Very convenient, comfortable and clean apartment with a great pool, 3 balconies and day location

There are not enough compliments to give this property. The owner was very communicative to ensure the property suited our needs. The warm welcome we received from Cari, who handed us over the keys made us feel right at home. Even though we only speak English and she spoke Spanish, Italian, German and French she made sure we understood where everything was. The location is great, close proximity it the supermarket, beach, restaurants, everything! The property was bright and airy with 2 balconies so we could catch sunlight at every opportunity! Great facilities and gorgeous grounds. Felt very safe and secure.

There’s nothing to dislike about this property but if you like a lie-in beware there are cockerels across the road who may wake you up a little earlier than you’d like 😂

Different terraces in apt were appreciated, drive to Old Town very quick and easy (3 mins), close to beach, tennis club, paddle courts on premises, kitchen well stocked

Bed in main bedroom we didn’t find comfortable, I slept in single bed which was good and husband in main bedroom, the bathroom could use some hooks for towels, bins, etc, cocks waking us up at 5am - had to close window for noise

Location was pretty good for Denia and surrounding area. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops.

The outlook from the property not too great. Quite industrial to the front and derelict and unkept land to the rear. Noisy aircon in bedrooms. Not allowed sunbeds by the swimming pool. This was a big part of the holiday for us so a big disappointment! Sunbathing on a park bench not really the same!

The location was excellent to walk (10-15 minutes) to local beaches or the port area where there were restaurants and shops. The apartment itself was spacious and the well-appointed kitchen and grill were great for making meals at home. The complex has a wonderful pool for residents, which was a nice touch as well.

The sink in the smaller of the upstairs bedrooms had some drainage issues, but it wasn't a dealbreaker.
