Lot of space Big Kitchen Friendly owner Breakfast

20 minutes walk to beach, 30 minutes walk to the city centre

Everything was great it is only not suitable for people who want tranquility as it was quiet noisy

Room was better than I expected, georgous host, very helpful and always with a smile an her face. Nice localization, around 1km to the Beach but around 4km to the Centre. Neverthenless I can easilly recomend the place as a great place to stay.

I really loved the stay there. The room was big, very clean, the bathroom was spacious as well. There was a delicious breakfast (even with sth salty for non-Italians) served in the common room. We stayed there for only one night but I recommend the place for a stay in Pescara. There is direct bus from Pescara centrale station and you can have a nice walk and got to the beach.

Best location near by the beach. Perfect owner and clean rooms such a home also fairly enough kitchen tools. And good breakfast offer, it's feeling good start of the day. I recommend all families.

Very nice room with bathroom. Breakfast is a bit limited, mostly sweet, but coffee is very good.

Bad soundproofing of the room, you can hear everything that is going on in the corridor.

Very friendly service, no problem on the part of the owners regarding late check-in, a large shared kitchen and a well-equipped bathroom. The area has one of the best rated restaurants in the city, groseries are also in the area.

- Not a big problem, but the distance from the center of Pescara was quite long. - The entrance to the rooms was quite tight.

Great place, with an extremely nice host. The apartment is clean and has air coindtion. The owner make a breakfast every day from a local specials. The beach is in about 15 minutes walk. There is a lot of place to park a car outside the building.

Really nothing. The photos on Booking.com shows how the place really look like. If you looking for an apartment like that (like we did), you will be satisfied.
