We just returned from Lexington yesterday evening and I must say we were not disappointed! Upon arriving, one DOES need to climb one set of stairs. It is not difficult, as I am a lung cancer survivor and my lung capacity is compromised. (This is simply a FYI for anyone who may have a handicap or for someone who needs an elevator) The suite is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and very spacious! It is immaculate with comfortable bedding as well as 2 very large bathrooms with many fresh towels. The showers each have shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in case you forget yours or simply want to try something new, which I did. I loved all so much I had to message Collin to ask what the brands were! The kitchen is not big but is set up beautifully and there is EVERYTHING you need to cook if you're into doing that. There are many amenities there, as it truly is home away from home. Aside from making coffee and toast in the morning, we chose trying the places directly downstairs from the suite for dinner, which were both delicious as well as having excellent service. The bedrooms are huge and each bedroom is comfortable and cozy. The sheets smelled amazing! I know that seems unimportant, however it is the little things that make a difference upon staying somewhere! Everyone in our party slept well each night. Lastly, when you stay here you will be right in the heart of this beautiful little lake town. YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS OUT ON STAYING HERE! It was truly a wonderful week.

This is a great rental for a large group with everything within walking distance. The stairs needed to get to the second floor we’re a bit of a struggle with luggage, especially for older folks. But overall, it was really nice place and everyone had a great time.

We absolutely loved this property! It was so unique and fun! Clean and well taken care of. Walking distance to everything. We will definitely stay again and will refer to friends and family! Collin was fantastic to work with. Overall 10 out of 10 for us :)!

We loved the condo. You can’t ask for a better location. It was also very comfortable and spacious!!

All the ladies had a great time, and I didn’t hear about anyone having any issues or concerns. The beds moved a little too much, probably because the floors were not carpeted, but it wasn’t too bad. Everything. was very clean and roomy.

Everything was great start to finish! The suite has beautiful views of the lake and main street. The beach, pier, shops, restaurants- everything you need was in walking distance. Amazing location! Collin was great! He came and checked on us when we arrived and was easy to communicate with! The suite itself was better than pictures. Tons of space, extremely clean and well taken care of. I will definitely be staying there again!

Excellent location right in the main part of Lexington. There were 6 of us and everyone had plenty of space. Very clean upon arrival. Kitchen and living room are very nice and open. Plenty of seating for everyone. The suite is above a pub which is next to the theatre. If there is a show going on or the pub is loud you will hear it but that wasn’t an issue for us. Deck outside leading into the property needs fixing but they are doing improvements on the property so I’m sure that’s on the list. Overall we loved the property and the close proximity to restaurants, shops, grocery and the beach. Will definitely rent again. Thanks Collin!

Great time! Comfy beds, close to the beach, the party spot. Just bring a sleeping mask, the skylights are bright.

We were very pleased with this property! We had all of our adult children and their children in one property and we had lots of space! the living room fit all of us comfortably and the location was perfect; being a bit particular about the quality of stay anywhere i have no negative comments; the GM property manager Colin was excellent to work with! Only thing to consider is if you need absolute quiet the property is over a pub which has live bands or a dj on fri and sat nights til 11-midnight; no prob for us; adult kids were happy for the energy of the area and the yound kids were too tired to care. We will be coming back to this property.

The Suite was very spacious, very clean and a great place to stay. Collin was awesome to work with & was very helpful! I can't wait to stay here again sometime in the future!

This place is amazing. Right in downtown Lexington you can park your car and not have to drive anywhere your entire stay since everything is within walking distance. Colin was very responsive and the place was immaculate when we arrived. Being on the 2nd floor with 2 balconies provided the feeling of being right in the middle of everything, but then step back inside and it was a beautiful sanctuary. Looking to book a weekend in January!

The suite is beautiful, lots of room, the furniture and beds are very comfortable. You have everything there you need. Just like at home. Located downtown Lexington, in walking distance to all activities, and stores.

This condo was exceptional. Collin was very attentive to whatever we needed. Condo was beautifully decorated and stocked. Perfect spot.... Close to shopping, restaurants, bars, lake and the theater. Highly recommend.

We all had such a wonderful time! The area was beautiful and the suit was perfect!

The property was very nice. It is located over a pub/restaurant but they closed by 9 pm and we rarely heard any disturbing noise. The building is still being renovated outside the loft area but not a problem. There was a birthday party in the massive loft area next to this property the night before we left. It wasn't too load and they did cut the music before it got too late. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay (besides the pub there is also a deli/bar in the same building, both on ground floor and both good) and would probably consider this property again in the future.

Austin and Collin were great to work with, very accessible and friendly. The property was incredible. We hope to return again.

The apartment was well appointed and comfortable. It is in a wonderful location in downtown Lexington. The management team was responsive to questions and concerns. We were able to spend time as a family and had enough space to read or play games. We recommend the property for visitors to the charming town of Lexington.
