Everything went smoothly, the property was great, and my family enjoyed it!

This was the perfect spot for our family. We have stayed here before and it is always a pleasure. Oceanfront with a pool is as good as it gets. Love the relaxing vibe of Folly and love that is is so walkable.

Wonderful stay! We wish that we could return every year! 25 years ago I worked on the pier at Starfish grille and it was a great return to the beach and see all of the exciting changes!!!! We absolutely loved being on the beach and being able to go into Charleston and enjoy the history of the city in one stop! Thank you so much for sharing your awesome place with us! If we ever return (we love to try new places and states every year) we will stay at Susan’s place! 100%

The property is beautifully maintained and conveniently situated near the pier and places to eat. We enjoyed watching the beach restoration process in front of the condo. By the end of the week we had a newly constructed strand in front of us. We had a wonderful stay.

Very relaxing visit. Loved that we could walk to all of the food joints and bars. Sitting in the deck and listening to the ocean was the best. Loved that we could eat in sometimes instead of going out for every meal.

I received a message from the owner PROMPTING me to leave the property on time. I think that is inappropriate, offensive and down just rude. I had a plane to catch a 6AM so my plan was to leave at 4AM anyway. I've used VRBO and ABNB frequently, I've never vacated a property late and always follow the rules; and my view is that policing better be left to the third party companies. If she feels she needs to contact the guests to be the middle man reminder vehicle, she may be better off not offering her property on VRBO. The Ice Maker does not Work, The sliding Door to the balcony does not lock, the central elevator to the unit does not work, the stairs to the unit smell like dog urine and the property management is using highly concentrated Clorox to mask the odor, the shower towels are torn. The directions call for a guard at the entrance of the complex, I never saw any one day, night, weekday or weekend; for that matter neither saw anyone around manning any other aspect of the complex. I hope this feedback helps VRBO and the owner to provide a better experience.

We were here as a family over a somewhat chilly spring break. We were still able to enjoy the area in sweatshirts! Very comfortable condo and we enjoyed a dolphin seeking boat ride, explored Charleston l, went on the USS Yorktown, and visited the beautiful Middleton plantation.

This was our first time at Follys Beach. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The views were amazing as were the sun rises. Convenient to everything. Park the car and walk to food, shopping, music and the beach!

The Condo was very nice and clean. The facility was very handicap accessible with plenty of handicap parking spaces and two elevators. Beautiful view of the ocean and close to restuarants.

Great location to town. Place was clean and just like pictures. Outside is old but inside is fine. Just be aware twin beds are short. Great time in Foley Beach with friends and family!

We have rented many houses and this by far was the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in! Pictures don’t do it justice! Perfect location so our teens could walk to town and feel like they had freedom but we didn’t have to worry, and a few steps from the beach. One small maintenance issue was remediated within a couple hours. The owners truly care about the property and it shows. Thank you for allowing us to make amazing memories in your home. We will be back!!

It was all we were led to believe. Property was clean and well stocked with supplies. Location was excellent with good access to Charleston downtown area. Would definitely consider a return visit .

Condo was everything that it was advertised as! Great location overlooking the beach with many walkable restaurants nearby. Parking and check in/out were a breeze.

We enjoyed our wonderful week in this delightful Oceanfront Villa on Folly Beach! Our cars were parked the entire week due to the fact that we could just walk out to the beach, pool or the awesome restaurants on Folly! I would highly recommend this lovely villa and hope to come back soon!

Great place. Clean, perfect location.

Found property to be as described. It could use some updating but overall was clean and a very nice stay. Location made it easy with a small child due to ease of access to pool and Beach; could quickly run up to the room if needed. Walkable to main strip and pier. Food options aren’t going to knock your socks off, but plenty of nice spots to grab a drink. Hosts were very responsive/helpful!

We had a wonderful trip to Folly Beach. The Condo did not disappoint. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. The condo is conveniently located to town. Great restaurants within walking distance. Also, the views from the Lanai are incredible. We 100% recommend this unit.

The condo was amazing. We had plenty of room and loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom The balcony was large and had plenty of seating for all of us! The beach was steps away as were shops and restaurants! The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and were super nice!! It was our first time in Folly Beach and we loved everything about it!!

Unit as pictured. Very comfortable space with all needed amenities provided. Fantastic view of beach, pier and sunrise. Great location with easy access to the main strip (Center St) on Folly. Easy commute to Charleston (~ 20 commute during slow season -we stayed in late March). Host, Susan, very friendly and communicative. Would definitely stay again!

Everything you want is within walking distance. Shopping, dining and the Beach. This Villa was perfect. Comfy beds is a plus!!! Owner responds immediately to any questions. Will stay here again.

Very nice property located in the heart of Folly Beach. Minutes to dining and bars and shopping. Seconds to the beach and Folly Pier. Awesome view, nicely furnished, and easy check in/check out. Parking was super convenient as well. We will be back!

Perfect location to restaurants and shops. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean was our highlight and great place to relax. Not a far walk to the beach access and pool. Everyone enjoyed their stay and would recommend.

We stayed for 5 nights at the end of September. Check in was easy. Directions were plentiful. Four adults ages 56, 86. My mom is in a wheelchair and was able to get around fine - I knew the unit was not accessible, but the doors to the bathrooms were too narrow for her wheelchair. This happens sometimes and we just went to local pharmacy for a bedside commode. Beach access was good. High tide here is very high - no beach really at high tide but can take short walk toward pier for sitting space. Clean and quiet despite public access. Almost no noise at night even though across the street from Loggerhead's bar/grill. Furniture was just OK. King and queen beds were soft; twins weren't used but seemed cheap when sitting on them. There are no ceiling fans in the queen and twin bedrooms, but plenty of portable fans available made us comfortable. I don't care for microfiber sheets as were on the queen bed - they seem hot since they're polyester. Bed pillows are feather pillows - we always bring our own from home. Not many hangers in the closets. Lots of extra blankets, towels, even beach towels. Bath towels are regular size, not oversized. Thoughtful that there were small, black "makeup towels." Appliances were adequate. Dishwasher was quiet; washer/dryer worked well. Has Keurig, 2 slice toaster, regular coffee maker, blender. Well equipped kitchen with good equipment. Sufficient paper goods, but no aluminum foil or baggies. Hand soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, hand sanitizer all provided. This unit was a bit dated, but that didn't really affect our stay. IMO the carpet in the bedrooms need replacement - pretty dingy. Many of the things that I comment on are just personal preference. I've stayed in better places for the price, but we had a good time. Location can't be beat.

5 stars all around! The condo is comfortable and tastefully decorated. It came with everything we needed for a comfortable beech vacation for a family of 4. The balcony was our favorite spot that came with a new table for 4 and plenty of comfortable Adirondack chairs to soak in the views. Susan and her husband were excellent hosts and addressed our questions promptly. Definitely plan on coming back!

Awesome location on the beach. Kids loved having the option of pool or beach. Easy walking distance to all restaurants and shops. Condo has all the basics that you need.
