We loved our stay. It was convenient for the slopes and our kids liked the heated pool and hot tub. Host was very communicative and check in was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Long weekend getaway in a fantastic unit at Trails End. The property is a five minute walk to Main St. It's quiet (we slept with the windows open every night) and it has a small balcony that is accessible from sliding glass doors through the bedroom or the living room. We'll be back!

We were there in July and it was walkable to just about everything we wanted to do.

Great condo in a convenient location. We have small kids and were able to walk downtown easily. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. Megan was extremely responsive both before and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Property is a great place to stay in Breck within walking distance of downtown. We did have an issue with water pressure in our unit, but we contacted Megan and she was on it immediately. It wasn’t able to be fixed while we were there so she moved us to another unit she had available. She also gave us a partial refund due to our relocation. Not to mention she was also on vacation and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying at any of Megan’s units. She was awesome!

Fantastic location! Just steps from the lifts and was perfect for us to stop in for lunch and then head back out. Stocked well for simple cooking/meals and comfortable bedding.

Overall, this is a great place to stay in Breck. The three of us (2 adults, one child) found the space to be just right for us. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and there was plenty of counter space. One frustrating thing was learning on our last day that there was a separate building with a pool and hot tubs. We were told we had a pool access card but with zero instructions on how to get to the pool or anything about it. The only cons of the place are really just things I wish they would have had but want to share nonetheless. - more lighting, especially in the living room - more hooks throughout the condo (by the entryway for jackets, snowpants, etc.; in the bathroom next to the shower, in the bedroom to keep things off the floor) I would rather have more hooks and less decorations - i need functional space. - more side tables in the living room and entryway - we ended up putting things on the floor that would have been better on a side table (and there is plenty of space for this) - less pillows - there were so many decorative pillows we ended up using lot of space just storing the excessive amounts of decorative pillows that we never used

This unit is super convenient for skiing and walking through town. The balcony grill is great to have as well. The trundle bed in the living room is better than a regular pull out couch in my opinion. Pretty solid for a max of 4 people. Indoor/outdoor hot tubs were on site on the way to the slopes. Property owner was super helpful and quick to reply to inquiries. We had a special circumstance on our final night and Megan was super understanding and accommodated to help us out. This was our 1st time at Breck and we'd certainly book this place again. Thanks Megan!

This property is in the heart of it all in downtown Breckenridge. Super convenient to walk to restaurants and shops and a quick walk to the lift. The property was clean and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the gas fireplace after a day at the slopes. The only drawback was that the shower only got lukewarm. It would have been nice to take a hot shower after a long day, but this was a very minor complaint and did not affect our overall satisfaction with the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a very pleasant weekend. The unit was nicely updated and good location to Main Street and restaurants. Would be nice for the entry to have a code instead of keys to manage but not a huge deal. Overall enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Location is perfect! Short walk to restaurants/shopping/hiking and I think it’s a ski in/out in winter. Perfect condo for couple or party of 4. Clean property and Highly recommend. We will stay here again.

Incredible location. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well appointed. Bed very comfortable. There were a couple of maintenance issues but Megan jumped right on them. She was amazingly responsive.

The nearest lift is literally a 30 second walk out the back door. Ski in, ski out at its finest.

Just steps from slopes and very convenient to town. Many kitchen amenities. Comfy bed and clean condo. A humidifier would of been great but housekeeping never responded. Our only issue was the key fob didn't open lobby door and our arrival was at 930 pm. Luckily someone was walking out of the lobby so we were able to enter. Otherwise there was a help button or an emergency number we could of called. All an all fantastic stay!

The location of this property cannot be beat! Steps to the QuickSilver lift on Peak 9 and equally close to downtown Breck. The condo is well appointed, with comfortable furniture and a fully stocked kitchen. While there were a couple of things that could be better - bathroom exhaust fan didn't work, patio door from living VERY hard to open/close - overall we had a great stay. My biggest suggestion would be to add a humidifier. This is the first rental I've ever had in Colorado that didn't have one and it would be most helpful, especially in the winter!

Location was great, older property but nice. Overall what we expected, truly ski in and ski out.

Overall, we had a really great experience with this condo. We have friends that own a condo in the same building, so that was our initial reason for choosing this listing, but we wouldn't hesitate to rent here again even if our friends were not joining us. The check in process was super simple. The trundle bed in the living room was perfect for our two kids. There was plenty of storage space and lots of extra pillows and blankets. The proximity to the lifts can' t be beat. Don't hesitate to rent this one - you won't be disappointed!

Great location- right by Quicksilver lift on Peak 9. Walkable to town. Very comfortable. Loved the gas fireplace and cozy blankets. Jacuzzi clean and spacious. Well stocked kitchen. Would return and would recommend to friends! Only note- floors are little chilly so bring warm socks!

This was a very nice condo, perfect for a ski or hiking get away. Very clean, stocked with basics, and very nice king bed - perfect for resting after a long day on the slopes. The space is ideal for a couple, it would be a little tight for a family or another couple. The couch / bed in the living room looks good for extra sleeping but a bit uncomfortable for just sitting. Great check in process. A humidifier would be a good add. Overall, very nice stay.

A group of three friends enjoyed this place during a short stay in Breckenridge. Clean, comfortable, and located within easy walking distance to just about everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again.
