Beautiful Pool Home Close to Siesta Beach
Agréable et calme, maison de deux chambres / deux salles de bains près de la plage de Siesta Key # 1 et du centre-ville de Sarasota. Super endroit pour se détendre et profiter de la côte du golfe. This wonderful home was a joy to visit!
It was quiet peaceful. The pool was wonderful. We enjoyed the neighborhood. Shopping was close and the church was across the street. The beach was only 5 minutes away and great restaurants. We'd love to come back sometime.

Overall it was a good place, close to beaches, restaurants, shops. Had a few disappointments with pool heater not working. Pool was extremely cold and we couldn't enjoy the pool. Had only one TV and showed two TV's in house. TV wasn't working and Internet was out for the first 3 days of our stay. House is well equipped with everything you needed for the stay.

We did miss having the tv in the master bedroom and the pool heater didn’t seem to work . But enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property with a great location.

It's always a pleasure to stay in this home. It's clean, has an open feel and is in a nice, quiet, friendly neighborhood. Lots of walkers and joggers any time of the day. The large covered lanai and pool with a fenced yard make relaxing easy and pleasant. It's location is convenient to whatever you need to get to. Any questions/concerns and the property manager responds quickly. A very nice property that allows you to travel with your small pooch.

Original stay for 7 days. Cut short to 3 days because of hurricane warning. The 3 days we were there pool heater not functional. Looking for some form of compensation from either owner or VRBO. No response. No one taking accountability and in the end it is the CUSTOMER who looses out. What a shame!!!

Perfect Villa with a fabulous pool which we spent time in most days! Villa is spacious and the area is lovely and quiet. The location of Gulf Gate Drive is perfect as its very near to Siesta Key Beach, 20 mins drive to St Armands Circle and 50 mins to Anna Maria Island.
The property manager is great and always ready to help.

Second stay at this house. House is in a great location. It's close to Seista Key and many restaurants within walking distance. Neighborhood is great for dog walks. House and pool are perfect. House is clean and well stocked.

The open floor plan is perfect and made it seem like you were always poolside. Great kitchen with all the accessories and filtered water with ice maker made it that much more enjoyable. We liked it so much we plan to return again and hopefully enjoy the beach and the numerous restaurants near by.

Our 2nd stay here, because we loved it here our 1st time. Well stocked for all your needs. Landscaped pool area is BEAUTIFUL!!! Tried a couple new restaurants. Connors for steak-delicious! And also Fins @ Sharkey’s in Venice for great sushi! Thank you for a wonderful stay at your lovely and cozy home!!!

Renovated home in a great central location in Sarasota area. Close to grocery shopping at Detwilers, Publix and Costco, nearby Gulf Gate restaurants and Siesta and Turtle Beaches. Kitchen is well stocked. Property manager is wonderful to work with and responsive. If you prefer nice bath towels, bring your own. Living room couch needs replacing. Only basic cable available. Overall, a good value.

On vient de passer une semaine dans cette magnifique maison. On a adoré notre expérience : on a passé la plupart de notre temps dans la piscine chauffée et l’espace extérieur. Aussi, siesta key et très proche et le stationnement, gratuit. Public est a 1 minute de la maison, un gros plus. Bref, je recommande vivement cette maison.

Our family stayed for 5 days in November. I read a lot of the reviews prior to booking and all issued called out in negative reviews have been corrected. Home is in great shape and in a perfect location. Heated pool was great in November!

We had originally planned on being further south but hurricane Ian derailed those plans so I quickly hopped online to find what we could. We lucked out on this property as it had been blacked out for a new lanai and patio that were completed just before we arrived. We doubly lucked out as this place was gorgeous. Incredibly clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. If I could’ve waved a magic wand, the master bed would’ve been a king rather than a queen but it was very, very comfortable. Also, this was our first time staying in southern Sarasota and we loved the location. Great hosts. Great property.

Stayed here when we needed a place while visiting family in Sarasota. Loved the close proximity to family, Siesta Key, great food, fun shopping (St Armand’s Circle not far!), so much to see, so little time! The owner is VERY responsive with issues and I was happy for the minor issue I had she was prompt in answering messages! Area is quiet and the pool was refreshing after a day out sightseeing!

We had a wonderful stay in this home. Very comfortable with great amenities and professionally decorated. This was our first time to Sarasota and we would stay here again. Easy drive to beaches and anything else you might need. Very walkable area as well as nice trails not far away. Pool was great with plush landscaping that gave total privacy.

Family Fun!
A family of 5 adults stayed here for Memorial Day weekend! We had so much fun in the pool and everything was as described! The house was clean, sheets were clean and the beds were so comfortable! The only drawback we had was the grill. There were two very small charcoal grills but the listing says a gas grill which would’ve been able to better suit our large group and meals we cooked. Overall, highly recommend this place and would stay here again!

Great communication before & during stay. The property is in a great location- close to Siesta Key, Venice, & downtown. The inside of the house was immaculate. The only issue with cleanliness was the green mold on the lanai screen & outside furniture.

Wonderful retreat
Property was excellent overall. Close to the beach and restaurants. The only negative is the pool could have been a little cleaner, although I am not sure it was the host’s problem as the pool maintenance person was scheduled to come twice a week and only came once. We had a fantastic stay this was our second stay and we would definitely stay again if the property was available

Really nice but could've been cleaner...
Booked this house for a quick Nurses Week getaway near the beach. The house was nice -- good space, great location, quiet neighborhood -- but it could've been cleaner. When we entered, the place appeared cleaned but once we placed things on the counters and began to look for stuff to cook with we noticed the counters had some unknown particles on them and there were very small ants in the cupboards/drawers, around the kitchen sink, and in the guest bathroom. And my run-in with a palmetto bug, as they like to call them down there lol, in the master bedroom on the last night did not help much either. We Lysol'd what we could and notified the owner. She was responsive and got me in touch with pest control the next day, but unfortunately they weren't available to come out until the day we were checking out.
We didn't get to use the pool as much as we liked, but it and the patio space was really nice. The screening around it definitely needs replacing -- still a good amount of particles/bugs getting into the pool between cleanings and one of the many small lizards that could be seen running around outside the house dropped from the ceiling lol. We tried to help him back out but he wasn't having it lol.
Overall good stay. I just suggest having the owners have the place (more thoroughly) cleaned closer to check in dates.

Wonderful Stay
This home was absolutely perfect for our stay in the Sarasota area. The pool is the perfect temperature and so private. The kitchen is beautiful and the home is so comfortable and clean. The location is a short drive to the beach and close to all of the local attractions. We loved our stay!

Great stay at Sarasota rental.
This home was conveniently located to Siesta Key, stores, and restaurants. Lots of good restaurants nearby: Oak & Stone, Opus, Ophelia’s, Sardinia. French bakery on Gulf Drive that was delish! The rain forest like landscaping surrounding our home’s pool was so beautiful! Had a very relaxing & comfortable stay. The neighbor is safe & quiet. Highly recommend this rental!
