À distance de marche des commerces, des clubs, de la piscine et des aires de pique-nique au bord du lac, ce chalet très pittoresque de 2 chambres est l'endroit idéal pour s'échapper pour des vacances. Les plages ne sont qu'à une courte distance en voiture à Blacksmiths et Caves Beach.
La maison dispose de 2 pièces à vivre, d'une cuisine et d'une salle de bains modernes et de 2 toilettes. Un parking hors rue est disponible dans la cour entièrement clôturée.
Il y a aussi un espace barbecue couvert très cool à côté du salon pour ces boissons tranquilles l'après-midi!

The house was a gem and the location, whether on foot or in a car, was fantastic. Will definitely stay again

A beautiful old house with everything you need and was very clean and tidy. Lots of things in the house for the kids to play with and watch on tv. Close to everything, shops, beach, fishing, restaurants etc. I highly recommend this property

Grevillea Cottage Swansea Belmont
The property is olde worlde and reminded me of houses I lived in as a child. It was comfortable & everything we needed was available. Swansea is definitely a wonderful part of NSW.

Fantastic place to stay
Stayed at the cottage for 10 days and it was terrific. The place is very clean, has two very spacious bedrooms, a dining room, great living room and kitchen - although we mainly used the new BBQ out the back. Close to all restaurants, the Workers Club and the RSL. Neil was very helpful throughout our stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cottage. Cheers, Paul

Overpriced for what you get.
House and yard did not present well at all. The interior had a musky smell and needed a prolonged airing. BBQ was in a disgraceful condition, yard looked unkempt, the bedroom wardrobes were full of someone's clothes negating any use. The laundry and various other rooms had someone's possessions stored in available nooks and crannies. To finish on a positive - we only stayed one night!

Every room was well appointed and clean but there was evidence of cockroach infestation which is understanderble given the age and location of the premises.

Lovely cottage
We really enjoyed our stay here, it was cozy, homely and peaceful. Very close to the local shops and to the water. We would happily book here again.
