La situation de l'hôtel est exceptionnelle : il est situé dans un grand jardin entre les canaux de la Somme avec de belles places assises dans le jardin ou au bord de la Somme. Le parking pour la voiture était également pratique. La chambre était très bien équipée. Le service des hôtes était tout aussi super que leurs recommandations pour des excursions ou des sorties au restaurant. Le petit déjeuner était composé de très bons produits régionaux et était copieux. Nous passerons certainement encore quelques jours ici.

Superb B&B in its extensive grounds with gated security. Very friendly host. Lovely, large room with view over the garden. Parking on driveway and outside house. Freshly prepared breakfast. Large garden/orchard with seating areas. Easy access into Amiens by either car or foot/bike path alongside the river Somme. For evening food there are a couple of good restaurants in Camon, about a 10 minute walk.
Gate may be closed if you arrive before check-in time and there's nowhere close to park/wait. We parked in Camon and had a coffee while we waited.

Breakfast was set out on our table. No opportunity to choose what we would like . Would have liked more choice.

Our room was clean and comfortable. We loved the garden and canals near the property. Very peaceful and restful after a busy day of driving throughout the Somme region.

Breakfast was amazing - location was perfect for us - just what we were looking for - nice walk in to town but very very peaceful and quiet - our host was simply fantastic - so friendly and accommodating with great recommendations of where to eat and what to do - really recommend highly!

Felt a bit like you were staying in a room in someone's house rather than an apartment. That is just my personal feeling.
This area is very beautiful but unfortunately apart from the Cathedral and a few other sites didnt find Aimens city centre very nice at all.

The location was perfect for us, the host very friendly and accommodating. We walked into the centre of Amiens for dinner ( about a 25 min walk) and the city itself is very beautiful with amazing history. The Cathedral is well worth a visit. Breakfast was delicious.
Nothing, except perhaps separate shampoo and conditioner would have been great but not essential.

Location amazing although a bit of a wiggle to find so instructions would be useful once you get nearer the property. Host was lovely and so accommodating. Asked for ice and she fetched some from her own freezer. Also let us use the fridge for breakfast items to store a couple of things briefly. No tv…which was actually rather nice!
But the breakfast was just amazing..fresh fruit salad individually presented, natural yoghurt, muesli, croissant, French stick & offered the choice of cheese…delicious! Coffee was good and orange juice seemed to be freshly squeezed. Absolutely faultless!
Husband likes a tv to catch up on the news but We did say that was not a problem on this occasion as the location was so lovely and we spent the evening outside until we went to bed..room very compact and the shower was not as powerful as we are used to but no real problem. Being picky and would not stop us staying again

We had a wonderful comfortable stay at AU Jardin sur l'eau hortillonnnages. We had a room with a view - view onto a lovely open garden. Breakfast was amazing including croissants, baguette, French cheese and coffee. Not far from Amiens centre. Could relax in the beautiful garden around the house. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is idyllic. it proved easy to find and worth finding. a very friendly host greeted us and showed us to a smallish room with a garden and river view.
Breakfast was extensive and delicious.
we enjoyed a wonderful evening walk on the riverbank.
A real treat.
The entrance is very obvious once you have been there but look carefully the first time.
Learn a bit of French as the host is wonderful but some French helps.
