This was a great property for our vacation. The location is close to the beach and boardwalk, but far enough away that it wasn’t busy or noisy. The home was spacious and very clean and stocked with everything we needed for cooking, living, visiting the beach,, etc. We loved it, thank you!

Beautiful newly renovated space
The property was just as described and a great location for a family vacation. The amenities surpassed our expectations and we were very comfortable as well as very close to the beach. The owner has thought of everything that you would need for a relaxing beach vacation. Included in the rental were beach chairs, Sand toys and a beach buggy that we weren’t expecting.

Incredible vacation.
The house was beautiful. Everything you could possible need they provided. It was perfect location. A 5 minute walk to the beach. This was the first time my family and I rented a house together and we sure picked a winner. Michelle was so helpful to make our vacation a wonderful one. Everything about this house deserves more than 5 stars. This was our first Jersey shore vacation but certainly not our last.

Such a wonderful place! We had everything we needed and more. Just a short walk to the beach and local restaurants made our stay so relaxing! The place was so clean and we felt safe being there during these trying times. Michelle is a wonderful owner and even went out of her way to return something we had forgotten. End of Summer Family Getaway
Property was even better than the photos! Loved the games and toys - perfect for the three kids. Enjoyed the location - again, perfect for the kids and an easy walk to the beach. Outdoor shower was fantastic as our kids like to bury each other. The adults enjoyed too. Particularly dining alfresco. Hope we can make it a longer stay next summer.

Ideal location
All of my concerns about possible noise from Jenkinsons were for naught. The location is perfect, close to the beach but away from the "crowd." The fact that the house is set back from the road also adds to the appeal. A 1/2 bath (toilet) would have added to our 6-person experience but we learned to adjust. Clean, bright, surrounded by well-appointed (and well-pooled) properties. I would definitely book again.

Great rental and location
I rented the first floor and had 7 adults and one toddler stay in the house. The house was clean, roomy and well equipped for preparing meals. The washer and dryer came in handy as did the 2 bathrooms. Enjoyed being close to beach and boardwalk. I liked that the house was set back from the road which provided privacy when sitting outside. Michele was very responsive to my questions and a pleasure to work with. Would rent again.

Perfect little beach house!
I had an excellent stay at this home over Labor Day weekend. We were three couples in our 30s staying and this house was perfect for us. It was extremely clean upon arrival and the house decor was so cute and beachy. The 2 extra showers (one outdoor) were a big help as well. The landlord Michele was extremely easy to work with and answered any of my questions/emails very quick. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice Vacation Rental!
This second floor apartment unit was just right for our family, nicely arranged, good amount of cooking supplies in the kitchen and close to everything. We stayed for three nights in June and would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean place to stay in Point Pleasant. The owners and information provided were both great.

Clean, well maintained and close to the beach
We loved our stay at Michele’s beach house. Everything went very smoothly as far as booking, getting in the house and checking out. The house was very clean upon arrival and as described. Kitchen was well equipped with anything you could need. The beach was just a few blocks away. Our boys also enjoyed the toys that were there. Would stay again!

Excellent Summer Getaway!
My wife and I stayed at this spacious, well equipped, beautifully decorated beach house for Memorial Day Weekend. It was a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, yet close to town with restaurants and antique shops.
Highly recommended. Will be back again next year!
