Great setting , loved spending the afternoon by the pool

The property was just what our family was looking for. The pool and fenced backyard were great. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall, a great experience. The owner, Chuck, was communicative and addressed any concerns or questions we had during our stay.

Vary quiet, nice neighborhood. We loved being able to walk everywhere, and the house was very comfortable and clean with great amenities. Perfect location!

This was the perfect home for our family beach vacation. The kids loved the pool being right out the door. Two blocks from the beach and a few blocks from town makes it easy to walk everywhere.

Great host + property is in a great location - 2 min walk to beach. Property is exactly described/shown in photos. Loved our morning sunrises and beach walks, but pool option was great for younger kids when the ocean was too overwhelming to swim in.

The home is really lovely. It's roomy and comfortable. The pool is great as is the sitting areas and tables and chairs under cover. We enjoyed that quite a bit! The beach access is not as one might think. Because we had a fair amount to take to the beach we had to drive to the access. We worked it out however. The listing mentioned a crab pot on site but we never found it if it was there and as we had planned a low country boil we had to buy one. Overall we loved the stay!

This house was fantastic! It was very nicely decorated with modern decor and appliances. It was very clean. The pool was awesome! The kitchen was stocked better than most places I have stayed in. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be returning! My family loved it!

Cozy , spacious, big pool , close to beach and restaurants

Great location and a nice house with pool. Pet friendly with walled backyard, private. Property manager was available for any issue. Enjoyed the house bikes a lot.

It was a nice, well-maintained property with most of what we needed for our beach week. The decor was a little dated in some areas, but not anything concerning for our party. I’m only mentioning it for those who may be more bothered by it. The kitchen and pool were great and we seemed to spend the most time in those areas. My only complaint was that the contract I had to sign strongly discouraged any outdoor activity after 8:47 PM. I’m not sure what the significance of that precise time was but the contract specified no talking or laughing along with a vague mention of anything that might bother the neighbors. I get it. I’m a home owner myself and this may not be an issue for some or if I was visiting in the winter, but in the summer, after the kids are in bed, this is the time to go out in the cool of the evening to chit-chat or enjoy the pool. Also to note, apart from restaurants, most everything in town closes at 5/5:30. I knew Vero would be more low key than some more populated beach communities, and that is why I chose it, but I felt the curfew was a bit extreme and most people would want to know this before they rented the property. 10 PM would have been acceptable. The before dark curfew would keep me from renting in the future and I’m not even a party person.

We decided to take a vacation not knowing how COVID would be. I loved this property because we were together, privately. The pool was the selling point. We were in the pool everyday. The beach was a short walk and nothing was overcrowded. We would go again! Thank you Chuck. You were awesome!!

outstanding layout of house, split plan and big common area with 2 baths. Pool was large and very clean with covered eating area outside. Location was awesome, 3 minutes from beach and 5 minutes to downtown and restaurants. Bikes afforded us some sightseeing and exercise. All modern appliances and TV's. Top Notch

This home is truly within walking distance to beach, shops/restaurants are a bit of a further walk which is a good thing because its nice and quiet by the house.

This house is in a quiet neighborhood that is a short walk to just about anything you could want. We enjoyed the McKee Botanical Garden, beach walking and lunch by the ocean at Waldo's. We will be back.

This is a very nice house with a lovely heated pool. It has a fully equipped kitchen, and a new gas grill on the patio.The house has a great location, with an easy walk to the beach and town. We used the bikes to go many places and sat on the beach each afternoon using the beach chairs provided.

We loved our stay and the private pool was amazing. My 2 boys went in it several times a day! Also it’s a short walk to shops and a short walk to the beach. We had a wonderful time.

Loved the privacy of backyard pool and close proximity to beach. The two bikes were added bonus. Enjoyed peddling down to beach and public park.
