the pools were great. Interesting things to do! I would like to return.
However, we had lots of trouble finding the location. The address on the StayVacation confirmation was not the address. The guest bath did not look cleaned; 3 long black hairs in tub and floor, and grime in the corner where the tub met the wall. Couldn't get the coffeemaker or trash compactor to work.

I never write reviews but this place was really bad... everything closed so early. I actually didn't mind the place because I like golf but it was embarrassing to bring my friends there. It was pretty disappointing that even the pool and bowling alley closed at 7 pm. Is this a retirement community? ---That's a serious question... judging by the hours and the tub it seems like it is.... I feel staying there deserves a refund, it was that pathetic :/. I am sorry to write a review like this but this really is just a made up town with no people in it and nothing to do. It is pretty sad that anyone under the age of 70 would get stuck going here.

It would be nice to have a charcoal grill for each unit, rather than a shared grill. It was a very relaxing environment. We enjoyed having coffee on the deck. Great customer service!

The condo was very clean with nice, modern amenities. All you need to take is groceries. Cooking utensils, pans, etc. were provided.
