Very peaceful and quiet place to stay! Parking wasn't the best and we could only find one pool on the property which was not heated.

It was okay, nothing special. It served its purpose for a place to sleep. Could use some updating. Bed was uncomfortable and sheets kept popping off. Need sheet that fit the bed. or just a new bed.

This is by far one of my most favorite rentals, and I rent a lot. It was my first trip to Lake Tahoe, and Incline Village. I drove and I always bring my espresso machine but when I arrived at this rental unit...there was already one there! First for me. Since the start of COVID I have been avoiding hotels and staying in rentals so I can make my own meals. This place has a completely stocked kitchen!!! Everything you could need, and more. It felt like home Tahoe ;) The space is very clean and super comfortable. Bedrooms downstairs, common areas upstairs. The walk from the (tiny) parking lot, up to the house and up those stairs is not for the faint of heart, however. It's a serious workout if you aren't used to the elevation (we came from 1200' and Incline Village is at ~6300'). It was about a mile walk to great hiking trails, and down to kayak (or Jet ski) rentals at the Hyatt beach. If you are a good walker, you can even walk to grocery store and restaurants! I said it over and over, while I was there, "I'm coming back to this exact unit." We did have trouble finding the unit, in the dark. It's in building 10, but we kept looking for building 51. A map was provided but it was not very clear, at all. We wandered around the entire property for nearly an hour, both walking and driving, until I stumbled upon unit 50...and then clumsily walked down to that unit and around the walls of the building until I found the entrance to 51, on the opposite side, right along the road we drove in through. The map did not show us that - would've saved us an hour and some tired legs. The property manager stated there were two parking spots but we were lucky to find one spot, each day, and we were there for 5 full days and 2 half days. There are only 3 spots, in a row, two always full, so grab one and don't let it go! Now that I know those quirks, I'm planning on renting that unit for my next trip!

Overall, this location was clean and had everything you need to stay. When first entering the upstairs, the room smelled like someone had smoked in there. The furniture and fixtures throughout the condo are dated - feels like you are staying at your grandparents house. Shower head needs to be fixed as well. Overall it wasn't bad but just a few minor issues that could have made it better.

Lovely Tahoe Ski Launchpad
This was a lovely place to stay, and was very comfortable for 4 people. We found the apartment very clean and made great use of the kitchen. The pictures we saw in advance were a great representation of the property.
It was difficult to find the unit at first, as it is one of 5 units in a building and was the only one with an entrance on the backside. We were able to find it though!
We were able to ski at Diamond Peak, Heavenly and Northstar on our trip -- all were within an hour of the unit...even with a snowstorm!
One recommendation for future travelers is if you enjoy listening to your own tunes bring a speaker!
Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The property has a combination of new and old furnishings tastefully arranged to make a very functional unit. It was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, and welcoming.

Good Budget Property
Location: it is located off Lake Shore road in Incline Village amongst a planned (I assume) complex of vacation homes. Got a little turned around figuring out how to access the unit. Hint, it is from the main road. Also the walk up to unit is not disabled friendly. A bit of inclined stair walk that can be slippery in rain.
Unit: Two bedrooms, nicely done; 2nd floor has kitchen and living room. Don’t expect a view (living room window opens to the complex’s parking area). The TV was adequate but on the small size .. have to sit right across from it to view as the cabinet doors block viewing. Kitchen was nicely equipped and there were some provisions of spices and such.
Issues: one only minor one, the upstairs toilet would flush once and then run for a long time. Flapper probably needs to be replaced. Communicated the issue to management company, but was never addressed sufficiently.
Overall: Pretty good place to rest your head.

Very clean
Great place. Close to main restaurants, beach, ski resort over all great location. Thank you for the beach pass. Parking was interesting. The first night all spots were taken. Someone had parked in our spot so we had to park in the back. If it were winter snow this would have been horrific especially if you have little kids or ADA issues. The next day we had a spot in front. Everything worked out.

very nice and clean
The condo was very comfortable and clean. This might not be the place for you if you have trouble with stairs. The stairs were not a problem for us.

The condo was beautiful.
They were putting new roofs on the condo we were staying in and all the neighboring condos. This made the parking really difficult and we had to walk a ways. Not a problem for me but my friend is mobility impaired. Otherwise, no other complaints.

Comfortable and Welcoming
The condo was nicely furnished, spacious, clean and had what we needed for a week-long stay. Very well-stocked kitchen! We were happy with the convenient location and proximity to everything. It was a cozy, inviting place to come home to after a day playing in the snow. The folks at Goldfish property management were very responsive to us. We really enjoyed our stay in Incline Village and Lake Tahoe and would recommend this place as an affordable and friendly place to stay! Thank you!
