Great vacation in the heart of Pentwater
Vous cherchez un bon endroit pour se réunir entre amis et en famille? Cette escapade est une maison de 3 étages loin de la maison. Très bien situé - près du centre-ville et à quelques pas de la plage. Ce chalet est un pâté de maisons du parc et de la bibliothèque. L'emplacement a une grande chambre à l'étage principal avec foyer au gaz, chambre au premier étage et salle de bain complète. Niveau inférieur comprend sous-sol fini avec bar, chambre et salle de bain complète. Il y a une zone de rassemblement au 2e étage et une grande salle de bonus qui peut accueillir 6 personnes. La propriété a une terrasse et un barbecue à gaz pour s'amuser en plein air et une grande cour. HD TV est situé en bas avec un lecteur DVD. L'emplacement a WIFI.

We have enjoyed two Pentwater visits in this cozy A-frame home. The kitchen is well-stocked with a great assortment of pans and serving dishes. The deck is a lovely place to start the day while enjoying the morning birds. We also ended each day sitting around the fire ring.
We appreciate Ben's hospitality and accommodating ways!

Wonderful place, very clean, had bikes, life vests, floaties, helmets, even bug spray! Needs a new coffee maker and there’s a little bit of a smell in the basement.

Very nice town and everything within walking/biking distance. We really enjoyed the bikes and riding down to Lake Michigan each day. The town feels very safe and family friendly. The house itself could use some updating but it was still a nice place to stay.

This was our 2nd stay at this house. We enjoyed our stay just as much this time as last. House is in a quiet are close to town and just minutes drive or bike ride to the each or town. The house provides bikes abd water toys. Great porch for conversaation and quiet reading. The gouse has a fully furnished basement that is almost another residence in itself with a bath, bedroom and family area. The main floor has a master bedroom and a bath with the kitchen/dinning, and a comfortable living room. There is also a loft area with a play or reading are and a bedroom with a double bed and twin beds. Very clean and just a great house. We loved it. Ben is very responsive. And, the gouse was clean, as was the property.

Colors were good but not quite at peak. A bit rainy as well. Oh well! Still did some good photography and had time to do some post processing. Fortunately the house was cozy so hanging out was just fine for the week. Will return next year.

We stayed at this cozy home for a family wedding. The home was clean and had plenty of space for us to enjoy the stay. The location was perfect for us, with all the activities taking place within a few blocks.

We were very impressed with the bonus amenities kept in the garage- the bikes, yard games, beach chairs, and sporting equipment all added to the fun of our time in Pentwater. This property has a lovely yard that easily accommodates group games and fireside chats. It also has a wonderful deck for relaxing and visiting. This home was a great fit for our group of 9 with sitting areas on each floor. We really appreciated the flexibility of the host in details that were important to us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

Pleasantly surprised...picture didn't do it justice! Worked out great for a multi-family vacation. Three levels to provide each family with a private area. Kitchen had everything we needed as far as pots, pans, appliances, etc. Beautiful deck area in a well maintained yard. Quiet and peaceful surroundings! Lots of amenities for our stay - board games, puzzles, bikes, wi-fi, cable tv and more. Excellent, spacious bathroom facilities.

We loved our stay. It was cozy, nice, and quiet. Easy walk to beach ( a little longer than some homes in Pentwater.)
The deck and yard are great.

Wonderful home, had everything you could possibly need. The house was close to everything. Landlord was helpful and very prompt in answering any questions.

Nice weekend stay
We were able to enjoy a nice weekend with our relatives at this property. We enjoyed the deck and fire pit, the fully outfitted kitchen to prepare some light meals and the privacy of the two full bathrooms on separate floors. We're planning on staying again next year!

This home was a good choice for our family during a wedding event. Conveniently located to all the activities in a quiet neighborhood. House was very clean and the queen beds were comfortable.

Family stay
This was a perfect place to take my 2 boys and grandkids. Plenty of room inside and a big side yard to play. You can not beat the location! Very close to both Lakes and downtown Pentwater. Very reasonably priced for such a great location. We would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay
Great location within walking distance of downtown and the beach. Family of 8 and we had plenty of room. Though the upstairs did tend to be a bit warm most nights. Pictures don't do this place justice. I highly recommend updating at least the exterior pic of this property to the owner.

Home Away From Home
This rental provided 5 adults and 4 children with ample room. The homeowners have bikes, yard games and beach chairs in the garage. Kitchen had everything. 3 separate living areas although a TV in the main floor would have been nice but it forced our teenager to interact versus watching the British Open! New and tasteful decor. You won’t be disappointed. Ben was very easy to work with.

Well maintained property and very spacious and comfortable
The house is nicely equipped with everything you may need and super convenient to everything. I’m very happy with my stay at this beautiful home. It has three queen beds and four twins. A very nice and large deck with a nice gas grill. It also has an upright freezer in the basement. I would certainly rent this property again.

Excellent property
This was a great property and the owner was very responsive to questions. We had no problems or issues with the stay. The house was very clean and access was easy. There is a nice deck for sitting outside and enjoying the summer MI weather in the morning and evening. This was an excellent VRBO experience and I would highly recommend this owner and property.
