La posizione centrale e il parco adiacente.

Assenza di igiene e pulizia. Ho soggiornato con moglie e bimbo di 20 mesi, la pulizia per me era fondamentale. Invece abbiamo trovato tende impolverate, ragnatele agli angoli dei soffitti, frigo sporco e maleodorante (con scarafaggio), pentolame macchiato, muffa in bagno, una confezione usata di gel lubrificante intimo dietro la poltrona. Abbiamo fatto presente queste situazioni al proprietario che, invece di scusarsi per il disservizio e il disagio creato, ha minimizzato e discusso le nostre critiche, ribattendo che nessuno si è mai lamentato e che il prezzo è comunque molto vantaggioso. Ha detto anche che aveva controllato personalmente dietro il divano e il gel lubrificante prima non c'era... indecente.

I stayed for the second time in this place and everything was fine again. The apartment is well situated, it is comfortable and the host is very helpful!

The apartment is exceptionally clean and has everything necessary for most travellers; on arrival, I was met by the owner's mother who was extremely friendly and helpful (albeit that communication was difficult as she speaks no English and I speak very little Romanian) and in all communications (via WhatsApp) with the owner, I found the same. Although it is not centrally located, it is close to the end of the main thoroughfare (Bulevardul Stefan cel Mare si Sfint) and less than 40 minutes' walk or a short trolleybus ride (trolleybuses are frequent and very cheap) from most of Chisinau's tourist attractions. Amenities within 5-10 minutes' walk include supermarkets, cafes, bars and restaurants as well as the Zity Mall shopping centre. The wi-fi and air conditioning (although I only used the latter briefly on arrival, as the apartment was too warm) worked perfectly and there was a more than sufficient supply of hot water. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again on a subsequent visit.

As I was aware before my arrival, there is no proper bed here, only sofa beds, which I didn't find as comfortable as previous reviewers; there was also no mattress or pillow protector and the bed sheet provided barely covered the surface of the bed, so could not be tucked in properly. I had difficulty finding the apartment (1/1 is totally separate to building no, 1 and not marked) but the owner helped by sending me a picture of the building. It's worth noting (especially to those who, like me, have a fear of lifts) that the apartment is on the 6th floor (the lift uses American numbering, so 7th floor) - although there is a lift for those prepared to use one!

Comfortable apartment with all the facilities you need, perfect for a person or a couple. Pleasant view, very good location and very friendly and helpful host.

Super host. Modern apartment with all amenities you can wish for. Location just out of the center.

There is no "traditional" bed (also clearly states in description). Just make sure you are okay with sleeping on a sleeping couch (it is comfortable)
