Bienvenue à la maison de ville Bear Den à Lazy Bear Lodging! Venez vous détendre dans les montagnes Rocheuses dans la ville de Hungry Horse. Nos maisons de ville sont situées à 12 km de l’entrée ouest du parc national des Glaciers, dans la partie nord de la vallée de Flathead. Notre bâtiment est sur 1,5 hectares et borde la propriété du Service des forêts.
À l'intérieur de la maison de ville, vous trouverez 2 lits queen-size, l'un avec un cadre en rondin de bois et l'autre avec un cadre en canot.
Le canapé du salon se transforme en un canapé-lit queen. Cette maison de ville peut accueillir 6 personnes et dispose d'un parc pour les petits voyageurs. Le salon dispose d'une Smart TV de 55 pouces, d'un lecteur Blu-ray / DVD et d'un câble DISH. Le téléviseur est monté sur un support pivotant et peut être facilement pivoté.
La grande salle de bain a un double lavabo et un combo baignoire / douche complète.

Our family had a great stay at the Lazy Bear Lodging, and I can't recommend this place highly enough! It is just minutes drive away from the west entrance of Glacier National Park, so it was an excellent base for our trip. We stayed here for three nights, and it felt just like home for us. Our kids totally enjoyed the little playing area in the backyard. Laura is a fantastic host, she was very prompt with every single question we asked. She was thoughtful enough to keep a few kid toys in the living room, which our kids had a lot of fun playing with. She was also kind enough to supply us with step stools for our kids - can't thank her enough for her hospitality! We will definitely consider it again next time we visit Glacier National Park.

We can’t say enough great things about our stay. Laura was very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. When we arrived the cabin was exactly as pictured, clean and had everything you could think of. Coolers, ice packs, a full kitchen, plenty of towels for the week. Beds were so comfortable. Location is perfect! Minutes from Glacier, Columbia Falls and close to Whitefish to enjoy dinner in the evening. We loved our stay at Lazy Bear!

A nice place to spend a few days and close to Glacier National Park

The Christiana's keep these cabins in top shape, everything was extremely clean. Gas grill was perfect for saving a couple bucs. Host Laura was always quick to respond to my many emails even after our stay. You can't go wrong staying here. Just minutes from the west gates of glacier and in my opinion Hungry Horse is the best town in the area. Also my thanks to keeping a can of bear spray for us to borrow, we nearly needed it.
It was an amazing vacation we saw moose, bears (one too close), deer, goats, sheep, osprey, eagles and tons of little critters. Only thing missing was a golden eagle oh well next time.
We will definitely be planning to stay here on our next visit. The comfiness of this cabin is perfect to come back to after a long day of hiking or rafting.

Family Glacier Getaway
We had an outstanding time staying at Lazy Bear Lodge! The location to Glacier National Park was excellent, and it was a short drive to restaurants and gas stations.
The property was very clean inside; we had everything we needed. It was a warm week, close to 90 degrees each day. We couldn't believe the cabin stayed cool during the day with just the curtains pulled, but it did. The fans worked to move some air, ceiling fans would be my only suggestion to make it better.
All appliances worked well and were so clean.
The decor was really delightful. We appreciated the provided bear spray to take on our hikes. We did encounter bears twice while hiking, but luckily never had to use the spray. We made such awesome family memories and can't wait to go back to Montana!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Bear Den. The communications with Laura were great and highly responsive. The cabin was immaculate, for someone who is very fussy about cleanliness. The cabin was well-equipped for cooking our meals and beautifully decorated. Great location for Glacier National Park. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Excellent cabin
The Bear Den at Lazy Bear Lodge is amazing! Everything needed is provided, even a fantastic view. The drive to Glacier National Park is short and easy. It is also close enough to groceries. The property is completely updated and comfortable. The owners were very helpful and super communicators.

Perfect retreat
Owners did a great job renovating this building. It was exactly as advertised. Great location near Glacier west entrance and Columbia Falls. Beds were super comfortable (especially important after a long day in the park). Front porch faces west, letting us enjoy a drink while grilling and watching the sunset.

Perfect West Glacier Lodging
We thoroughly enjoyed 8 nights in Bear Den! The location is a short drive to Glacier's West Entrance as well as area towns for shopping. Our two bedroom cabin unit was perfectly clean, beautifully decorated, updated with thoughtful amenities, and home-like comfortable. The owners are very helpful and responsive! Highly recommend this property!

We Loved Staying at the Lazy Bear
The Bear Den was adorable with the Bear motif throughout. The owner even provided “extras” such as seasonings, olive oil, etc. we appreciated that. The fact that the ice machine was on the kitchen counter and not in the refrigerator was not pointed out in the info and we missed it for a couple days because it looks like a bread maker and we were definitely not baking bread!! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location for West Glacier
We stayed at Lazy Bear 4 nights. It was clean and comfortable. Laura was very responsive. It’s only about 10 minutes from the West entrance to Glacier. It was a perfect place to stay. We saw a deer in our backyard. My 8 year old daughter loved the place too!!! I’d stay there again!

Perfect location to visit Glacier
My family of 7 stayed at the Bear Den for 5 nights while visiting Glacier. The house is clean with beautiful wooden furniture, cute bear accessories, and everything we needed. My little ones especially enjoyed the playhouses and swingset our back! There were plenty of towels and linens, a high chair, porta crib and even a basket of toys. The only thing I missed was a washing machine, but there is a laundromat next to the grocery store down the street. It’s only about 15 minutes to the west entrance to Glacier. Great location!

Overall, a great experience! We were quite comfortable and felt at home. Only drawback was being so close to the highway with traffic sounds, but it didn't interfere with our enjoyment. Gas grill was out of propane upon arrival but the owners responded very quickly to remedy the issue.

We had a wonderful stay at The Bear Den at Lazy Bear Lodging! The home was very clean and comfortable and was a perfect home base for our vacation at Glacier National Park. The owners did an excellent job remodeling and decorating the home with cozy furnishings, and we appreciated all the nice touches they left for our use including coffee and some delicious huckleberry jam! We highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit the area.

Nice, convenient, exactly as advertised
We were very happy with the cabin, it's cleanliness, room, and comfort. We used the cabin as a base for exploring Glacier National Park and we were 10 minutes to the front (West) gate. I would definitely stay there again when I travel back to the park.

Clean, comfortable & Warm, Well Appointed Cabin
We stayed @ the Bear Den for 10 days while we visited my dear sister in Montana. Honestly, we have only excellent things to say about it! The clean & well appointed cabin felt more like home- beautiful furnishings, appliances, comfortable beds and what views from every window! It was close to everything we wanted to see as well. We would certainly stay here again in the future. We hope you enjoy this "Little piece of Heaven like our family did!

Family Friendly Cozy Cabin - Close to Everything!
We had a wonderful family friendly vacation staying at Lazy Bear Lodging while exploring Hungry Horse, Flat Head Lake & Glacier National Park. The cabin is nestled perfectly in the heart of northwest Montana. The atmosphere is warm & loving. Every possible comfort of home, & then some, were included with our stay, from everything to make smores in the fire pit, books about the area, a pack & play, to tissues! We cannot wait to stay again!
