Awesome holiday home at Little Kaiteriteri beach
Maison de vacances exécutive en face de la célèbre plage de Little Kaiteriteri. Superbes vues sur la mer de toute la baie de Kaiteriteri. Récemment rénové et agrandi comprenant une grande terrasse ensoleillée. Tout le confort moderne pour des vacances parfaites à la plage. Grand salon avec Internet Wi-Fi, SKY TV et DVD, Nintendo Wii, salon séparé pour enfants / TV / salle de jeux et véranda au 3ème niveau avec vue imprenable sur la mer. Excellent emplacement pour l'intimité, promenades sur les collines, accès facile aux magasins / cafés, bateaux-taxis au parc national Abel Tasman, réserve naturelle à proximité, navigation de plaisance, tout le plaisir de la plage que la famille peut gérer.

We are a group of 9 retired recreational cyclists . The house was perfect as a base to bike the trails in the area . Beds comfortable , kitchen & barbecue great to prepare meals , view outstanding . With 5 bedrooms we could comfortably fit our group . We recommend this property .

This was our second 10 day stint at this wonderful house so we knew what to expect. We weren’t disappointed. Ideal for a large extended family group. We had 9 adults and 6 young children. Really well designed and equipped with the beach just over the road.

Perfect for a large family get together which catered for 2-60 year olds. Sleeping arrangements and number of bathrooms great. Loved all the games and outdoor equipment. Fantastic views.

What a wonderful location and standard of accommodation for our seven players. Everything was above par which is not liked by very good players. But in this case they were thrilled. Thanks

The house has everything you could need, from beach equipment to inside games and puzzles. We all had a fabulous stay. The only annoyance was the surprise bookabach fee once you get to payment, would like to know about the fee before booking in the future, it should be transparent.

We had family visiting from Christchurch to the Nelson area and found this house a real treat to stay in. So easy to get to the beach and lovely views. Amazingly well kitted out for families, 3 good kayaks and a SUP, toys/cricket etc in the downstairs garage.. all you could need even for 7 of 8 days being rainy! (the Pictionary came in to its own). Very spacious for all your clobber that can be stored downstairs and all the bedrooms a really good size. It even had heated floors in the bathrooms which i personally loved. Steve and Helen were great hosts and easily contactable - my apologies Steve for getting our dates a bit mixed up!

Location was amazing and the home was great for a large family with 3 bathrooms and a large kitchen and lounge. lots of games and equipment at the house free to use. we had a ball.

An awesome holiday house with stunning views and close proximity to the beach for a group of adults and children. Heaps of room, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and an excellent supply of indoor games and outdoor equipment to keep everyone happy. We had a great time thank you!

Everything was great, the only issue was upon leaving we accidentally left a pair of sunglasses behind. I've text the owner twice on the number I had previously messaged him on about getting the glasses back to which I had no response.

We really enjoyed this luxury house. So much space and plenty to do. Lovely views and decks for a bbq or sun bathing. Kayaks were awesome and we had plenty of fun in the games room. Fantastic holiday.

Fantastic location with easy beach access. This house suited our extended family very well with the 3 house levels. The additional toys and equipment were well used and made our holiday fun.
