Cette communauté fermée se trouve à un pâté de maisons à l’est de l’une des 10 plus belles plages du monde.
Une piscine communautaire avec des chaises longues pour prendre le soleil, et une grande zone de palapa ombragée pour se détendre sous l'estrade au centre de cette propriété. Il y a aussi une zone de fête communautaire / barbecue et un centre de fitness climatisé.
Seaside Garden est une grande maison de ville sur 2 étages. Le 2ème étage dispose de 2 chambres chacune avec une salle de bain privée et une télévision. La suite principale dispose également d'un dressing et d'un balcon. Le rez-de-chaussée est grand et ouvert avec un bar et une table à manger. A / C, ventilateurs de plafond si vous préférez ouvrir les portes-fenêtres et profiter des alizés tropicaux. Un patio couvert qui s'ouvre sur les jardins du centre et un patio arrière avec barbecue parfait pour les grillades. Il y a un lit supplémentaire dans le salon pour une 5ème personne. La salle d'eau et la buanderie sont également bien situées au rez-de-chaussée.

Great location and the property management team was awesome. We were within walking distance to Eagle Beach, but we also rented a car and explored the island. There are so many beaches that are amazing to visit. For us the best snorkeling was on Baby Beach. Would also recommend a UTV tour with Action Tours Aruba and ask for Frankie to be the tour guide.

The condo is exactly as described and included everything we needed. Short walk to the beach. The beach chairs were very handy. We had the pool to ourselves both times we went. We would definitely stay again in the future.

First time visitor to Aruba, so I had some anxiety about getting settled in the unit. The prompt and responsive communication throughout our stay allowed maximum relaxation and enjoyment. Quick WhatsApp messages about the TV and stove were addressed in record time. Eagle Beach? PERFECT beach for folks who don't want to recover from vacation. Thank you!

We felt safe on our travels, the property was as described in the listing. One small issue with the refrigerator-it was promptly addressed and fixed. Enjoyed the view from our patio, short walk to the beach, 1/4 mile. Beautiful beach, sand and water. Bus to Palm Beach-shopping and Into city-Renessaince casino. Many taxi rides

Aruba is a beautiful location and the apartment was in a great spot to enjoy the island. Walking distance to Eagle Beach and close to supermarket, restaurants,etc. property manager was responsive.

Condo is in a great location—less than 5 minute walk to Eagle Beach. Unit was very cozy and had extra touches. The beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were great. We used the grill a couple of times and the kitchen was well fitted and cooking was a breeze. The unit comes with laundry and a parking space. The property manager was very friendly and responsive and got our trip off to a good start. Would definitely recommend!

Great, lovely accommodations. Anna, many thanks to you during the check in and check out process. It was just fantastic to sit out on the patio, drink a cup of coffee, have breakfast, in the morning. Very peaceful and scenic. We had a fabulous time.

Its a great location to start your Aruba exploration. Gated parking, on site swimming pool, well stocked condo. 1/4 mile walk to beach, easy drive to everywhere else.
I wish my phone worked better while I was there. Verizon's international pass didn't really work with my Apple phone. Not sure what was the problem was but I could receive texts but not calls, then every once in awhile I could get an outside call. The reason this is important is during our stay we had some AC problems and once we got a hold of Judy she did a great job of getting it addressed.
Enjoy your trip. It's a nice property and it's easy to get anywhere on the island. Soon you will be the master of the roundabout - WHEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!

Perfect Spot!
We had a great experience from start to finish! The management was always available for questions and concerns, including helping us navigate to it from the airport as we missed a turn and showing us how to get to a grocery store. We loved the location of Eagle Beach. Close to everything, including steps from the beach that was never crowded, but also quiet and secure. The condo is in a gated community with a pool. We rented a car (condo comes with one parking space) and explored the island. Neighbors were quiet. I loved eating meals and reading on our patio (and by the pool) in our down time. I can't say enough good things about this place. Can't wait to return!

What a great time we had one we arrived. Due to bad weather and multiple canceled flights we finally made it to Aruba a day late. It was very easy to communicate with Property Manager Judy...she always picked up the phone even when it was a local holiday and took care of our questions right away. The property is a nice quiet location, great to relax after a day in the sun but still close enough to shops and restaurants. The local grounds people were always cleaning and emptying our garbage for us, we did not expect this but it was a bonus! We will definitely be back.

What a great time we had one we arrived. Due to bad weather and multiple canceled flights we finally made it to Aruba a day late. Stayed at Jardines Del Mar as it was close to where our daughter's future in-laws stay. Did have issues finding the condo as Screaming Eagle, an awesome restaurant used as a landmark, had poor signage. All in all a great trip and responsive host.

The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking and dining supplies. The bedrooms and living space were very comfortable. The flowers and landscaping around Jardines Del Mar is a wonderful garden. The pool is so convenient and peaceful. We appreciated the unlimited ice from the machine. The unit is a short walk to Eagle Beach and several restaurants. We hope to return to the unit or Aruba soon!

Perfect Aruban vacation
This property was among the best properties that we've rented thru VRBO. Everything was clean and in working order.
The owner has provided many extras, from shopping bags to books and videos. The decor is exactly as shown- beachy and comfortable. The house is just a 5 min walk to Eagle Beach, the pool was great, and never crowded! Some days we were the only people using the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and good outdoor space for relaxing. We were able to walk to several restaurants, and it was a short drive to the grocery, downtown and other restaurants. Anna was awesome, great personal attention for check in and check out, and even stopped in mid-stay to make sure everything was in order. We highly recommend this property--we will be recommending it to friends and will come back to this property on future visits to Aruba!

Oikein hyvätasoinen huoneisto, hyvällä paikalla. Mukava uima allasalue, allas ei kovin suuri mutta lapsille ok. Kuntosali oli pieni mutta kuitenkin mukava lisä. Eeagle beach vieressä ja todella hyvällä kohtaa vaikea kuvitella parempaa rantapaikkaa, ainut minus että ruokaravintolat pienen kävelymatkan päässä.

This place was amazing!! Great location, quiet complex and the condo had everything you could need! Had 2 little issues (toilet and washing machine) which were quickly solved with a phone call. Somebody in a previous review had mentioned poor AC in the upstairs bedrooms and construction. Yes there is one unit for both bedrooms but we didn’t find it to be an issue. My friend and I were both very comfortable at night with the the AC (just keep both bedroom doors closed!). And yes there is some construction happening but it was not an issue at all! The kitchen window and back patio door have screens (rare in Aruba), when both are open a wonderful breeze comes through downstairs. Back patio has comfy seating- perfect for reading a book and drinking some wine! This place was so great and I would (will) stay here again!

Excellent property. Lovely furnishings. well equipped.
We would definitely stay here again. However, the aircon unit in the lounge is faulty and needs fixing. The aircon in the bedrooms is very noisy and needs two separate units. One in each bedroom. Also beware building site outside the second bedroom. We were lucky that no work was being carried out whilst we were there. I think it would have spoiled our holiday if they had been working on the site. Obviously this is short-term only and will be finished soon. Worth checking before booking though. I repeat - This is a lovely unit and we would come again.
