We really want to leave a great review but wanted make you aware of a few things, the house and pool were as listed except for the cleanliness. The showers had hair in the drains and there was random clothing in the closets and the dishes were all so dirty we had to wash everything before we used it, the dishwasher was also extremely dirty and had food remaining in it, the kids room is a closed in porch and the beds are just OK in there. Foosball table was barely working and for some reason the ping pong table was in the garage and half broken, also a lot of the towels had stains and a lot of the lights were burnt out. The pool was great and clean. The owners were flexible and they did reach out during the stay, it just didn't seem like something that could be fixed while we were there. When I contacted them after they were responsive and said they would look into fixing the issues, if they were fixed I would stay again. The beach stuff in the garage was great, super handy, but it needs to be gone through as well as some of it is broken and you have to dig through a bunch of broken stuff to find the good stuff. The bikes are good but also need service as the kids bikes brakes didn't work. Location is fantastic.

This house is nice, has a lot of space to move around which we enjoyed. We did have some issues with the tvs. There is a Roku on one of them, but it wouldn’t connect to the internet. We loved riding the bikes that were left available to us! Location worked out perfect for us! Nice clean neighborhood! The pool was fun for our kids! We truly enjoyed ourselves in this location!

My husband and I spent the winter of 2024 at this property in the Westlake Village community. The neighborhood is well kept and this property is excellently managed. Chris is on top of everything and would respond very quickly if there were any needs. We have spent many winters in Florida, but this is the first time in Palm Harbor (near Clearwater), and we love this area. Many great restaurant choices and this house was perfect for our needs! We will be back in Palm Harbor next year!

This home was very clean and well equipped. Would be a great vacation getaway for couples or families with children. There is a neat bunk/play room and the pool is a real treat. Westlake Village is beautiful and quiet and conveniently located near beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The owners were available and helpful. Hope to return.

Spent three weeks in florida! This place by far was the best. House was exactly as described and the neighborhood was beautiful. Everything around plam harbor was clean and neat. Would highly recommend this place to others!

Awesome home, with great layout and clean space. Wonderful pool, in a fantastic neighborhood. Close to area attractions and towns including Tarpon Springs, Dunedin, Safety Harbor and Clearwater.

We had an amazing time and the house was exactly as it was listed! We enjoyed the pool and it had everything we needed. It’s about 30 minutes from Clearwater beach and even closer to a couple other beaches. The property owners were very friend and I had direct contact with them at all times. We loved our stay and hated to leave!! We will be back!!!!!

We had such a great time at this house! The landscaping was amazing ( love palm trees) felt very secluded. It was clean and felt like home during our weeks stay. We head to Florida every year and will only ever stay in palm harbor! We will definitely be coming back to this house!

Our entire week's stay was lovely. Chris and Sarah went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to relax. Not having to worry about bringing soaps, towels, paper towels, and toilet paper, was a BIG win since we traveled from out of state. Our kids would have spent each and every waking moment in the pool if we had let them. The amazing hosts even had floaties, toys, etc. in the garage to use. Thank you for providing the little things, which really add up to the BIG things for traveling parents. This house quickly became the backdrop of so many family memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you for having us!

We stayed at the house for 5 weeks. One week it was 4 of us girls (retired friends) then one week 2 of the grandkids came . There was plenty of room to entertain. We had family for dinner a couple of nights. The house was clean and the pool area was great. Chris and Sarah were great, any time we needed them they were a text or phone call away. I hope to book here again.

Our hosts, Sarah and Chris, were available for any and all questions about the area and things to do. Of all the places we have stayed, they went over and above all others. The property was roomy and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool.

Great communication with Chris, the owner. he even checked with us to make everything was good and if we needed anything. We enjoyed our stay, the neighborhood was great and some of the houses were decorated for the holiday. We had a great time!

Our family had an amazing stay last week! The house is lovely, with enough space for parents and college students to spread out and relax in the living room and by the pool and later get together for a great meal with friends in the spacious dining room. The location was perfect for us, close to Honeymoon Island, Zoo Tampa, Clearwater Beach and Tarpon Springs - our favorite places in the area. We are looking forward to going back next year!

We enjoyed everything it was close to anything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen .washer dryer even beach towels . Our bed was very comfortable. Chris kept in touch with us constantly. Will go back for sure

Perfect place to unwind and relax, close to great beaches and restaurants in a quiet community. Kitchen has everything you could need, surround sound in the living room was great for watching the Steelers on Monday Night Football and the pool was great even on the rainy days we had fun. Owners were great and questions are answered quickly, definitely recommend staying here.

Had a nice time with my family here. Owners were nice to talk to and quick to answer. Pool area was fantastic. Pros: lots of room, bedrooms were large, pool area was nice, extra fridge if needed ( we didn’t use) bikes available, large drive for multiple cars! Cons: I really didn’t mention my cons to the owner as they weren’t affecting our stay. They were little things: things were really dusty (windows, blinds, lights, ect). Some old/weird decor- again nothing bad, I just told my kids not to mess with anything not ours). Rushed out the door due to wrong check out time. Overall we had a great stay and even had to extend our reservation to move into a new place

Spacious home with two private master suites. Seperate kids room with bunk beds. Great fenced yard that backs up to a forest - our dog loved it.. Swimming pool has a new heater that works great. Large central seating area. Large dining room. Kitchen was well stocked. Great location for essential shopping and restaurants. Owner responded within minutes when we had questions.
